When we were seated, we were offered 3 different table choices instead of being brought to a table. A general area was indicated and since neither of us had been here before, it was a bit chaotic. Had to wait a few beats for a server, but she was friendly when she arrived. We started with the potato skins which were all topped inconsistently - some had more cheese, some more bacon, and some skimpy all around. My friend got the burger and she said it was delicious. I got the steak grilled cheese which was salty and the meat wasn't easy to consume. I was under the assumption this would be more of a grilled cheese, but it was really bread with melted cheese and steak stuck in between. We both got fries and we did enjoy those. The decor is of Wilkes over the years which was pretty cool. I did notice the sign above our table had Wilkes misspelled - I don't know if that was a typo of the town had a different name previously. I'm unsure if I'd choose to come back here again. If so, I'll probably try a burger.

Vibes in bar area are typical with plenty of TVs playing different sporting events. Million dollar question: Will we return? Answer: Probably. If we're in the area and in need of something more than fast food then we will likely stop in and sit in the bar area like always. If the service is bad, we'll likely leave (btw We've never had bad service) If the food is bad and we're in a crunch for time (which we usually are), we'll just not eat it. If we ever have time to spare, we might send it back for correction or just ask to have it taken off the bill. There's no need to make a scene or be rude to staff.

Tonight we had inedible fries, 3 half filled ranch cups to split between all 3 orders of fries, an appetizer of fried pickles, potato wedges, an 6 pc chicken tenders and it was reiterated that both orders needed extra ranch. The chicken was not tossed in the sauce and the sauce wasn't even provided for the chicken tenders. It's all pulled into one plate with no dividers so everything you order gets coated in whatever sides you ordered. The last few times we said we wouldn't order again but we really wanted things to be better because we used to really love it here. Out of the 5 people eating tonight nobody was satisfied and we are at work so we just have to deal with it. Truly disappointed that I have to even leave this review, but the last few times we tried to have things addressed it was met with little concern and/or "oh I'm sorry" but then repeating the same issue again. Let me edit to give credit where credit is due: Went back for correction on one of the plates and they remade it with no issues about it. I still stand by my 1 star just because this has became a consistent issue and the cost of gas running back and forth adds up. We hope maybe in the future if we give it another go then our score can increase and things will be better. We do understand being busy and things being overwhelming but if it is consistently too overwhelming to maintain quality then there may need to be adjustments made somewhere. If you do order just be sure to make sure everything is correct before you leave the best you can. Unfortunately in our situation it's usually a few people at work ordering and a 3rd party picking up

Still a great flavor to them and the sides were yummy. Our waitress came back to say they were working on the peppers and onions. By the time she came back the second time, we'd finished eating our food. She apologized that no one brought them out to us. Oh well. The food was good enough that I'd come back, but be aware you might be waiting for a while.
