Not good, nothing on the menu is good. I used to like their salads, but even those are not good anymore.

Everything was good, got the Cobb salad and 5 piece fingerz with drinks. Only complaint was they were out of tomatoes and didn't tell us so I got home with no tomatoes in my salad. Not the end of the world. Also if you like your salad saturated with dressing you should get extra. I don't like too much dressing so I usually only use 1/2 a pack to 1 pack depending on the size of the salad, but I used both packs and still had a significant amount of salad with no dressing on it. this zaxbys sucks! the employees are always rude and seem like they have no clue what they are doing. Here i've placed a few online orders and no matter what they will always have you pull up and wait 10+ minutes even if you wait till the pickup time on the app, then the food is cold when you get it so you know it's just been sitting, I've also been sitting at the window for my food one time after paying, the worker at the window then comes back and asks me what i'm doing sitting there in a rude tone?! like i'm waiting on my food and drink, would not recommend just for that but there's many other better food places in wilkes! read more

I LOVE Zaxby's! I LOVE the Blue Zalad! This is my go to order and of course, that's what I got at this location/visit! The customer service was great! The Drive Thru attendant was very pleasant & professional. We received our order promptly! Our order was correct and the food tasted fresh! Zalads were prepared correctly, chicken was hot & salad dressing was correct. I will gladly return to this location when I'm in the area again! read more

I ordered through the drive through they had me pull up I waited over 20 minutes and watched as the people in line kept getting their food when I only ordered a nibbler and a drink so I went in and it smelt like a chicken house and was just disgustingLy smelly they tried to tell me they didn't have my order and that they didn't have the receipt to see that I ordered but after arguing they made it and while I was waiting I went to the restroom and it smells 30x better then the lobby never coming here again!! read more

I got food poisoning from here. Food wasn't even that good so disappointing to spend over $40 on food and it wasn't even warm!

Food: The food was horrible. Looked like all the food had been under a heat lamp for hours. Nothing was freshly cooked. Over-fried, sloppily put together. Service: the girl waiting on us was very nice and helpful. Ambience: drip buckets needed for the rain coming through the roof near the drink machine. Seating looked nice but we ordered take-out. The drive thru order taker asked us if we could wait a few mins. (Okay by me) then she asked us to wait even more without explaining why. Overall it was a 10 min wait at the drive thru ordering box. Ate during the lunchtime hour on 08/15/2022. Food was great; sides provided with the meal were acceptable. TOO much soda water being dispensed in the soft drink machine. The last times we have been to this zaxbys they have been out of grilled chicken. And because the drive thru is made for business to go through it, we couldn't pull out to leave only set in line 10 minutes each time we find out that they don't have grilled chicken at a chicken place. We have been highly disappointed. I understand not having enough once but multiple times we have been there, NO excuse for that. And you can't do a survey without a purchase receipt. read more

I stopped at Zaxby's in Wilkesboro today for only the second time since it has been here. The reason why I have only just now went for the second time is that I like to give every place that I review at least 2 chances to make an impression. I own and run a business so, I understand that people and businesses have good days and bad. I waited 4 months after my first horrific experience at this location and chose a different time period for my visit. Today I went through the drive-thru I placed my order and requested the sauces that I wanted with the plates I had ordered. Thankfully I checked on the sauces before leaving the parking lot. I had to go back inside to wait for the correct sauces. The 4 young boys who were working and in my line of site apparently do not want to make sure that the food is decent before handing it off because I recieved the tiniest chicken fingers I have ever seen. The toast on both plates was so hard that it was inedible, and the fries were barely cooked and most were still hard, not just in the center but all of the way through. I would be ashamed to work at this location and I personally will stick to the out of town locations of Zaxby's where they serve ediible foods only. I might try this location 1 more time before writing it off completely but, only because my order was complete and not missing any items other than having the wrong sauces. I will be waiting until they have had time to correct the problems they currently have before I consider it though. read more

Just went thru the drive thru. Got two salads and was going to park and eat them. Wasn't given a fork. Went back to the drive thru. Told them we didn't receive forks....they didn't have any. I wasn't happy....if I had been told that up front....I would have been ok....but the guy said they couldn't help it.....so, if you order something that isn't a finger food.....you might want to ask before you order. read more

This has to be the worst Zaxbys we have ever entered. All of the food was cold. The fries seemed to have been in a warmer for quite some time. The Texas toast was apparently fixed long before the order instead of prepared with the meal. The grilled chicken on the Cobb salad was cold. I ordered 20 chicken fingers and want 2 different sauces. I was told I would have to order them separately by 10 and 10 which caused me to pay an extra dollar for the fingers. How is this right?
