I've ordered from here multiple times. I always say no meat no fish please on my order. Once I had shrimp, when I called they fixed it immediately. I ordered again today and I said no meat no fish on my order and when I got it, there was shrimp on it. I called to let them know and got yelled at from whoever answered the phone. She then handed the phone off to I assume the manager that continued yelling at me that I said no meat no fish so that's why he put shrimp on it. I informed him shrimp is meat and I said not to. He continued to yell over me, told me I couldn't speak English (it's my first and only language lol) and I need to google. In informed him I speak English perfectly fine and that my instructions were pretty clear; that his lack of English is what made this confusion a mess. Never ordering from here again. This place offers a basic Chinese food buffet experience. I think the majority of their market are the students from the nearby London International Academy. I don't think the quality of food meets what most people have come to expect of a Chinese buffet from larger, more popular restaurants. However, the price for the lunch buffet, to which I attended today, is very reasonable considering the volume and quality of food available. I think that this place has chosen the 'quick-and-easy' route for many dishes. For example, the lemon chicken, General Zao's chicken, and black pepper chicken are heavily breaded and deep fried pieces of chicken that are coated in a sugary lemon flavoured sauce, red sauce (surprisingly it's not spicy), or black pepper, respectively. Additionally, many of the buffet items are deep fried or cooked with what I'd call a heavy-handed use of cooking oil. Finally, they appear to have limited waiter service. No one asked me if I needed anything and I had to fill up my own cup of water from the water jug at the counter. I saw some international students clearing their plates into two large garbage bins to the side of the restaurant and putting their plates into a grey plastic bin. For a minute I thought I was in a school cafeteria; clearing your own plates into a garbage bin and filling your own water speaks to that experience. I gave this restaurant 3 stars because of the service and quality of food. I think there are areas that this place can improve upon, and they have a prime location and regular foreign student clientele that would support positive changes. read more

Gather round, and let me drop a universal truth. This place is great. Tasty fried food at a cheap price. Don't believe the haters that use Google reviews to plan their lunch. Google just wants to steal your information, and that has nothing to do with food, Craig. Speaking of privacy, the surveillance cameras are pointed at the staff, and not you, to maintain that high level of flavor. This place reminds me of a opening band that rocks harder than the headliner. Fried chicken drumsticks, slather those up in that hot sauce that comes in a packet. I consider eating here an extreme sport. Is it fun? Yes. Do I enjoy it? Definitely. Will I die? That's part of the thrill. The portions if you order delivery are dummy thicc also of a higher quality as they haven't been sitting in a steam table all day being breathed on by the downtown wildlife. Friends of mine warned me about how awful this place apparently was, but when I tried it I honestly really enjoyed it! You don't have a lot of options for the buffet sadly, but what's there is good and the price is incredible! The inside atmosphere is really sketchy and the staff aren't the friendliest but if I'm really hungry and want something cheap, why the hell not! read more

This place has value that is hard to beat. There wasn't a large selection of dishes, but the standard Chinese buffet items (General Tsao chicken, chow mein, lemon chicken) were all there. The meats were not that starchy surprisingly. They also had impressive crispy fried chicken on the all-you-can-eat menu. The place wasn't very clean, but passable, and you can tell the small team works very hard. The food is standard, leaning on the cheaper end, but one can expect hardly better for $11.99. read more

Cheep all you can eat buffet but the food is not very good. I spent the rest of the afternoon wondering if I was going to regret my decision to eat there but I had no problems so I guess it was okay on that front. Ordered through skip the dishes, the food arrived hot but was missing the fried rice, called them they sent one out right away (that was very good of them) , when it got here realized one other item was missing, was talked into not calling them again. what had already been delivered was now cold and barely edible, the pad thai well it didn't look like anything I had ever had in my life, a bowl full of coagulated noodles with a little boiled chicken on top with some kind of sauce, I wasn't even able to identify it but it was the only thing left in the order that was either not missing or not pre-identified. So all in all the service from the staff was good, but the food was at best just barely edible, the one item was never received and one item went straight to the garbage as it looked simply well disgusting. read more

Honestly the value is great however this is the second time I've tried it, and it's terrible. The bean sprouts were past due the first time. The second time I ordered the pad Thai... not sure if they know what what is, covered in syrup and so spicy I couldn't eat it without my insides catching on fire. I did not request it to be spicy... Ordered delivery from this restaurant through JustEat. The salt and pepper shrimp, the general tso's chicken, and the pad Thai all came in the same cloyingly sweet, corn syrup based sauce. The shrimp were encased in a soft and soggy breading. The General Tso's chicken tasted nothing like any of the General Tso's I've had anywhere else in North America, it was missing both the soy sauce and garlic, and the chicken itself was a bizarre texture, definitely cooked from frozen. The Pad Thai lacked the elements of tamarind and chili inherent to the dish. This is like Chinese food prepared by someone in a cave who had never heard of Chinese food before. read more

I ordered chicken chow mein for delivery, that's not what I received. I called to complain and after 10 minutes trying to get the first person to understand that I had received my delivery and that is was wrong, I finally got put through to another person. They yelled at me to the point I couldn't get get a single word in. I eventually hung up after 15 minutes of him yelling at me. If I could have gotten a word in, I would told them they could take back their food and that I wanted a refund. There are many negative things to say about this particular restaurant. To begin, when I walked into the restaurant it was EXTREMELY dirty and very uninviting. I was thankful that I ordered delivery so I wouldn't have to be in there long BUT it turns out THEY got the wrong order. We specifically asked for Chicken Chow Mien but they gave us Chop Suey.. the most frustrating part was when we called to complain and both the server and the manager were yelling at me saying that Chop Suey and Chicken Chow Mien are the same thing..... THEY ARE NOT THE SAME THING. When we ordered in the first place we specifically asked for the noodles (chicken chow mien) and the lady insisted that we were wrong.
