This is a great location. Staff is great, orders are always correct. I come here a few times a week. Highly recommend using the app because the drive thru is always wrapped around the building and curbside pickup is fast and easy to use (just make sure they put straws in your bag because they forget them fairly regularly. I keep a stash in my glove box). There is a Playland which my kids love. The lemonade is fresh squeezed and fantastic. Even if we don't eat there my husband always hits the drive thru for one. I went thru the drive-thru and we waited 30 minutes for food. That was okay because the inside isn't open so I can wait for food. The one thing that got it one star is that when I got my food she said "sorry for the wait there are two cookies inside" we open the bag then no cookies inside. When I first went to chick fil A I didn't expect much I thought they were just a normal restaurant. I want to first say that I don't usually leave bad reviews but I used to work at chick fil a at the orchards parkway and I can say confidently that it is a better location than 120th. I usually come here but try to avoid it by going to a different location. The line is outrageous. Take 30+ minutes most days. Most days when I come here the employees look super bored and annoyed. But today as a former cfa employees, I would greet my customers with a smile, a "how are you" a nice "hiii" but when I went today all they said was "what's your name". They didn't even try to engage with me, which I was like okay maybe she's just having a bad day. I pull up to the window to get my order and decided to last minute buy a medium fry, which I had my card ready. I pull up... and nothing. Not a hi, not a how's your day..?? I said "hi I want to get a medium fry" and handed her my card... nothing. She didn't say anything. I get it if your shy, but don't work at chick fil a if you don't want to engage with people. Waited 40 mins in drive thru line today. Usually much faster staff. Been here several times and a few times I had wrong orders and reported it to online customer service, for no response. Overall the staff here are very nice and trained well in customer service. But a 3$ free chicken sandwich wasn't worth waiting 40 mins wasting my gasoline in a drive thru line for. You'd think they were giving out free chick fil a for life giveaway. What a cluster F. And I'm used to chick fil a being busy, this was another level. read more

I've been coming to this location for a very long time and lately the service has not been great. I went Saturday night 11/17/2018 and I had horrible service. The only people that work there seems to be high schoolers who don't care. I was at ordering through the drive thru and you could just hear everyone messing around. They'd ask me what I wanted, I'd respond, then another person would ask me what I wanted. I ordered a soup, got water. Got fries, super soggy. This location was always my go to, but I feel like it's failing. I don't recommend coming here. read more

This Chick-fil-A is a nice location really close to my home. It is a great place for a quick bite and the service is always good. I love the frozen drinks. They are so refreshing. I mobile ordered something through curb side pick up and when we pulled up the building it said that someone was on their way out to our car 45 min later I finally decided to call and see what was going on and it took me 10 tries to get through and they weren't even that busy because there waa people too busy sweeping to answer the phone and when I finally got through they were like "we looked through our window and there was no car there" and I mean really?! I love this location and am a regular. Not only are they friendly (a chick-Fil-a standard) but the food is always spot on. I have always loved their avocado lime ranch, but an employee recommended mixing that with the creamy salsa. Life changing. Very disappointed. I have gone to this Chick-fil-A off and on for the past 5 years and have been happy with the food and service. Today is the first time I went through the drive through. The server handed me my order and said thank you. I then drove 15 miles to where I was meeting my wife for lunch. We sat down to eat and found that half the order was missing. I ordered a large fries, but all I got was a large container for fries with small pieces and only half full. All I can say is if I ever return to this store, I won't leave without first checking my bag. read more

We go to this location at least 2 times a week as our kids & my husband love CFA! However, the last 2 order experiences have been absolutely atrocious! First time, coming home from a SURGERY, we stopped in to grab food before going home. They told us they placed breakfast samples in our bag. Ok, great! Get home & the only thing in our bags are these 'samples'. I call to let them know & Alexis gives us a coupon code to use when my Husband goes back to pick up our order. No refunds, extras or offers, just an extra trip my husband made, leaving me home after surgery when I couldn't walk. 2nd time, ordered through the app like we do normally if we are in a hurry. Get to the spot to let them know we are there. A girl comes by 2 minutes later & asks my name. She says she will be right back with my order. Fast forward 15 minutes later & still no order. I finally call as I have seen 3-4 cars at this point pull in after me & already leave with their order. After getting through I speak with Jennifer the 'Manager' and my order is coming out right as I am on the phone with her. I explain that I had been there almost 20 minutes and cars had come & gone before me (mind you, my order is not big-2 adult meals, 2 kids). She explains that she is sorry but it was only 12 minutes & they will give me a free ice cream. (I have 6k points, I can buy as many ice creams as I want with those). I tell her that isn't acceptable & I am very unsatisfied. She asks what would help to remedy the situation & I let her know that after the last few orders being incorrect & having to wait so long that I would like a refund. She puts me on hold for 10 minutes just to come back & tell me no, that they can offer me a free sandwich (I can also get that myself with my points). What a JOKE! I am an account manager for a small business & WOULD NEVER treat a customer in this manner. If I could give 0 stars for the last 3 visits, I would. Won't be visiting anymore. read more

I went here to get breakfast and did not get my full order. I had to park and go inside to get the rest of my order but had to wait another 10 minutes for a fruit cup. From what I saw, those are premade. I ordered the new breakfast scramble bowl which comes with salsa but did not get the salsa. I asked for Texas Pete sauce while in the drive through and the Asian kid was rude and said "I already put some in there but I'll give you more" then gave me 2 packets. He didn't put any in there to begin with! And since when were they stingy on condiments?? I didn't get straws for my drinks.. and the frosted coffee was on the bitter side. Just a horrible morning. It stinks! DO NOT USE THE APP....unless you want to lose your money. I put in $25. It worked one time...the first time. Everything since has been a joke. Tonight I lost $13 and some change. Manager Megan did not refund, just held me there for over 1/2 hour and then refunded my money on her register to someone else's credit card. I fly out of town in the morning and because of her delaying me, the pharmacy at Walmart closed and not I have no needles for my diabetes. Thanks Megan! Absolutely horrible service. I went in with my family and four of my family members ordered first then right after me and one other person ordered together. We knew we'd probably get our food first since there was only two of us and the rest of my family went to sit down. We got our food within two minutes so we were like okay that's awesome. My other family members waited over 30 minutes then one of them had gotten up to go so where the food was and asked politely and was given attitude for no reason. Then they manager said they gave the order to someone else and they just re made it then my boyfriend got up to use the restroom and we had noticed the employees walking over at least once a minute and starring at us and pointing so we were quite confused. Once my boyfriend got up he was walking to the restroom and the employees including the manager were talking shit about my family and I not knowing my boyfriend was with us they kaput talking extremely rude about us even in front of other customers saying they thought we were going to go back up wanting free food when we had no intention of doing so we were getting ready to leave at the time. The food being late wasn't an issue this location is always busy but when they started talking shit and it's mainly the head manager that's a completely different story. One of my family members went up to let the manager know we had no intention to get free food and she didn't appreciate being able to hear the manager and other employees talk shit and stare and point at us knowing we could see them. Well, the manager didn't like that at all she was extremely disrespectful and instead of apologizing and just saying oh okay my bad she huffed and puffed and turned around and just walked off and laughed. At that point my aunt got very angry and told her that her and her employees were extremely disrespectful and we all got up and left. I used to work in the food industry an none of the employees I ever worked with or even a manager especially was that rude to a customer. EVER. That is absolute bullshit. You do not point at your customers and talk shit knowing they can hear you. We did absolutely nothing wrong we had no intention of even getting more food we just wanted what we ordered we were very respectful until the manager walked off talking shit and laughing to other employees. Then the manager put a jacket on and covered her name tag so we couldn't report her. But when we called to report her we were told that they knew exactly who it was and it wasn't the first complaint they had gotten about her. If you have a bad fucking employee FIRE THEM!!!
