There was a issue with my order and when I brought it to the day shift managers attention on Sat. 2/28 his name started with a "C" I believe, he went above and beyond to make it right!! Not only that but all the staff was working quickly and making sure the food was fresh to the customers waiting. Very good experience HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! read more

Chicken Express - Livers with Corn Nuggets - Fast Food Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

See all

This place has gone to crap again. Two separate occasions I have been presented with the wrong order then when asked to remake my order correctly due to it being placed on a plate then back in a box still missing items and then presented to me again after mentioning items again in a box that they removed someone else's chicken out of and I'm always told that they can't remake the order. The cross contamination in this establishment is horrible now. I'm so disappointed. read more

Well... to start the service was exceptional from the young man at the counter. The only saving grace of this review. Food has fallen off badly. But what pissed me off the most is the prices. I paid damn near $20 for 7 pieces of tenders. Your chicken is not THAT good. And to add insult to injury they only gave me 6 of the damn 7 I paid for!! Employing 20 kids in the back who can't count is not a good idea. I'll got to Lisa's Chicken. Way more bang for your buck and they can count! read more

This is insane. I waited 30 minutes for a 3 piece combo. This place needs to burn in hell. The service was the worst ever. I could have went in there and worked every position by myself and be better than this staff. The worker at the drive-thru Noah, was extremely rude and disrespectful. I want him fired from this place. If i could rate it worst i would Sincerely, GO FUCK YOURSELF read more

Service has gone WAY down. Rude employee in drive thru (tall girl). No Hi, or nothing. Just the total. What a shame. It used to be so friendly. read more

This location has a lot of rudeness and is not as good as other locations. The manager and other team members say conflicting things, today it was specifically how many cheese sticks come with a side. I was literally being talked about rudely for just asking for the food I ordered and paid for. Whoever is store manager needs to have a meeting, ASAP. read more

2.5? If you go inside...Be prepared to wait. And wait and wait. Even being ignored and customers after you being served. Multiple times.

Was told I couldn't get a senior discount because I got an extra order of gravy. What? Waited 20 minutes after being told it would be a 7 minute wait. Then the little lady that brought out my food looked very angry. Got home and no roll and the chicken livers were like hard little rocks. I won't be back. read more

Bandages all over the main employees hands half falling off. Absolutely disgusting. Backed up waiting 20 mins to take my order with a whopping 4 customers in the restaurant. Like what's going on? read more

Ultimate shit show! No one seems organized at all at this location. Very rude and piss poor customer service. Total embarrassment to the Chicken E Brand read more

ordered 3 dark chickent special. The chicken under the crust was extremely dry, like pieces were sitting for a day or two. It actually made me sick. I will never go there again. They definitely do not know what they are doing. I hate that because it use to be good. read more

Loved the food and the service was great and they forgot my cookie but then they felt bad a gave me 2 this is the best food I have had in a long time. I will be coming back read more

I loved their food, otherwise I wouldn't bother to complain about their service, but I can only handle being treated with such disdain and disrespect until it just isn't worth it anymore. I ordered our two meals in the drive thru last evening and was told it'd take 7 minutes due to the fish. I said okay, but after paying and waiting 30 minutes I finally went inside to check on it and they were still not finished with it. All they offered were excuses, saying they were so busy, which wasn't with actual store customers. Maybe it was a huge catering order they were working on, because there were only a half dozen of us in the drive thru and only a couple customers in the store but huge mounds of chicken they were cooking, so much it kept falling into the rolls and vats below and they kept picking it up and putting it back on the piles. It took them 10 more minutes while I watched this circus inside, yet never an apology was offered. 40 minutes for two simple meals and not an ounce of respect shown to the customer. My self esteem nor my appetite need any more of this treatment, regardless of how much I may have liked their food. read more

Got to chicken express at 9:30 pm and started ordering then they said they didn't have any tenders to cook or serve I'm very disappointed because I'm 90 percent sure they were to lazy to do anything read more

took forever to get an order for 2 people legit 20 min. my husband had to go inside to get it because they told us to pull forward in the drive thru read more

What an amazing transformation. This location was closed for several months, is under new ownership and completely remodeled. I miss the old employees. The lady that took my order today was really slow and seemed to struggle but hopefully that will improve. This is the first week it's been open. I was a bit surprised that the dining area was already a bit unkept. The floor mats were dirty and a lot of straw papers and small trash around the floor. The condiment table was lame and a total afterthought. My chicken strips and mashed potatoes were good. The biscuit was pretty small but tasted okay. Hopefully they iron out the wrinkles and do a great job. read more

Trying to get my order in and the person glkept cutting me off and assumed what I wanted and got it wrong. Take your time a listen to the person ordering. read more

Ordered for delivery tonight, it was so good! Nice fresh rolls, great livers, generous portions. New owners=great chicken!

If I could do 0 stars I would , they have horrible customer service, workers wearing booty shorts and manager isn't any help when it comes to the orders being over/undercooked . Needs to be shut down spend at least 60 on family meal just to be treated like shit. read more

Every time I go here (once a week for the past year), they are super nice, everyone is hustling, my food is ready within a minute or two, it's hot, fresh, and delicious and my slaw is cold and crispy. I typically have 2-5 orders to go and they are almost always ready in 2-3 minutes. read more

It took them over 20 minutes just to take my order for just 1 drink. When the line wasn't even long. Horrible customer service would not recommend!!! read more

This chicken express in particular is my favorite, the food is always great! Always fresh and hot and delicious! Fried pickles are my absolute favorite side dish from here the chicken tenders are amazing! Always polite and friendly quick service, never have a problem here! read more

this place sucks ! the service is so bad, if i wanted my food cold, tasteless and slow i would go here. The manager is always sexually harassing her workers and hitting her vape IN THE MIDDLE OF THE KITCHEN she thinks shes in a vape olympics or something. i was watching as they were preparing my food and some workers that looked like they could be siblings were making out in the middle of the kitchen #incest #ghetto. That place is garbage, if i wasnt in such a hurry i would of ran back there, RKO'd everyone and prepared it myself. When my food was given to me that whole order was wrong and cold. I didnt care at that point, surprising they could even get it done #useless read more

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. So unprofessional & just a gross place.

Worst Experience ever! When I Received my order it was cold and wrong. The young lady at the window ask for the manager to come to the window. The manager however was laid out on a bench in the dining area. Unprofessionally dressed she then came to the window took the food and said, "I'll get another one, But you got a wait 6 to 10 minutes". After I waited 19 minutes I walked inside. The cashier shoved the food box in my hand, and rudely said, "here". This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Then to top it all off, the inside of the building was absolutely disgusting. The floors were so greasy I almost slipped. None of the employees were wearing gloves the majority of them had their masks around their chin's. I will not be returning to this establishment. read more

Careful with this place, they will get your order wrong a lot, or add extra items to your menu. Their drive thru is very slow, apparently their credit card machine is really slow, really? Upgrade it. Was just there, and the lady who took my order in the store had an extreme attitude, and acted like I was causing her a bad day by only being there. Geez, sorry for being a customer and giving you my money. Not only that, their store is disgusting and nasty inside, needs to be cleaned better or renovated. It also appears they're serving tea out of a yellow igloo container on the change counter, is that common for restaurants? Seems odd to me. Anyways I'm not sure if I'll ever go back to this place. Chicken Express, a lot of negative reviews on this place, are you listening to your customers? read more

Go to this chicken express all the time it's right down the road from us so it's quick and easy. They staff is friendly and every time my wife walks in there they already know what she wants. She doesn't like gravy so they already grab the no gravy. Good food overall and spicy is the way to go. read more

I went last night and they were slammed. cars lining up in the street to get in. They were short handed and training new people. It took 30 minutes get food thru the drive thru, however, the food was super fresh and hot. Fries were finally perfect. The manager does a great job of keeping things moving. It's not rocket science, it's chicken. very good chicken. We're always fans. read more

Worst chicken Express around. Terrible service with high prices. For quality isn't that great. Chicken overcooked...likes it sits under a to hot heat lamp. Will not be go back here read more

I have not been to chicken express since before the pandemic started. Yesterday afterwork, I decided to try, and like I remember there was a long line as the chicken is great. I decided to wait in line at drive thru. When I finally got to the window no one was wearing masks or gloves not even at counter wear the chicken is stacked up. We have record cases in Tarrant County and this is just unacceptable for food handlers not to have protective wear, protecting employees and providing safe food to their customers. It's as if this is the only place in the world that COVID 19 does not exist, no one there had PPE. I left the window without my order and drove to the Chick-fil-A and everyone had masks and gloves, almost 100% contactless order and pick up. Needless to say I will not be going back to this chicken express location, not ready to write off the chain but I better not see this irresponsible behavior at a different location or I will be writing a strong worded letter to the CEO and anyone that will do something about it. By all means if you want to contract the virus then go to the Clifford chicken express, they serving it up without a care in the world. read more

Was here for lunch and ordered the 4 strip meal with side roll and a drink. The food was great and the service was fast and friendly. Was very clean and family friendly. read more

No mask no gloves at the window, no mask no gloves while handling the food. This is crazy to me because of covid-19, I know for food places masks and gloves are required especially because of the virus and the fact that they aren't wearing any blows my mind and makes me feel unsafe. read more

Friendly, quick drive-thru service. Tenders were great. Mashed potatoes were great. Cheese sticks were great. Sauces were great. Nuff said. read more

Pretty good food.if u like sweet tea you will not go wrong.i always buy a gallon to take home.

I ordered a snack pack and it was terrible. It comes with a tub of gravy and I was given rolls instead of being offered biscuits. We are in Texas, who has rolls with gravy? The tenders were more like chicken nuggets, just scraps of batter. What a disgusting meal. Will not be going back. read more

This is the first Chicken Express location that lives up to its name. It took me longer to figure out what I wanted than to actually get my food. My total time there was less than five minutes (I went thru the drive-thru). I was worried that since my food got to me so fast that it had probably been sitting out for awhile, but it was very fresh. read more

So I really love this Chicken Express because the owners are so friendly and very awesome people. How ever I can can only give this place 3 stars because of the condition of the lobby at the time I came in. I'm not to big on a little mess but every table except for one was dirty when I came in to eat and there is trash and food all over the floor. The service however is great! On a side note when it's not to hot outside they have an awesome patio to eat at. read more

I been coming here for a year and ordering the snack pack as always. Tonight I went and ordered usual and ordered an extra snack pack. With a side of Mac n cheese. When I get home I notice one of the boxes only had 2 chicken tenders and usually I get 3. I called and spoke to Stephanie. She told me she was not required to give out 3 pieces. I asked why would she put 3 in one box and 2 in the other. She then seemed real confused. And the mac n cheese was missing. She said she could replace the mac n cheese but not the tender. This made me laugh being how many times I go to this place. Thanks to chiken express on clifford st , I will no longer be going there again. You need better customer service !!! read more

Great service! Good portions. Fast service. They just remodeled and looks great. They have more choices compared to other chicken express restaurants. read more

Nothing worst than having only 30 minutes for lunch. This place about only place to go without being late. Get back to work to find out order is wrong and of course you are then stuck with it. Ordered corn nuggets. Got French fries instead. This place has the worst fries. They have to be drowned in catsup or gravy of which did have either. So I was stuck eating tasteless cold French fries or nothing. read more
