I mentioned that Pedro said hot is okay too. So he said okay. Added to the notes section AND told the cook hot please. Long wait. My sandwich came out so cold, the meat was REALLY cold. My husbands sandwich had onions that we asked to be excluded. I went back to the cook and asked that my sandwich be heated. He took it and came back about 8 minutes later with my sandwich. The pizza is ordered at the counter and brought to your table when ready. Both my wife and I thought the counter person was a bit snippy when asked a few questions about the pizza. I love that connection, but I'm understanding that some people see only a paycheck and skid by with minimal customer service and that is the new way. I don't plan to visit this establishment again.
