Chickenzilla has been one of the more popular food stalls found at the WCC building in Shaw where I used to work. Chickenzilla sells breaded flavoured chicken chops which is popular in Taiwan and has been on the rise here in the Philippines. You can order just the chicken fillet, option to add fries or rice. You also have the option to choose the size of your chicken (junior, original and jumbo). Just a tip: the junior-seized chicken fillet is pretty big already. I couldn't finish it when I first ordered!
Anyway, what makes the chicken different from other food stall is that you get to select and mix the flavours of your chicken. My favorite flavors are barbeque, cheese and seaweed. They also have different flavor combinations and I usually get Nori Tori (Nori + Pepper) which is one of their best sellers.
After choosing the size of your chicken and the flavor, you can also dictate the level of spiciness you want on your chicken. I'm not a big fan of spicy food so I choose 50%. That's got the perfect kick at the end but not too overpowering either.
Chickenzilla is perfect for employees who are on the go and for those who are still working while having their lunch since they put the chicken in a small paper bag - just like eating a bag of chips. One thing that you should note about Chickenzilla is that the quality becomes bad over time so better to finish it right after it is served. Currently they are expanding their menu by adding tempura and chicken wings, and also coming up with a special lunch meal offered only at a given time every day. read more
