When you see the line by his grills, know IT'S REALLY WORTH THE WAIT. Gary is also a super nice guy. The pepperoni got a little greasy (little grease cups as I call them) but that's what makes it taste better, in my humble opinion. The amount of sauce was just right. I'm not a huge fan of red sauce (the horror, I know) but the sauce was very good. The crust was great. It was crispy on the edges, but soft and fluffy on the inside.
