First time consumer and my first purchase was decent. To me the website is not set up properly giving you better views and angles of the products that you purchasing. One of my items I tried to return was too small, they tried to negotiate giving me half of my refund which doesn't state that in their policy so I declined. My second email basically stated I had to jump through hoops just to get my refund. Not only you have to pay for your return label to ship it back. They also want you to take a picture of your tracking receipt and send it to them and then some. It was just too much and not worth the price I paid for the item. I honestly wish I can give them a review of .5 my boyfriend bought me a few things from chic me in the beginning of November and it is now a few days before February and we just got in a package. And I say a package because it's not even the correct stuff! Even on the packaging it had a sticker of our Address COVERING the other persons address. meaning A) we now have very valuable information of a different person and B) they did not give a shit and just was like "fuck it" slapped another sticker on and sent it to us. Stay away from this site. I received my items, which were of poor quality. I returned the items and disputed the charge on my credit card. I just received notice from the credit card that they shipped the items, however they did not tell them I returned the items. I have tried customer service for Chicme and that is a dead end of course. Thank God I only spent $45 and will NEVER spend another dime with this sham of a company.
