But the flavours are always there, the service is good, and the prices are fair. My favourite items are the spicy pan fried seafood udon and the cheesy kimchi fried rice (this one is very big!). A new addition is a tablet per table for easy ordering and for calling staff :)

Because it was lunch we were seated right away. You order via a tablet on the table and menu consists of all the expected ie. GamJaTang, bibimbaps, stews and rice dishes. Portions were generous and flavours were okay. The GamJaTang was not spicy at all despite being rated 2.5 chilis on the menu. We got 4 side dishes and were asked if we wanted a refill which was nice. Interior is nice. Lots of booths on one side and long family style wooden tables at the back. Good for large groups for drinking. 2 TV's were playing K-Pop on the wall. I can see this being a popular place for the Western crowd. Good selection of soju's. Wasn't terrible. We would definitely consider another visit when back in the area.

Like my review for the London Chinese Restaurant, it's so funny and ironic how the restaurants with…read morethe simplest names have some of the best food in town. This is easily the best Korean restaurant in London and one that could be compared to one in the GTA. I especially recommend ordering something from their pancake menu - I always order their seafood pancake when I come here and it's always so delicious. Every bite melted in my mouth. Awesome! I would also recommend their tangsuyuk. It's always made of high quality and tastes very authentic. The service is also excellent and they even have call buttons at each table to call your server over, just like how it is in South Korea. No need to awkwardly get your server's attention by waving your hand mindlessly in front of a bunch of strangers! The prices are also very reasonable and is especially important with all the inflation that is going on. Compared to other restaurants such as Ozen Korea on Oxford/Wonderland, this place has quite cheap prices. This restaurant's location could be located better. It is located a little ways out south of Downtown. A more central location would boost business further, however I'm not going to take a star off just because of this when the food is always of high quality. I look forward to coming here more often!

Once there we wait 10 minutes before someone comes and tells us that our table is being cleaned. 5 minutes later another person comes and tells us our table is ready but we have to be finished in 20 minutes! Beyond frustrating, why not say that when I called. Needless to say we won't be recommending them. Very poor customer service.

Wasn't a fan of the shrimp, which they serve whole. It tastes fine and is seasoned nicely, but de-shelling is kind of a bother. The Kimchi is great, and their system of bringing out the raw food in small stackable dishes is easy to pass around and share. The only complaint I have is about their grill cleaning. After you're done one round, they shut down the grill, wait for it to cool (5 minutes), remove the dirty grill top (5 minutes), and wait to bring out a clean one (10 minutes). 20 minutes of waiting to continue eating aren't just excessive, it's not smart for business. By the time we were done waiting for the new grill top, we were starting to lose our appetite. If you're getting the all-you-can-eat option, watch out for that. It could mean you have more trouble finishing the second round of food. As with most a.y.c.e. options, you have to pay for what you don't finish, so some part of me wonders if this isn't some sort of sneaky strategy to make you full faster. Either way, great place - clean, delicious, and the staff was friendly.
