Staff had a really bad tone towards many other staff memebers and customers. Staff often leaves the front counter and many people wait for someone to help them. Food was mid and chicken is burnt every time I come here. Worst experience was when a staff memeber asked me to go get a fork from the dinning room instead of asking her and I told her it was because the forks were out and she rolled her eyes at me and sarcastically said "thanks for telling me" very inapproiate. Many times when going to QDOBA, they have been out of stuff. One time they were out of guacamole (it's a Mexican restaurant). Another time they were out of the brisket. Not the worse but still. Last night out of all rice and vegetables. I'm pretty sure we won't be going back! read more

We did take out orders and had to go back because they forgot several things. The rice in the bowl was crunchy and the peppers weren't cut well. Some of the chips were stale and chewy. We were passing through Wilkesboro and decided to stop into Qdoba for lunch. We used to eat at the one in Greensboro when we lived in that city and miss dining there. I have to say that although the ladies working behind the counter offered quick service, the quality of the food just wasn't up to par. My husband had the quesadilla and I ordered a burrito. The lady behind the counter didn't seem to be very skilled at wrapping a burrito. I tried rewrapping it at the table but the thing just sort of fell apart And the contents are barely warm. Qdoba in Wilkes is a very special place that has always been a favorite of mine to eat at. Every employee is very nice and professional, and the food is great. They also give you plenty of food when you order. I've never had a bad experience here. They have always taken care of me every time I've been there. If my family or friends have a special request, they have always been quick to accommodate. I've even been here when the owner has been there working side by side with his staff. I've eaten there previously.....today, may have ended my patronage! The young man who was addressing me ...."What can I get you?" The look on his face - I thought about turning around and leaving. No other customers..& he wasn't someone who I felt needed to serve me! A snarl would've been the end game. I turned and looked at my husband & asked if he wanted to leave. He reminded me that I needed to eat after leaving the dr.'s office & been given some medication. So, I ordered. We both ordered the simplest thing - beef burritos. We usually get it well condimented...I also ordered drinks, chips & salsa. The young man who completed our order was much more cordial. And I was pleased to see a gentle response. I had tried "to thaw" the first young man out while he prepared our order...he wasn't having it. ( He definitely doesn't like his job...(my husband and I, both agreed). We ate in...my husband said the meat tasted funny. I told him it looked like dog food, not hamburger....but I needed to get something on my stomach quickly, so we ate. We have N E V E R been able to eat a whole burrito, until today. It was the skinniest one I've ever eaten at a Qdoba..! I usually take 2/3 of mine home. Not today. My husband said $9.25 (each) for the smallest burrito they've ever presented us. Our order was just under $30. My husband said - "never again"......! And that was before he started complaining about indigestion. Really need a fourth of a star...I may write this business off. **The last time we ate at this location, it was so good I took my Auto Mechanic...the same meal my husband and I had enjoyed. Poor management is definitely apparent at this location. Could very well have something to do with the owner, who I've been told really just cares most about the place staying open enough to turn a profit- no beer available which is unusual for a Qdoba. Must be a Bible belt thing. Sad. The same two or three girls I've had make my food really don't care at all about what they're doing- and that's a poor management issue. I've had both burritos and a quesadilla where the ingredients are not evenly distributed throughout the vessel. Take one bite and it's meat, a sour cream center, etc etc. I love Qdoba as a chain but this location just sucks. Management, PLEASE do something. Pay your employees better, train them, whatever it takes to make them care about doing their job right. And FFS please use fresh limes. The yellow and brown limes are disgusting. read more

Not a good experience today. The staff was terrible or high. Yes, seemed a bit hungover or stoned. The guy making my wife's vegetarian meal didn't know how to make it and only put black beans on the tortilla. My meat tacos, most of the meat was over cooked. Despite having no one in the restaurant, the two ladies working could not be bothered with having a decent attitude or being even mildly polite. I'm not asking for enthusiasm but not being rude and making me repeat parts of my order because you didn't care to listen would be fantastic. Beside their shit attitudes, nothing was stocked. Had a hard time finding this place as when you type the address into Apple maps it takes you to a residential house. It's actually in the Kohls parking lot up on a hill overlooking the main road. I travel to Wilkesboro sometimes and really like eating here for something quick when I'm in town. To queso is good and the restaurant is new and clean. I'm on a gluten free diet so finding quick convenient food that I can eat is tough. But there are plenty of choices here. read more

One of my worst dining experience ever. Enough said but this app is making say more. So I'll talk about how dumb this app really is.

I've tried this place about 5 or 6 times. Out of those visits 2 were up to standards. The food rarely seems "fresh", like it's been sitting out for hours. During several of the visits they were out of veggies, stating they would have to cook more if we wanted them. It really seems that most of the issues this restaurant is facing is due mismanagement. Overall, it's just not worth the price to continue to be let down time after time. read more

A friend and I recently visited your restaurant in wilkesboro NC off of hwy 421. We both previously visited this location at least once a week. Due to relocation we haven't been a a couple of months until today. We came in today (Tuesday) sadly learned that they no longer have the taco Tuesday promo. Then after scanning the menu ( VERY LIMITED) decided on the three tacos for 9.00. The young lady who assembled them did a very poor job. The meat we selected was basically empty so we pretty much got fat and juice. Then when she added the lettuce it wasn't even inside the tacos. It was literally thrown all over the platter. The salsa container was empty. She never bothered on getting more. She simply scraped the side of the container and pretended to apply salsa to the tacos. We always order chips and queso. The cheese sauce was extremely bland and the chips were stale. Not to mention we had an overload of the bland queso on our tacos. Being a loyal qdoba customer, I was very disappointed. I work in customer service myself and I would want to be aware of this. Hope this is is taken seriously. read more
