Passing this Chic-Fil-A location daily I notice it is always crowded, but seems to move along efficiently. I have stopped in on occasion to pick up a quick treat for the lil guys whom I am the weekly nanny & they always enjoy the treats. I enjoy the quality of food they receive, the clean & friendly atmosphere, and waffle fries!! Aside from the front parking being a nightmare - it's front spaces are always blocked by the drive through, making it difficult to park getting into & out of. Honestly it's a nightmare whether parking or going thru the drive thru. It's a very poor design. They offer frequent family events, everything from Santa, Easter Bunnies, clowns & other kid friendly things. They often incorporate local entertainment events from High School Football nights to Ringling Bro's clowns & Community Leadership groups. The staff is always top notch for fast food, and if I must eat at a fast food chain - this is on my top 6. I ordered the Cobb salad, not realizing this included fried chicken pieces and found it a bit to greasy. Yes, a greasy salad. The apple cider vinaigrette was pleasing. I guess I'll just stick to my waffle fries as I tend to be very picky about my fast food, but it's a great choice for feeding children the best of fast food. I know this will sound very crazy but they do have the most awesome Ice. And lemonade. I enjoy their wholesome family attitude and community support. read more

Stopped into the neighborhood Chick-fil-A to pick up a breakfast sandwich and two large drinks. I received my drinks when I paid for my order and then watched at least 20 orders get filled before I finally left without my sandwich. When I called back to let them know what had happened the young lady on the phone was very pleasant however the sarcasm in her voice was unacceptable. I guess I will be stopping by Zaxby's more often now. read more

We were visiting Florida and went to this Chick Fil A a handful of times, and our order was messed up every single time and, not only that, but it took FOREVER to get it fixed. Never the less the employees are nice; they are just forgetful about what to put in your bag. They need to start being more consistent about putting your food in the bag! Chik-fil-la is a standard with me when I travel and have never been disappointed. This one did seem to have several young boys working on the day I was there and while not unfriendly, perhaps not up to the usual standards. The coffee they gave me was lukewarm but when I gave it to the lady attendant she was very apologetic and brewed some fresh. As a die hard coffee drinker I was most appreciative. They are always so fast and friendly!!! Today we went through the drive thru and got skipped by some cars skipping the cones. The manager who took our order offered to comp one of our meals for being so patient. Chick-fil-A is everyone's restaurant in a family-friendly environment. I love both types of their chicken, grilled and fried, and their milkshakes and lemonade are great. I've tried almost everything, and the service is wonderful, equally as good as their food.
