I got the half chicken with their dipping sauce, with potato salad for a side. The sides were small portions. The baked beans were average and the potato salad was very good! We would both definitely get the potato salad again. My wife said the tenders were good and what she expected. The star of the meal was my half chicken with their dipping sauce on the plate under the chicken. The skin was crispy and delicious. The chicken portion was large and juicy - absolutely delicious. Since it's been years since I had Ted's Kickin' Chicken, I had high expectations. The chicken and dipping sauce exceeded my expectations! While I wish they would open a location closer to Winston-Salem, I was glad I finally tried this Wilkesboro NC location. I will certainly return when I'm back that way.
