I was excited to see a new Korean BBQ house open right downtown but I left quite disappointed. For lunch, it's $17/person for the basic chicken, beef and pork. For dinner it's $25/person mon-thurs and $26/person fri-sun which includes all the meat like chicken, shrimp, salmon, kalbi, beef etc. My friends and I couldn't justify paying $26 for ayce so we decided to order a la carte. Unfortunately, we didn't realize that ordering from the "grill" menu meant it would be served already cooked. For $12 you can pick 3 kinds of meat (chicken, beef, pork or kalbi). It arrived in a nice looking bento box with a side of rice, bean sprouts, tofu and miso soup. The meat was extremely salty, forcing me to fill up on a ton of rice but for $12 it was a big portion. My other friend ordered seafood soup and while the base was tasty, she was disappointed it didn't come with noodles. They give you a side of rice but it's very awkward trying to pour the soup into the rice. Definitely would have been better as a ramen type of dish. Overall nothing blew me away at kgrill. The meat was chewy and I've seen better quality meat at other kbbq places in London for the same price.

Good taste meat, plum tea is a good.choice. Factory style renovation, however, space for leg is not that big.

We enjoyed the experience though all you can eat is defined differently here. You preorder instead of pick up on your own.

Lunch menu was not as big as the dinner menu, but delicious nonetheless.

Called an…read moreorder in and we were surprised the wait time was almost an hour for them to make our food. No problem, we'd rather have it fresh than sitting around. Miso soup was good but a bit on the small side. We enjoyed the veggie gyoza as they were fried to a crisp. I ordered the avocado cucumber roll, Futo Maki roll, and yam tempura dragon roll. The BF ordered the tuna roll, salmon avocado, and French Kiss roll. We both noticed they were wrapped extremely loose and we had difficulty picking up each piece with chopsticks without them falling apart. Flavor-wise we found them all a bit bland, even the speciality rolls- which was really a shame because the cheapest roll was $9. Our total was $100 with tip which we found to be on the expensive side for the quantities received. Next time we're in town we'd try elsewhere or just not order sushi until we're back home.

We ordered 3 spicy rolls which came to the table the smallest rolls I have ever seen which were literally doused in spicy sauce. When I complained I was told "oh well that's how we make it and there's nothing we will do about it. The miso soup was luke warm and extremely salty. Even the beef udon soup was flavourless. The only thing which was good was the edamame. The restaurant itself had no ambiance or warmth. If you decide not to listen to this review and choose to eat at this restaurant don't say I didn't warn you!!

We stopped by for lunch and fortunately had a decent experience. Because it was lunch we were seated right away. You order via a tablet on the table and menu consists of all the expected ie. GamJaTang, bibimbaps, stews and rice dishes. Portions were generous and flavours were okay. The GamJaTang was not spicy at all despite being rated 2.5 chilis on the menu. We got 4 side dishes and were asked if we wanted a refill which was nice. Interior is nice. Lots of booths on one side and long family style wooden tables at the back. Good for large groups for drinking. 2 TV's were playing K-Pop on the wall. I can see this being a popular place for the Western crowd. Good selection of soju's. Wasn't terrible. We would definitely consider another visit when back in the area.

I go here every time one of my friends wants to grab a bite. I order the same thing every time: usually the JaJangMyun, LA KalBi on Hot Plate, and Spicy pork in Hot Plate. They also give you a bunch of free side dishes with your meal. The best Asian food spot there is. I've also taken out their food many times. Tastes the same, I find the portions slightly smaller when you take out vs. Eating there. JajangMyun - 5/5. I have yet to taste another black bean noodle that tastes this good. The portion is also massive so I usually save some for leftovers the next day ! Kalbi- to die for. They're not super fatty so you get a lot of meat with it. Fair portion, great to pair with noodles or white rice. Great for sharing too. Pork - HUGE!!! You could feed 3 people alone with that one dish and maybe have some leftovers. I'm not a big spice person but I will suck it up for this dish. Reasonable price too. Can ask to reduce spice I think Spicy rice cake - I'm pretty sure you can also ask to reduce the spice. Very yummy and chewy! Place is always live and busy but will always have a table for you. Open area and nice to see everyone coming together to have nice warm meal :) they need to open a restaurant in the GTA ASAP Ps. Every picture in this review is from a different time I went lol. I love it here
