Thev are family owned and they remember me when I come in in fact the owners always willing to give me a good deal maybe a few bucks off there was even one time I didn't have enough money and he just told me to take it and come back and pay him when I get paid. I wish they were not on the phone but once they get off the phone they can usually answer your questions cuz they have better product knowledge than some of the other shops around. Was going in today about 10 minutes ago and planning on buying multiple bongs... good chunk of money right.? Well as I'm going to take a pic to send to wife to pick one I'm told I can't even take a picture to send. Well how am I supposed to show somebody if I can't even take a picture.? I tried to explain to the lady that I'm taking a picture to show somebody to buy one and I was still told I can't take pictures. I'll take my money someone where I can pick a bong out. I like this place, LOVE it way more than others Ive been to because this amazing store owner, both of the people who have worked there when I go in are AMAZING! Always show me the ppduct works before I leave with it and they give me some good deals, way better than Ive ever gotten from Dragon, even better quality dab tools than them. Seriously last two times I went down the road, came to Chico Smoke and regretted going to the other one ever. Told me he'd sell me something for a dollar then I came back and said he wouldn't sell it to me. Also, he got all in my face and ran up to me when I told him I bought the same thing a couple stores down for a dollar, because I shut his door and then continued to yell at me and call me a dick for touching his door. There's a smoke shop a little bit down that is AWESOME. They worked with me and was also way cheaper. TL,DR: I wouldn't recommend this smoke shop to anyone. I asked this gentleman 3 questions about three different products and on the third item he said I was wasting his time and that I need to "get out of here". I felt so disrespected and I accidentally left part of an Arizona iced tea on the counter and after I was angry saying I was going to give him a bad review. He threw the rest of my tea at me and it went over all of my shoes. I feel furious and and beyond disrespected. Worst service I have ever had. Bought an ash catcher that seemed legit, but when I tried to put it to use it was faulty glass and had no air flow. Upon returning to the shop I was rudely told by the woman behind the counter that all sales were final. When I tried to explain that the glass was not usable she got angry and started mocking me since it apparently is unbelievable to want your money back for something that was falsely advertised.
