This place is sooooooo slow. I understand Covid isn't making anything easier, but there was literally employees standing still drinking drinks instead of taking people's orders in the drive-through. I came to this Chick-fil-A about two months ago and waited 30 minutes for my meal at 9 PM on a Thursday night. I just went to the same Chick-fil-A today at 4 PM and waited 25 minutes. You would think they would be able to get things under control. Still really good food quality just not the Chick-fil-A service we all love. Really upsetting and honestly a disgrace to the Chick-fil-a name. This Chick-fil-a needs new management ASAP. read more

Only 1 star because the food is always good but I was in line at 10:10am. Finally gave my order at 10:36. They stop breakfast at 10:30 and I was told I couldn't get breakfast they had changed over to lunch! Seriously? The worst customer service ever at this location and the wait is ridiculous. I got my food at 10:55! Not happy! read more

Long wait. (45 mins) Cold Food. Missing items...every time. The drive thru is an absolute disaster. By far the worst Chic Fila I've ever been to. read more

I love Chick Fil A but the Riverview, Fl site is not up to standard. 1) It took over 20 minutes to go through the drive-thru (normal) ; 2) the food was warm (it'ss seldom hot); and sadly 3) my frozen lemonade was bland. read more

By far the worst Chick fil a location I've ever been to. Drive thru is awful with rude employees

Did curbside order. Parked and we had our order in less than 4 minutes. Good as always.

Absolute worst experience coming here. The wait is ridiculous. I don't know if they are under staffed or if the workers don't have a sense of urgency but it's ridiculous to have to wait 30 minutes for some chicken. This is not an efficiently ran restaurant. read more

Tori is the only reason this place is getting more than a one-star rating. I've visited here many times, at different times of the day, drive-thru, dine-in, and even curbside ordering. The other employees here are always rude to customers and each other! I've never been to someplace that's so disrespectful. There was a time when I was doing a dine-in order. Tori was the only employee on the register. Another young girl employee came up and interrupted us as I was ordering begging Tori to call this curbside order because they didn't put in their parking spot #. Wait, you think it's okay to interrupt the only employee helping out this long line of customers for them to make a call that you sounds like your job? And this girl didn't care at all. She was interrupting me as I was trying to place an order. This isn't the only time I've watched this. I'll come up to the counter and the employees aren't even looking or helping the customers. Instead, they're all on their phones. There have been other times I've come in and watched, actually watched, your employees come up behind someone making the drinks and purposely bump into them! There is zero teamwork here unless they seem to be buddy-buddy. The only employee I've ever, EVER witnessed going above and beyond in their work is Tori. I can't believe visit after visit that I'm seeing Tori less and less and these other rude employees in her place. I've watched them being disrespectful and rude to her, even bumping into her on purpose. When she asks for help and I'm waiting in line, not a single one of your employees will step up even though they're standing there on their phones doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Not only that, they will roll their eyes after telling her no and turning their backs on her. This place needs a serious overhaul. Why am I seeing Tori, YOUR BEST EMPLOYEE, less and less but yet seeing these rude employees more and more? This is NOT a CFA standard. This location shouldn't be allowed to carry the CFA name if you're not giving your CUSTOMERS the BEST service that they can get. No one else wants to be helping the customers at your store. They're rude and brush off everything that the customer requests. I watch this day in and day out when I come to eat here. I've watched your employees BUMPING INTO an obviously PREGNANT EMPLOYEE! When I asked her if she was OK, she said she put in her notice and it's been like that since! EXCUSE ME WHAT??? What is the management doing here?! Better yet, what is the OWNER of this location even doing?! There seems to be no oversight of the employees here. They do what they want and to whom they want. Your good employees who treat us customers right are being run off the job by your rude employees who treat us, customers, like we're the bug they want to step on. You wouldn't be in business without customers coming to your store. Why would you want to hire and keep these negative employees??? Not sure of the point in writing a review here as it seems like their corporate office doesn't read or respond to reviewers like other companies take the time to do read more

Okay so I've got to say that this is by far the worst Chick-fil-A location I've visited. Honestly, the terrible drive thru structure and worse than average wait times, even by Chick-fil-A standards isn't the issue. If the food is good, it's worth the wait in my eyes. This location has a serious issue fully cooking their chicken tho. Maybe 2 months ago after moving to town, ordered the breakfast chicken biscuit sandwich and the meat was so tough, it was basically inedible. Figured maybe it was just that day or that specific item, no big deal. However last week I order and 12 pc nugget and had the same issue. Nearly half the pieces were inedible. Figured I'd give them one last chance today, seeing as I never had this issue with previous locations , this time ordering a plain chicken sandwich, and long behold, the middle of the sandwich isn't fully cooked. At this point I'm convinced its not septic to an item or a bad day, they simply aren't cooking the chicken well at this location. Sad considering this is the only location within like 10-15 miles. On the bright side, the fries were fine. read more

We waited in line for almost 45 minutes in the drive through. We got our food after almost 40 minutes, but were stuck waiting to even get out of line to go eat it. Usually locations will give you something in the app for wait times being so long, but management does not care. We went at 3pm so not sure what was taking them forever read more

You will probably finish whole Big Bang season while waiting for your food. Brandon locations always have your food on time.

The staff cannot handle the volume of traffic this facility receives. This has got to be the worst Chick-fil-A in the country for wait time.

Horrible service. The drive thru is unorganized madness. The person taking my order was completely rude and the manager did nothing about it. He completely excused her actions. The worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. Chick-fil-A is usually known for their customer service but NOT this one. So sad. I will never come back to this one. You have been warned. read more

So slow. Using your app is non existent here. They do not know how to properly run a Chick-fil-A. Definitely the worst Chick-fil-A. The owner should be ashamed. read more

It's guaranteed they forget utensils and straws. Not sure how it works when all of my orders (4 different orders) requires forks and I only received 1. I guess we will share that 1 fork. I thought it was accidentally, but after 4 visits, it's definitely a habit of some of the employees. Can we mention in two different occasions, a strand of hair being found in my and my husband's chicken sandwich too? read more

Literally the WORST chick fil a ever! Idk who runs this place but everyone needs to go! Chick fil a usually has top tier service but not this location. Be prepared to wait at least 30 min for service! Believe the reviews, this place is terrible. read more

Hands down the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. They don't even deserve to call themselves Chick-fil-A. Fries not filled up all the way and always cold and my order is always missing items. No idea how this location is so bad and different from literally every other one in America. read more

This is literally the worst chicfila location I have ever been to. Complete and total incompetence by the entire staff, there's never a single time I have been to this location without having issues. Wrong food, excessive 30+ minute wait for food, cold food, etc. This location needs corporate training and new ownership. read more

Went in yesterday, waited 35 min to not get my food from a mobile order! Went to the door to ask them what happened and was greeted by the manager a young guy with no apology asking for my order number. At this point I requested a refund and asked to use the bathroom as I'm 4 months pregnant and had to pee the manager simply told me NO you can't use our bathroom. I explained to him I've been here so long and I'm pregnant with no empathy he walked away. Minutes later I get a call asking where I am for my food. I told them I was leaving and requested cooperates phone number to file a complaint. Waited for 10 min on the phone for another "manager" this time a female to get on the phone fake apologize and provide me with cooperates number. Also offering to bring out my food. The food I was served was cold and absolutely DISGUSTING. Tasted like it was sitting out for hours. It made me sick all night. I officially won't be going to Chic Fil A anymore. The repulsiveness of the food took the taste out my mouth completely. Chic Fil A as a company is no longer for me. Great job not letting a pregnant lady use the bathroom, y'all should be ashamed. read more

This is by far the worst location in the country. The inside lobby is closed and the way the parking lot was engineered and the lack of signage and assistance from the employees makes for a complete nightmare experience. read more

They had half their parking spots blocked off with cones. By the time I was able to park- it was 10:28. I was in line by then but when I got to the counter to order it was 10:31 and I was not able to order breakfast. Waited over 20 min for our food. read more

I am disgusted by the customer service! I had a screaming ONE year old that needed to use the restroom and was told no! But they gladly checked on my order so they could charge my account! Watch out for the pee in the parking lot because that was the only option my one year old had!!!! read more

As a regular at Chick fila this has to be the worse one I have visited. There's no organization with the drive thru line. My last visit I placed a mobile order and chose to pick it up in the drive thru. Boy was that a big mistake! I ended up exiting 30 minutes while watching the other lines clear out. Highly upset once I got to the window I asked for a manager. None ever came. The worker told me they had a problem with the mobile order machine and my food would be free. This was a lie because I ordered and paid through the app prior to. I called later to speak with a supervisor received the voicemail and to this day no one ever called back ! read more

80 minutes in line!!! EIGHTY MINUTES IN LINE... Trapped!!! When I asked for CF sauce for the TWO family meals, I waited again and given looks by staff for holding up the line. He came back with 2! We have been waiting for this location to get it together since it is in our neighborhood. I understand this is a new store but come on guys. Lines are always long and food is always cold. Used the mobile app and the wait was also ridiculous. On the bright side staff was nice and friendly. Hello PDQ!! read more

Chick-fil-A is my go to fast food restaurant when I want to eat out. However, the location in Riverview is terrible. You have a very good chance of waiting over 30 minutes for food. I've never had this issue at any other location. Someone please tell them to fix their drive thru and curb side practices. read more

If you are looking for a good experience don't come to this location. I had a large order per usual and didn't mind the wait because chickfil-a has great food. The guy Jared that took the order www very patient and apologetic about the wait and him needing to go ask the manager a question. However he deleted a few things mistakenly off the order which I know wasn't his intention. Once I reached the front I encountered the young lady Canilia she was very unprofessional upon her walking to the car. When I advised her my order was incorrect and that I needed the few things added back on , she snatched the $20 out of my hand and I advised her I would be completing this review. And begin to go back and forth with me about my order and wouldn't allow me to explain. I am a signature point holder so my family and I supports Chick-fil-a wholeheartedly. But the experience I had today was horrible. I pray this location doesn't mess up the core values of chick-fil-a! I have noticed a lot of newly hired people that don't fit the experience Chick-fil-A has worked so hard to build. Sincerely a loyal displeased customer Order# 3911 read more

Tried it again and regret it. 30 MINUTES I sat in the drive through to get dinner and fries came out cold. Thursday at 8pm to. Needs a new manager badly. Been to other chick fil a's twice as busy and get out in half the time read more

This chick fil a will ALWAYS forget something from your order. Every time we have gone they've forgotten at least 1 sandwich and one time also forgot a 12 piece nuggets and short changed us in a 30 piece nugget, all while charging full price for the missing items. Their methods for taking complaints and dealing with wrong orders is also completely asinine. We have yet to hear back from anyone even though we followed their (convoluted) instructions. This time the quality of the food was also lacking, and this is coming from someone who LOVES chick-fil-a. This is completely unacceptable. There are 2 better rated chick-fil-a restaurants 7 and 8 miles away. Do yourself a favor and go to one of those instead. You'll get higher quality food and better service. This location should probably just clean house. read more

24 minutes to receive my order. Guess the manager doesn't understand the meaning of FAST food. Ridiculous.

The worse chick-fil-a I have ever been to in any state. Terrible drive-thru set up. Good luck trying to get into the correct lane. Better luck trying to navigate the cones if you drive anything larger than a compact car. This design is terrible. Please open all lanes for all purposes - it would flow much better (like every other chick-fil-a) I've ever been to. read more

Nobody seems to be managing the 8-10 young people standing around the drive through to take orders or manage the traffic. They've now switched the left lane to pre-ordering pick up. Nobody would know this until you've sat in the dreaded line for 30 minutes. This was a 3 strikes your out trip for me. By the time they finally get it together, most will have probably given up. Good luck in keeping any customers. Hopefully someone is lucky enough to read this before your simple attempt to acquire fast food. read more

Terrible customer service. Terrible wait times. Horrible traffic. This location just isn't up to par and it shows. If you don't mind dining in then it's still subpar because even the in house personnel aren't all that pleasant. Twice was enough for me to decide to go to McDonald's or Texas Roadhouse. read more

The worst Chick-fil-A I've been too. They lack efficiency and it impacts the overall customer service experience and quality of food.

40 minutes wait for a curbside order that was just a sandwich and large drink... come on y'all. I've been coming here since it opened and will continue to come because its the only one within a reasonable drive of my house but really?! This is the third time I've waited 30+ minutes for food in the past month... read more

Ordered 20 minutes before heading there to get their breakfast and as I got to there literally at 10:30 they canceled my order. Absolutely ridiculous that they can't hold my order for 2 minutes as I pull in and instead they canceled it and I had to return home with nothing. When the whole point of ordering ahead is to have the food ready by the time I get there so I can pick it up and leave, it makes no sense to only have it start being prepared when I get there. It completely removes the reason for even ordering ahead especially when you are getting there at the exact moment it's supposed to "stop" when you have driven 20 minutes specifically to pick something up just to have it canceled as you show up. Extremely disappointed read more

Parked 10:37 finally. Out at 11:21. Rest of food cold. These locations in riverview area should not be allowed to build on outparcel lots if tthey put such a strain on access roads due to lack of their own infrastructure. read more

Jared a new employee went above and beyond for us. Amazing young man. Chic fil A is always on point..

The food is good but its chick fil a...everyone talks about the way chick fil a handles their drive thru..hahahahaha.. apparently this chick fil forgot to read the instructions. Two lanes one away from window one kinda near the window..the window is for people who call in orders..anyway...I was 3rd car in the line away from the window..they brought out the guy in the middle his food, but he couldn't leave. 6 minutes later they asked the car in front of him to pull forward..then I sat there forever to get my meal...doing everyone parked on the side. Finally after another 10 min wait got my meal. This place is a HUGE joke. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!! Go anywhere but here. read more

This spot is horrible. Very long drive through and by the time you pick up your food it's cold. I attempted to contact the store to inform them of my problem.
