What I noticed about this place though is that they cook chicken in a very new and unique way. Brining chicken isn't really a popular practice of cooking chicken here in the Philippines. I have tried cooking chicken by brining it and it indeed gives the chicken a different flavour. Chooks to Go advertises their chicken as "Masarap kahit walling sauce" (Tasty even without the sauce). It really is tastier than your typical roast chicken. It's because they brine the chicken in a cold saline (salt and water) solution with secret herbs and spices for probably a couple of ours or overnight. This process infuses flavour into the chicken, keeping it moist and full of flavour. I'd say that their brined chicken is spot on. Definitely something new for chicken and something worth a try.
