One of the cleanest & finest in quality food - Chik- fil- A's - places we ever been to in a long time. The spicy chicken deluxe sandwich was perfection with ample amounts of lettuce & tomato with pepper jack cheese. We came in before the lunch crowd rushed inside and we were finally able to use our gift cards there. We skipped breakfast at our hotel and decided to go to a nearby Chick- fil-a on our road trip in North Carolina. This is hands down the best Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. The staff are very nice and quick with their service. If they do get an order wrong which is rarely they promptly correct it. I have also never had bad lettuce in my salad from this one as I have from other Chick-fil-A's. Perk they expanded there parking lot for more parking! read more

Hey it's chick fil A the food is good the place is clean only thing I didn't like is that you have to ask for the sauces back in my hometown of Los Angeles they put all of the sauces out and you grab what you want and how ever much your heart desires they'll even give you a small bag to fill up on sauces but Wilson isn't having it lol read more

This location is a favorite go-to for lunch with my mom when I'm in town. (Even as a vegetarian, I can get the mac and cheese and a kale salad and be perfectly content with lunch.) Our experiences here have been generally good, interactions with the staff great, and the food consistently good, save the long lines and wait times at the drive thru but this is usually more of a volume issue than efficiency issue. However, during busy times we have had items left off the order, twice recently. I know that these are likely just honest oversights, but claiming the missing item is not necessarily easy and if you're coming in from out of town, have a limited window for visiting. Calling the location doesn't get you anywhere--you'll be prompted to choose from a menu that doesn't have any option that really matches what you need, and then picking the the closest one led to my disconnection--twice. Contacting over social media will seem to elicit reading of the message, but it can take days and multiple attempts to ensure the item can be replaced or receive a response. Really, this is something that deserves an answer within one business day, save Sundays when the restaurant is closed. Both times I have provided images of the receipt showing what was forgotten. Chick Fil A did make the first order right by replacing all items at no cost, and the food was great, and I very much appreciate the gesture. Still waiting on resolution of the second issue however. I would suggest to step up the monitoring of social media for customer feedback and needs--if the business receives many messages, is there dedicated staff to monitor these? That could be helpful. I still do not hesitate to visit this location when I'm in town because it is run well and the staff are very friendly and professional. They do a great job serving so many customers, but the slow communication when there is a small issue with an order keeps this from being a full five stars. read more

A class act Chick-Fil-A! We unloaded a bus of 16 kids 4 adults and two babies heading home from a high school US History field trip in DC. We were disappointed when another location (union station) refused our meal cards that were generously donated by our local Chick-Fil-A, but this location welcomed us with open arms! They were already slam packed when we rolled in but I received my food without 5 min of ordering! They were fast, efficient and super friendly!! Chick-fil-a hasn't been the same since the one on 264 opened. I'd rather wait longer so the staff will ensure my order is correct. It seems like the staff never read the ticket and insure that everything is in the bags before hand off. Even the food quality is often not the best from chicken sandwiches being cold to soggy from sitting out too long. read more

Once you made it through the line, it was then difficult to exit quickly and it left me sitting there for almost ten minutes. The most complicated CFA that I've ever been too! The food and service was great! The cobb salad (minus bacon & egg) was out of this world a long with the apple cider dressing. Chick-fil-A was so accommodating with taking out some of the ingredients such and the bacon and egg. I wish there was a Chick-fil-A near me. This location was very organized and put together. This Chick-fil-A in Wilson was great! The fact that EVERY Yelper's review was coming in at five stars made me feel like something was going on. On my way home from Florida, I decided to stop here for lunch (and get gas at a nearby Murphy's). Overall the building, both inside and out, looked pretty nice and clean! The staff were extremely friendly, fast, and efficient. All of the meals came out fast and we were able to get on the road fast. The meals tasted great! You could tell A LOT of care was put into the food. It was some of the best I had (but not as good as one in Liberia Ave Manassas, Va). I was very tempted to stay, but I didn't want that infamous I-95 traffic. I would definitely stop by here again and I sure recommend stopping by here to eat! This place is a prime example of Chick-fil-A's everywhere! I have been to so many Chick-fil-A's across America and I have to say that this is the (second in my books) best Chick-fil-A in America! read more

All the employees are very friendly, courteous and willing to help out. The owner and her staff is always out in the community helping out and every Tuesday they are hosting a fundraiser for a community organization. The cars are wrapped around the building during meal time and there is very little of a wait as the employees are on the ball and getting orders on hand held devices before we can even get to the order station.
