I live around the area, and im visiting the store everyweek sometimes twice a week. But they are always getting my order wrong at the drive thru... And the large waffle fries is only halfway full... today i order Grilled chicken nuggets and again for the 4th time around they gave me a deep fried nuggets... oh well... my daugther is very excited when i got home but when she open the box of chicken its not the grilled one ... oh well... again! read more

The owner or manager should open up classes on who & how to hire as well as how to uphold a brand and provide service. It's a chain, but it definitely stands out among their own and others! My wife to be and I came into the restaurant around 6:30 because I wanted a shake and she wanted fries. But the entire time we were here an older lady (assuming manager) wouldn't stop watching us like we were trouble or something. I'm being a little generous with the second star. I will give them another shot in a couple months (otherwise would return at least weekly). The place was barely clean enough to have a meal at, so I asked a young worker to help by wiping down some tables, including the one I wanted to eat at. He started, but didn't feel like wiping down the whole table top, just a few quick passes, so I had to ask him to finish it as he had thought it was okay to move on to another table. I notice that more of the lobby was dirty as I decided to order anyway, and noticed some flies (only happens because a place doesn't clean enough), and that the credit card console and nearby counter at the register had been previously wiped with a dirty rag, due to the streaking (plus sauce splatter on the console). On mentioning that to the cashier, he seemed to acknowledge it, but didn't do anything about it and the first fellow saw fit to chuckle about me as I went to my table (thinking I didn't see/hear). I layer noticed that some of the dirty tables I had pointed earlier out remained untouched and dirty. The cleaning priority at this location is not likely high. The food wasn't bad, but I am not too motivated to return anytime soon if this is really just a jobs program to the staff in charge of taking care of cleaning (all of them), which must always come before making the food. All the while, staff were hanging out, joking, and it wasn't till close to the last 20 minutes that we saw some folks starting to do closing clean-up routine. Not good. Let me start by saying that I usually enjoy chic-fil-a. Stop by this location breakfast on my way home after work, I got 3 chicken minis and a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. I didn't realize that chicken minis are just overpriced nuggets in a greasy bun, and will never order them again. They tasted fine, but for the price, I'd rather get an order of nuggets. My sandwich was smashed, the eggs were not completely cooked, and the bacon left a lot to be desired. In the future, I will stick to the chic-fil-a in Loveland. I always get fresh, delicious sandwiches from them. Then again, maybe this location was having a off morning, I may be back. read more

Great family fast food. Join their text club for weekly freebies. They have kids nights on Tuesdays but they are kid oriented every day...but Sunday which is cool that they are closed. Their food is rated healthy in terms of fast food. And, the people who work there are very nice. Stop by here for a quick meal when you don't want a burger. read more

I hate the fact that most of the time that I want Chick-fil-A is on Sundays. Their food quality is good most of the time, though I have experienced some reallllllly shoddy nuggets, like literally a bunch of batter that got fried together was considered one piece. The real thing that pisses me off to no end is when there's a line out the door and they only have 1 register open and the guy behind the counter is talking to his church friend while the rest of us have to wait for them to finish talking about how great Jesus is. They used to be so friendly there and fast service. Now they have these new kids and could not get the order correct and ended up have 5 cars wait behind. I asked for a breakfast chicken bagel meal and got a drink and sausage bagel with NO hashbrowns. Four woman were all working on my one order and still couldn't figure it out. This is the best Chick fil A around with super friendly staff. I take my two little ones there often (I live across the street). We have had a couple issues with the order being slightly messed up but the are always apologetic and handle it right away. We love this place! read more

I had a wonderful experience here this Afternoon. I came in and the lady, named Adrianna, kindly let me go past the ropes just to get to her line and not have to walk as far. Next, she kindly asked what I wanted and was patient even though I took my time with the order and cancer my mind a few times. Then, I only waited less than a minute for a kind gentleman to bring out my food and ask me if I wanted anything else such as condiments and or straws. I asked for a straw and I asked if he would put it in the bag since my hands were full, and he did it with a smile on his face as well. This is a great place for families and adults and the waiting time was nothing either even though there was a long line in the drive through, they had people taking orders in the freezing cold too! This is the BEST chic-fil-a I have EVER been to! I came for lunch today and it was busy! But they had tons of employees in the drive through line streamlining orders. What really made things remarkable is this woman, Sharon...she is a saint. It appears her job is to walk around and ask guests if they need anything. Literally anything at all! Every time I go to this location with my children everyone is very helpful and accommodating and make sure we enjoy a great dining experience. I used to work at Chick-fil-a in Brighton. I loved it there, I loved the people I worked with and the guests were amazing. I have been eating at this location a couple times now. The food is great, but the service is not what chick-fil-a is all about. I have ordered a 6 count grilled nugget kids meal twice now and each time they give me regular nuggets. The employees at the front counter really need to start listening. Also, smile! At least pretend that you like to be at your job. I know that working at CFA can be stressful, but putting a smile on your face will help, especially if you are able to make another guest smile :) read more

My daughter asked me to bring her and some of her friends lunch.. When I went to the Chick-fil-A restaurant, Michelle, and her staff went above and beyond to help me out. They made sure each order was put in separate bags with the name of that child on the bag but also put the change back into the bag that I brought and put into their lunch, also put names on drinks and made sure that I had straws, and other condiments for the kids. I don't normally write reviews but found my experience needed to be shared...especially since I was in too much of a hurry to acknowledge the situation at the time. My husband went to get in line with our toddler while I went to track down a table and high chair. An employee saw me and made sure she grabbed the high chair for me and took me to a table. She then situated the high chair and applied the plastic eating mat for me. I always love their food...it's our favorite if we're going to do fast food but the level of customer service is incredible. Attitude is something that can make positive or negative impacts on experiences and the kind services they provide with great attitudes is above and beyond. You can say they're paid to do it but all establishments pay their employees and expect customer service and yet time after time it's experienced from thjs particular chain...it makes you wonder what the difference is! By the way, this kind woman had no way of knowing I was newly pregnant, exhausted, and sick and that her act of kindness brightened my day!
