JJ's is having a special (in the app) that if you buy a sandwich, you get a side & drink for free! (restrictions might apply). I like the Hunter's Club as an "unwich" and since I saved calories from no bun, I got the Red Velvet Cookie sandwich as my side... yummy! Service is always good. While visiting I was blown away by the efficiency of the staff. My husband and I visited the restaurant during lunch time. There were other customers before us and after. Needless to say, the shop was busy, but that didn't slow the team down. The two sandwiches I'd ordered where done before we were able to fill up our drinks!! Hubby and I stopped in to this new location to try out Jimmy Johns for the 1st time. The service was fantastic!! It's very apparent that this crew had been well trained & the best part was that they all seemed to be enjoying their work, had smiles on their faces & were very pleasant to interact with. All my questions regarding delivery, menu, and options were easily answered by Mikayla at the register and the franchise owner, who was working right beside the crew. Our sandwiches were super delicious!! I really enjoyed the option of adding sprouts to my sandwich and the Avocado spread is out of this world Yummy & tasted super fresh. I loved reading all the facts about Jimmy Johns on the bag (totally funny - even if some were repetitive). The store decor was very trendy and interesting. There is limited seating, however most of their business is delivery or carry out. This location offers limited delivery to only the island area in order to guarantee quick, fresh & quality food. A delivery fee of $1 per sandwich - up to $4- is charged. I was disappointed that they only offer provolone cheese - the owner stated "it's the best of the cheeses" and I must disagree but this is a minor thing that depends upon ones own taste. Also, they only offer cold sandwiches even though the bag tells us Jimmy makes a mean Philly Steak, sadly we won't get to find out for ourselves. We will certainly be choosing this as our regular sandwich "go to" for those nights when we just want something satisfying, easy, yummy, and quick. It was a pleasure to meet the crew, and check out our islands newest addition. After a LONG day of driving I just wanted to feed my family. Most restaurants were closing or having St. Patrick's Day party so we headed into Jimmy Johns. We were promptly greeted. The staff was super friendly and we chatted while we waited for our sandwiches. It was like hanging with old friends. We brought the sandwiches back to our hotel and the food was super yummy! Probably the best Jimmy John's location I've ever been to. I grab a sandwich for lunch a few times per month when I come to the island. Very consistent quality of food AND service. Dropped in today and received great service. They guy(name was E2, but uncertain if that's how he spells it) working there, E2 was friendly and helpful. I didn't get the guy making the delivery name, but he seemed to be on it too. Just nice to see good energy! read more

I used to really love this Jimmy Johns when it first opened. The customer service was great! Now it seems to have vanished. After my last few experiences there, I don't think I will be going back. There are a couple of individuals there that usually work at night that have messed up my order on 3 separate occasions when I have visited this location. I think they may be working high. How hard is it to ring up two subs using two separate cards? Instead I was charged for both subs on one card. Again, this happened on 3 separate visits! Also, the cashier that rang up my order went straight from taking my order at the register, to making my sandwiches without washing his hands. I also watched him do the same thing with the person that ordered in front of me that was paying with cash. That is very gross and unprofessional! Some things would need to change before I would decide to return. I wish that I didn't have to write this review, but hopefully management will read this and fix these issues. read more

Just ordered 3 subs & pickles for 4 adults on Easter Sunday (we had a homemade meal earlier in the day) and as usual the subs were excellent but the kindness was top of the line outstanding! During this quarantine small businesses, even fast food subs, need all the business we can give them. Please support/eat out as often as you reasonably can. read more

We just had Jimmy John's for the first time today. It was delicious and the staff were awesome. We really enjoyed our lunch there. We met the owners Zac and Josh that were very welcoming and going above and beyond to assist us on our menu choices. We will be back for sure. Visited this Jimmy John's for the first time. Very pleased with my experience. We were blown away with a greeting as soon as we walked through the door. Ordered 3 sandwiches and had them all in my hand by the time I was finished paying. Bread was delicious probably the best I've ever had and the pickle was the size of my arm. The sandwiches were delivered quickly and the driver was very nice. The problem is that the sandwiches had almost no meat on them. We got a "Big John" and a "Vito". The meat in the sandwiches was barely visible. Pitiful. read more

AMAZING customer service!! We were on Amelia Island for a work function. We needed some food for some excursions planned the next day. I had called a local subway on multiple occasions but no one ever picked up. I happened to be at the Publix and saw Jimmy Johns, so I decided to go see what they had. They offered to come in early to get the sandwiches prepared for us the next day, if necessary. Once I called them back, I told them I didn't need them as early as originally thought but would be there the next day about 11:30. Well, I had to call the next morning to change it up a bit, and of course, they did- NO PROBLEM! They had it ready when I got there, and they helped me carry it to my car. I would only use them, for any future needs. I don't know if I will be back to Amelia Island, so I had to share this with the world, in hopes you all will patronize them in case, I cant get back! :) read more
