I realized that I had been to the Wellington one many years ago, but not the Wharncliffe location. The woman who answered the phone was so polite and welcoming; made it seem as though you were talking to an old friend. No big whoop with phone numbers and addresses; she just took a first name for the pick-up. This is how it's done people - what are you going to do with a phone number if the person doesn't show up? Drive to their house to yell at them? I recommend the light batter over the regular. It's fish-and-chips, just like you would expect it to taste. I can't tell much of a difference among cod, haddock and halibut, so get whatever you want. Coleslaw was a hit, as was the tartar sauce. Would like it if they included lemons for every order. Enormous portions of fries; you'll think that you ordered from an American resto! Highly recommended and would order again.

After reading other reviews online we decided to try this. The concept is simple, they seat you on a table then you scan the QR code to order, then the food will come and you pay the bill online simple. The restaurant is super clean and nice. It has a modern coffee shop vibe. You don't expect to eat authentic Chinese food here. But the food is great. I got beef and chicken skin on a stick, they both are flavorful and got great spicy on it. Then the noodles soup was great with Sour and Spicy base, wish it has more meat. Then the fried bun was crispy on the outside and soft inside. The intestines were little on the blend side. But overall the food was great. London is a great stopping point between Detroit and Toronto, so if you happen to stop by try this place out.

Because it is a hot pot buffet, we chose the Yuanyang pot. When I checked out, I found that the spicy butter soup base costs 10 dollar and the tomato soup base costs 5 dollar, which he didn't say it will cost before. He put the two of us at a table without lights, and the experience was very bad. There are few dishes to choose from. In the end, the price was very expensive, 40 dollar per person. After we reacted with him, the average person was only 2 dollar less. And the waiter told us they doesnt get tip！ The tips all belong to the house！ unbelievable！ its totally illegall their boss did that！ I think that why the waiter seems upset and no any good attitude！ dont give any tips for them！

Massey's is a high-quality Indian restaurant that recently relocated from Downtown London to near…read morethe West Five area of town. The new location in West Five is excellent, with a modern, luxury hotel like, and clean interior that greets you as you walk in. The staff and service are always friendly and the food comes out fresh, hot and quick. I also appreciate their gesture in giving their customers hot towels as they wrap up their meals. This restaurant is especially known for their onion bhaji appetizer, I agree with the other reviews in that it is a must-get when here. My favourite dish, meanwhile, is their butter chicken here - you can't go wrong with it here. The sauce is very flavourful and adds a lot to the butter chicken. Be sure to make a reservation if coming here during peak hours and especially on weekends/holidays - you will have to wait for a long time otherwise, as the restaurant is not the largest in terms of size. Other than that, this is my go-to Indian restaurant in town, and I think it's pretty close to what you might expect from GTA Indian food. 5/5 will do.

This place offers a basic Chinese food buffet experience. I think the majority of their market are…read morethe students from the nearby London International Academy. I don't think the quality of food meets what most people have come to expect of a Chinese buffet from larger, more popular restaurants. However, the price for the lunch buffet, to which I attended today, is very reasonable considering the volume and quality of food available. I think that this place has chosen the 'quick-and-easy' route for many dishes. For example, the lemon chicken, General Zao's chicken, and black pepper chicken are heavily breaded and deep fried pieces of chicken that are coated in a sugary lemon flavoured sauce, red sauce (surprisingly it's not spicy), or black pepper, respectively. Additionally, many of the buffet items are deep fried or cooked with what I'd call a heavy-handed use of cooking oil. Finally, they appear to have limited waiter service. No one asked me if I needed anything and I had to fill up my own cup of water from the water jug at the counter. I saw some international students clearing their plates into two large garbage bins to the side of the restaurant and putting their plates into a grey plastic bin. For a minute I thought I was in a school cafeteria; clearing your own plates into a garbage bin and filling your own water speaks to that experience. I gave this restaurant 3 stars because of the service and quality of food. I think there are areas that this place can improve upon, and they have a prime location and regular foreign student clientele that would support positive changes.

He continued to yell over me, told me I couldn't speak English (it's my first and only language lol) and I need to google. In informed him I speak English perfectly fine and that my instructions were pretty clear; that his lack of English is what made this confusion a mess. Never ordering from here again. When I arrived, the restaurant only had one patron yet it took longer than I would have expected to get seated. The lunch buffet contains some of the common dishes that you'll find at other Indian lunch buffets, like butter chicken. I thought the butter chicken was soupy. I tried the chick peas as well and I didn't think they were cooked well enough. The naan bread was also a little disappointing because it was too sweet. The one redeeming quality was that I thought that the meats (chicken and beef) were cooked perfectly. The meats were not overcooked nor undercooked. If I am in London again, I don't think I will be revisiting this restaurant.
