A counter seat is hit or miss but nice to have available instead of only being a walk up window. Skip the smoothies. They're watery and thus not very filling or flavorful. From a distance, it looks like a food truck, but it's actually a full setup designed to look that way. Even in the scorching heat, there was a line--but it moved quickly. Their menu has everything. Here, I genuinely struggled with the hard bread--it was tough to chew. Also, the meats were cold, which I'm not used to. I knew that beforehand, but still wanted to try this hyped spot. They have about 5-7 bar style stools for seating, but in the humidity, it's not the most comfortable experience. The service, however, could've been better. Our waiter spent a lot of time chatting with other employees and vaping instead of checking on our table. On a positive note, the restaurant is spacious and beautifully decorated. They also have a large outdoor seating area out front, which is perfect for people-watching, something I always enjoy! Overall, I really enjoyed the food and atmosphere, but the service could definitely use some improvement.

The line to order inside was incredibly long, so our group downloaded the app and ordered there instead, although creating an account required quite a bit of information. I ordered the Fire Egg Wrap and an Iced Banana Brew. The wrap was good and very filling, but not something I'd order again. The Iced Banana Brew, however, was a 10/10 and the highlight of the meal. Despite the crowds, service was efficient, and I'll definitely be back for another Iced Banana Brew!

No other restaurant has ever remotely rivaled my patronage on such a level. With that said, my "go too" had been the Kale Caesar Salad. My frequency has dropped down to maybe once every couple of weeks.

The place is dark and dingy for a highly rated place. After this first day experience in south beach im avoiding any of the other popular tourist restaurants for the rest of my stay.
