The Bad Daddy Amber was a nice rich amber ale with a slight citrusy sweetness to it. It was good. The smokehouse burger was good just lacked seasoning on any of it. I don't know why restaurants quit seasoning their burgers but most don't any more. The good with the burger was that it was actually cooked correctly and that is just as rare as a seasoned burger. Again their was plenty of pulled pork on it but unseasoned. A little salt, pepper and garlic salt while its sizzling on the grill would take the burger and pulled pork up tremendously. The onion straws on top was nice. They had a slight sweetness to them which makes me think they were using Vidalia onions instead of just regular yellow onions. I tried them without sauce on them because I thought it was the BBQ sauce but they still had a slight hint of sweetness. The BBQ sauce wasn't anything special. The mac n cheese was very good and worth the extra charge. It was creamy but not overly creamy it was a nice balance. I like the spiral noodles more than just elbow pasta so that was a nice upgrade too. Overall the burger was cooked right and juicy just not packed full of flavor. I would eat here again.

The fries were really tasty and crunchy. Overall, it's another taco spot we're adding to our rotation.

Our server did warn me that it is a VERY large side and being a dumb man I just ordered it anyway. It was way too large of a side. Mainly fries and maybe like 7 onion rings? Let me tell you though, those onion rings were fantastic. They had a nice little zest to them that cemented that I would just order onion rings in the future. Fries were basic and what you might want or expect from a burger place. Pretty sure they make their own ketchup here! Not good or bad but worth mentioning. Finally, I had a 5280 Lager with my meal. It was crisp and easy to drink but nothing more to say besides that. This place is a bit pricey and I normally deduct points when a place doesn't offer burgers with fries as a standard but overall the meal was too good to let that petty stance detract from the experience. There are a couple American eateries in that area and you would be making the best choice if you went here.
