Not sure what happened to this location in the recent months but it used to be top notch. The good: drive thru staff are super friendly. The bad: The waffle fries taste like the microwaved last week's fries. The buns are stale and fall apart, the filets are thinned down, and they consistently mess up carry out/drive thru orders. It's Chick-fil-A. I'm so glad they opened a location closer to home. I've never been inside, since we always use the drive thru. For the most part, service has been quick and friendly. The line moves smoothly. Every now and then, we come across an employee who is most likely having a rough day. Every time I pass this place, the drive thru line is long, I'd be exhausted too. Our orders are correct the majority of the time. Every once in awhile, they forget something or get the size wrong in our order. Employees here are very good at correcting the problem. I've learned to check our order completely before leaving the drive thru window. This way I don't have to get home and call them or drive back for our missing/wrong item. Service seems to be okay...but not "yet" over-the-top friendly as I've experienced at other CFA joints. The drive-thru is always busy, and the inside seems clean enough. First time ever going there this morning. Don't know who designed the parking lot/layout of the property but something definitely wrong with them and anyone/everyone who approved it. Just a confusing disasterous mess. I purchased a sausage egg and cheese muffin meal with a small unsweetened iced tea like I do when Im here. I managed to find a small space to pull off and eat and listen to a radio program in their maze. I reached down to get my drink from my built in cup holder. The cup holder was full of tea and when I held up the cup it was pouring tea from it. I thought maybe there was something in my cup holder (what I don't know) but nothing there but a pool of tea. I now know why the guy handed it to me at the drive through window (I thought he was afraid our hands would touch or something). And there is one Asian lady who works the drivethru who just stands in the drivethru lanes and walks in front of cars in the drivethru. So watch out for her as she is definitely not watching out for you -- the cars. She was there the first drive around and the second time when I went back to get my tea/cup replaced. read more

Chick Fil A is the only fast food chain that closes on Sunday for religious reasons. Now that does not mean that you can't review it on Sunday after eating Chick Fil A on Saturday. This is a relatively new location near Aldie where we are visiting for the weekend. Everyone wanted to go to some fish shack but I was able to convince them that fish shack is open on Sunday but this one ain't so let's change plans. Majority of the Chick Fil A's are pretty similar but the most important aspect of this one was its service. The food is fantastic but the service is even better. The staff makes sure that you are happy with the quality of the food and they bring you all the special sauces to try your burgers with. I had a grilled chicken sandwich and a spicy chicken sandwich and both of them were excellent. The waffle fries were crisp and freshly fried and you can tell the difference as most fast foods reuse old oil and the fries are never crisp. 4 stars all the way plus the CFA's in Virginia are all halal so I got to get back to Virginia more often. Unless they make the Florida stores serve halal chicken too!!!!! read more

Well- I think it's stupid that the people who work the drive thru walk to your car leaving space for 3 other cars ahead in line. Shocked at just how BAD the service can be at this location.. had a young women at the drive thru named Samantha (red hair and freckles) she gave attitude because I asked which salad dressings were available and she said,"can you not see the board?" I am hard of sight... so not really!? Plus my car sits up higher and the dressing options are near the bottom of the drive thru board. Alittle help would have been nice.. when she gave me my food she was visibly annoyed and when I asked for her name she told me and IMMINENTLY pointed to her managers and said," why don't you go over there and tell them.. go on.. tell them.." and I was shocked. This behavior is crazy.. from nowhere. I have had to call corporate on a similar, separate issue and I was told the manager of the store would reach out to me- never happened. I like coming here for three things only: breakfast burrito, spicy chicken sandwich and ice cream cone. The customer service is good however some feedback on a recent experience: on a hot summer day please only fill up my ice cream cone when I'm pulled up, don't stand with my cones melting while I'm 2 cars down and melted on an extremely hot day, the ice cream will melt. Do NOT do curbside. This cfa was running like a well oiled machine when it first opened. Unfortunately now their standards have fallen to that alike to McDonald's right across the street. The other evening I stopped by to get dinner for me and my cousin. It was a decent sized order so we expected to wait and that was okay. When the food came out a milkshake, cool wrap, and cookie was missing. They had the audacity to send a 18 year old "supervisor" to come and investigate rather than correct their mistake. They could've easily went to their camera and seen the whole situation. At first they were questioning me like they were police then they come out and try to figure out why the foods missing. The whole time it was on the counter but I guess because they saw my name or who I am they began to assume that I'm a thief or criminal. Just be careful if you place a mobile order because sometimes the staff will have it all prepared and just not bring it to the mobile area for pickup. This place is always so busy (like many Chick-fil-A's). Not sure why there is only 3 stars. It is a fast food joint. What do you expect? The staff is always friendly and helpful. Their drive thru lines always move faster than any other fast food chain and when it is busy they will have two lanes open and people outside taking orders on iPads. Inside the restaurant is crowded. I wish it was bigger inside but there is still a good amount of seating. As a side note, I heard a rumor that says if your child gets a kids meal and they don't want the toy, they can trade the toy in for ice cream. I tried it once and it worked! They had no issue with swapping a toy with ice cream. Maybe I just got lucky but I heard about it and it worked for us. read more
