Arrghh the fowl heathens who poison our lands with their ill advised reviews have but failed again. Chicken Kitchen of Miami's seaside is the conundrum of the century: 1. Healthy Food with a scrumptious yellow honey mustard sauce deriving from the teet of Aphrodite herself. 2. A blistering underfunded source of poultry, compromising the prowess of all fast food the land has to offer. I speak to you, you have not frequented the house of chickens, how be it that you have not been? HOW BE IT THAT YOU HAVE NOT BEEN!!! read more

Chicken Kitchen - This is how I do my Chop Chop, original with extra Chicken and Tomato on top, and 3 sauces is barely enough!! - Salad Near Me - Miami Beach, Florida

Stopped in here tonight to be a quick and healthy bite to eat. The young man at the front counter was very helpful explain to me what my options were with the menu. I ended up getting the chopped chicken breast with two sides. It was a very generous and healthy portion. There is an awesome selection of sauces that you could help yourself to to add flavor to your chicken. If you're looking for a quick and easy healthy dinner. This is a great option. read more

The idea of serving newly grilled chicken Breast is good . The chicken is cooked perfectly . But the tomato and lettuce are off . They have been chopped early and the taste is not sweet and crispy . I recommend to chop the tomatoes and lettuces when serving or just put a control time like 2-3 hours window after chopping them because they'll taste differently when chopped and stored for a long time . I cook a lot and I know how a fresh vegetable taste like .. this establishment has a lot of potential !!! read more

Always like coming here for a quick meal. Everything is always fresh and the employees are always restocking the food. Only complaint is one of the employees (female with the colored hair, not sure if it's the manager) always is at the food station with NO GLOVES. Every single time I come to this location it's the same thing. read more

I ordered a Postmates pickup. They marked the order as ready but when I got there, they still had to make it. I wasted lots of time waiting at the store read more

The old, fake blonde, topping Nazi will get you every time. Don't get it twisted, they don't care if you eat there one time in your life, or five times a week, they will make sure your experience feels cheap and disgusting. And if she's not sure of the price, no worries, she'll just make it up and make sure it's higher than ANY other topping on the written menu (green olives). I'm not sure if they own stock in chicken kitchen or if they just get off on trying to make regulars get a cheap, uneasy experience, where you are left feeling like your meal was chincy? Instead of nearly digging through my bowl to check if the rice is brown or yellow, when I told you it's yellow, maybe clean up the drink station that has flies everywhere due to the sticky soda that hasn't been cleaned since closing the night before. Businesses, get it through your thick skulls, you take care of your regulars and they keep coming back, they keep the store busy...you treat them like shit and you lose a customer forever. It's not rocket science, it's not special treatment, it's just basic customer service and it goes a long way. All customers, but especially people who frequent your store several times a week, why not treat them great? Why not make them feel good? Why not make them feel like when they left they had a nice full satisfying meal so they want to come back again? Why count the shreds of lettuce? Why make them feel that you are looking to nickel and dime them? For the extra 2 cents that you feel that you're losing in chopped tomatoes, think about all the thousands of dollars that you lose if they never come back again. Stupid, stupid, stupid. read more

Chicken Kitchen - Inside of Chicken Kitchen - Salad Near Me - Miami Beach, Florida

They have already gone downhill since opening. 1. They have gotten super cheap with their amounts 2. Do NOT ever get delivery from them! After over an hour I called to see where the delivery was and they said "he'll be there in 2 minutes." Twenty minutes later, still nothing and I had to cancel my order. What a shame. read more

Food is pretty good but this restaurant is very stingy. Can't substitute lettuce for onions, can't put sauce on my bowl, can only give me one sauce for my bowl. I understand saving money but it's a little crazy lol read more

First, I have to mention something very important for a south beach location : If you decide to go after 6pm, you will be able to park right in front! There is a decent size parking lot but make sure you park there only to go to the shops from the mall or you'll get towed away in less than 5 minutes... Make sure to get the best option from the menu as the sides are expensive but they give you a good amount, so you can also combine only sides to make a dish (like a vegetarian one for exemple...) Everything is clean, and most of the staff is nice so far except 2 employees which are kind of "lost"... I have been there a dozen of times and never been disappointed... read more

Ok so i grew up in south Kendall where chicken kitchen was life, i was extremely content when they opened this location right next to my house that i started frequenting it about 3x a week as well as recommending it to all my friends that wanted to eat real food but fast. Untill my last two visits which i witness the manager of the place wipe the glass where everyone places their hand with the same cloth they use to wipe down the counter where chicken is placed for cutting. This brings a major contamination concerns and when I brought it up to the guy making my food he said: "Hes the manager you should tell him something because i cant" If this is the kind of place where an employee cannot tell management when they are doing something that can harm its costumers then i strongly suggest that you find somewhere else to spend your money. read more

Came to eat lunch with my son only two employees working at cashier the menu says free kids drink with kids mean they give you this pouch juice which my son is allergic to so I asked for a kids cup instead to get a beverage and was refused. There was a girl named Sara or Clara who don't speak any English so when asked to speak to manager in Spanish she told me there was none and so I insisted and she pointed to a Haitian guy in blue shirt who told me he's busy .very rude poor attitude didn't care about my kids allergies don't visit I want to complaint to Corp about this location . The girl Sara should be required to speak English some one fire her. read more

Fast food nightmare. Total joke. Oh and when you're there, don't order the chicken!!!

Food was just okay and expensive for the amount of chicken they give you... There is no service at all in this place. read more

Save yourself the headache. This place is hit or miss depends on who's working. Smell is horrible inside, i dunno if it's the mop or rag not being cleaned properly or what. God forbid you want to customize your order you get the side eye. The food storage looks like they barely clean it, very surprised the health inspector hasn't issued them a violation. The skin on the chicken taste like the grill isn't cleaned properly as well. Save yourself the headache and order Pollo Tropical across the street. read more

Chicken kitchen;first experience for south beach.Older lady she's not accept $100 bill so if you have only $100 bill you can't eat over there !! Chicken Kitchen is a classic. This is a must go to place when I get home. It's not the most amazing food, but it's fast. It's good. It's got a local feel. I wish they had locations in Missouri. read more

I don't eat fast food, but there are times I need quick meal and this place definitely fills the need for a quick meal that's not total junk food. Since there's no Chipolte is Miami, this is only thing comparible. I'm leaving two reviews though, because the person working that day is going to make a huge difference in your experience. There is only one person working there that knows what he's doing. Anyone who goes here regularly knows who I'm talking about. If he serves you, you will have good food and service. If you get anyone else, prepare for terrible food and service. It is a shame the employees aren't more consistent here. I sometimes walk by and if he's not working I go somewhere else. Even though I do eat here from time to time, I wouldn't recommend it. The food is pretty bland and place is always a mess. I'm usually a little grossed out with myself after eating here. read more

Horrible and the worst service !!! The first guys is unpleasant ! Chop chop is only a few and small piece of chicken ! Nothing except rice rice.... read more

This place is so cheap and unorganized, charging $2 for onions measuring the amount of meat they put in your bowl. Every restaurant I go to if I have a problem they always resolve it on the spot, saying no problem. However this place is so cheap they charge u for every simple thing. I work right across the street and my company is definitely boycotting this place! read more

This location is always quick and quality ! They always over serve you chicken without asking which is awesome because I've been to some locations that measure out the exact amount. Service is always great and it is a perfect affordable lunch spot on Miami Beach. read more

The worst restaurant I've been to on South Beach. (& I live here). This restaurant does not have good tasting food. AT ALL. The combinations to make your burrito bowls are a complete joke. The portion size they give you = you are wasting your money. Nothing is fresh and everything tastes and looks like it was pre-packaged. It's doesn't help that the staff is super unfriendly. Don't waste your time or precious cash. read more

Chicken Kitchen - Ordering counter - Salad Near Me - Miami Beach, Florida

Go elsewhere! Someone said not to go here but I did anyways... while the food wasn't AWFUL, I could have better spent my money. Chicken was rubbery the bowl had no real flavor and lettuce was semi wilted. The quesadilla on the other hand was as thin as paper... I'm not sure if there was even cheese in it. The sour cream was watery and the pico had ZERO flavor. Probably won't go back here ever. I'd recommend you go else where. read more

This place seems very familiar to Pollo Tropical but it's so much better. It's not as crowded and it is a lot cleaner and more organized. They measure out the chicken exactly when you order but that is a good thing because one of the worst things about chicken bowl type places is that some days you go and get a little and other days you get a lot. But this way there are no discrepancies. Every time you will get the same amount. The servers are friendly and fast and the food tastss good. read more

Horrible staff- the food is good you know what you are getting at chicken kitchen but the staff at this location are horrible, I have been there twice but never again. I felt like I was in an episode of Seinfeld with the Soup nazi. the man who takes your order literally barks at people asking what they want and the cashier is no better did not even break a smile. If you dont care about good service then this is the place for you read more

The worst service in town. I have tried many times, and each time I leave frustrated.

For the manager of the store: Good service, but they give you too little of everything, they charge you $4 or $5 dollars extra for a portion of chicken, and still not a full meal, I work here in Miami Beach but I live in Miami and I always go to all Chicken Kitchen restaurants around and this one is the worse, not enough food for a meal. read more

I used to be a Chicken Kitchen regular when living in NY. So I was excited to see it was opening in South Beach. What a disappointment! It misses on almost every level from poor service, cleanliness AND most impt always DRY chicken. I've given up giving it a 'another chance' read more

The store is very Art Deco and cool looking on the inside but parking cost, although not a bunch, take a little bit away from it being as good as other chicken kitchens. I have to say, the place is clean and the staff was friendly. read more

I agree with the other reviewer who mentioned the rubbery chicken. I went here 3 times. The first time when they opened I would have gladly given them 5 stars Unfortunately my next two visits I was served disgusting rubbery watery chicken. Too bad that is so new and so dirty !! And No customer services at all,,I hope they will get better

I recently order an Asian chop chip threw Uber eats and this place gave the wrong order to by Uber deliver. I couldn't eat it because I cannot eat sour cream I'm allergic to it. When I tried calling this place to see if they could send someone with my food or do something about it, first they place me on 3 very longggg holds and when I actually got to talk to someone the girl told me "your food is here but there's nothing we can do, try contacting your Uber driver to see if he could come and pick the food again" super unfair from their end. They basically took my money and I couldn't eat the food because I'm allergic to sour cream. read more
