Around 3:45 we parked out front and my wife and I plus our 2 children walked in. We were really turned off by the woman who greeted us. She appeared to be a miserable older lady with tatted arms and a disgust toward my wife that has many medical conditions. At this point we were about to walk out. We were blessed with the most incredible waitress, Meghan, that turned our experience completely around. She knew the menu well. Was attentive without being overbearing. The best thing about her was her genuine love for Butera's quality of food and her appreciation of the management. The chicken parm, the chicken broccoli penne, the stinger sandwich, and the chicken alfredo were all excellent! Salad was served cold and was one of our favorites. Going back for sure. Going to try their burgers and pizza. Both of wich we heard nice ratings for! We very highly recommend this establishment!

Our waitress Natalia was very helpful and friendly and gave us great service! My only complaint would be that the blackened wings were slathered with barbecue sauce, but definitely not blackened. Good ambience here, and we enjoyed the small outdoor patio! As a matter of fact, we enjoyed it so much, we went back a day later with more family! Next time we all ordered burgers, and I had the Flying Byrd which was served with a side of sweet potato fries, and honey. The burger was spicy Cajun style with peppers, & it was large enough that I couldn't finish it all. The fries were crispy and delicious with the side of honey. I would recommend you give this place a try for an afternoon lunch, it was pretty busy for a Thursday afternoon.

Our waitress was oh so helpful making decisions from a great menu - good looking plates passing us by as they came out of the kitchen made for tough choices! Portions were large enough for leftovers. Yes, we'll be returning very soon.

This place in my opinion has the best food in Springville. Great beer selection as well with reasonable prices. I got a pint of Yuengling for $3.00. The knotholes are dirty. One time I got a soup that was cold (it was immediately replaced). I will keep going there however because the food and beer are worth the trip.
