The demon spawn should have the plump juicy tenderness of Raising Caine's chicken tenders that Chick-fil-A so desperately needs and the spicy breading that Raising Caine's also desperately needs. Something needs to be improved with those sauces too because variety doesn't make up for thin flavors. Rant aside, the interesting configuration for the drive-thru is cool in the sense that employees great you outside and have an overhang for shelter, but it's also a congested CF routing it through the University of Redlands parking lot. This was the first time ever using the drive-thru at any location but it negatively reinforced why I don't generally like eating that way and that even short distances to the place you eat wrecks the texture and flavor in the bag. Those waffle fries saved the day though and while I'm not crazy about the food here or company politics, my diabolic proposal would make me a regular (in a perfect world). Today was the final straw. I'm hoping a manager will see this, implementing some kind of procedure to avoid the following from continuing. If you've ever order the "Market Salad" from this location, you most likely have not ever had the complete salad. The crew here continually forgets the a bags of nuts and granola that accompanies the salad. There have been times when the dressing is missing. Today the condiments were missing, the utensils and napkin were missing and my large ice tea came with zero ice! C'mon! Honestly the worst chick fil a experience. Just close it at this point. I waited 35 minutes in the drive through with only 5 cars ahead of me for my mobile order. I STILL had to pull around to wait for it (1 order of chicken minis and a fruit cup) and when they gave it to me they didn't give me any of the sauce and were so rude when giving me the food. I honestly will never go back to this one. I've never had a good experience and this chick fil a but all the others have been great. Chick-fil-A is finally on this side of Riverside -- across from the Riverside Plaza, that is. Located between San Diego and De Anza on Central Ave. is one of my favorite fast food chains. Their grand opening was yesterday and, without fail, the lines were extremely long. With that said, service was extremely (and impressively) organized! They had signs propped up showing the newly revamped parking lot directing potential patrons to head toward the Drive Thru line. And, even though it was long, it went by pretty fast. Food wise, everything was fresh. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner options from Chick'n Minis to sandwiches and salads. I usually get the Spicy Chicken Deluxe with a side of Waffle Fries. And I love their Lemonade here. Much better than "Lowering Dane's", if you ask me. :) Overall, efficient service, lovely employees who always thank you with "our pleasure", and delicious fast food that tastes fresh! read more

I visited this Chick-fil-A location a few days ago and I just wanted to commend them on such an incredible job!! I got a Spicy Deluxe with Colby Jack cheese and it was the freshest sandwich I've had at any CFA chain. The service was amazing. I could of gone through drive thru and gotten the food in 10-15 minutes. This was my first time to this location. The restrooms are closed and you cannot order on the inside. The drive thru like was long but moved quickly. We ordered two chick Fila sandwiches and one large fry. Our sandwiches were labeled so that we knew which one had pickles on it. I had a free cookie in my chick Fila app for my birthday so I was excited to get to use that. They have the best chocolate chip cookies. I love how gooey they are! read more

Went there today waited for 30 mins. The staff there is a bunch of high school kids that have no sense of urgency on anything. I am a typically a fan of Chick fil a. I love how great their customer service is. I love their Coca Cola (there must be something special in Chick fil a Coke). I love all their sauces and of course, their Spicy Deluxe Burger. I'm really sad to say that this is the worst location I've been to. I don't like writing bad reviews but when you have to throw food away because of terrible it is, then it must be said out loud. I know Chick fil a lines are long because they're so popular so I won't ding them for that. What I will ding them for is: Cold food Cap on the number of sauces Terrible Coke (had one 1 sip and had to throw it away because of how bad it was. I never throw away my soda because of how delicious it usually is) Wrong items given Drinks only filled half way No napkins My guy ended up throwing half of his away because of how bad it was. Our food was cold, drinks were only filled half way, fries were missing. The only saving grace was the delicious chicken noodle soup. It was so nice and hot. However I ordered the chicken tortilla soup, so there's another ding there. I thought it was just a one time bad experience but after reading the reviews, it looks like quality control and lack of customer service is huge here. Waited in the drive through this morning for 35 mins. Told them we had a mobile order and they said we were good to go, but when we got to the window they hadn't made our order yet. So we had to wait in the parking lot for another 10 minutes. They ended up forgetting utensils and our sauce so I had to go inside and get that. I love Chick-fil-A's menu, so let it first be understood that I am not rating this restaurant on the food - I am rating it relative to other chick-fil-a's. I recommend chick-fil-a as a chain, but I do not recommend this chick-fil-a compared to others. I have eaten here perhaps 100 times in the last year (yikes). The staff demeanor has never been a problem. However, I have to advise to check and double check your order. The staff frequently acts like it's their first day and struggles with their technology. I estimate that there is an error in the order 20% of the time, which is rather incredible if you think about it. Today, for example, I ordered my drink to have light ice - it didn't (nor was it labeled for light ice) and they sent me out without a straw. Yesterday, I requested four ketchup packs for my large order and they sent just one. Last week, they added a drink to the order that I didn't place. The rate of error is too high and their order accuracy gets 1-star as a result. But, I keep going back... so how bad can it be? Just be sure to check your order before leaving, and don't be disappointed if they get it wrong. Edit: now looking through the other reviews, order error seems to be a recurring complaint. Hey, management... this doesn't happen with this kind of frequency at other Chick-fil-a's... it's just you. That means it's a problem that can be fixed, and if you can't fix it, it's not because it can't be done. Let someone know if you need help in this regard! 2nd Edit: I hope someone reads this. So far, so good. I approached the next staff member in the queue. She repeated the order back, but did not mention "light ice". I asked, "so that is with light ice, correct?". It was not correct. She apologized. She got on her headset and told whoever is on the other end of the headset that my order is to have light ice. She said it at least four times over the headset. So, by now, the problem should be fixed, correct? I pulled up to the window. I was handed my drink and the guest ticket did not reflect that the drink was to have light ice. I felt the drink and it did not have light ice. I asked the staff member working the window, "does this drink have light ice?" She asked "did you want light ice?" "Yes." She felt the drink. "No, it does not have light ice.". My drink was replaced... so ultimately ended up with what I requested, but I had to go through three people to get it. There is absolutely no assurance that what is ordered is what's going to end up in my hands, and that's pretty crucial for a drive-thru operation. read more

Stopped by during COVID-19 pandemic. As I'm sure most people know by now, CFA has become the premier fast-food chain in the US during the pandemic. They have modified their ordering system, strictly enforce masks and social distancing, and have produced what is nothing short of an automated assembly line for delicious food procurement. If you use the CFA app, you can get all your custom order details down and choose to either pickup in-store or jump into the drive-thru line. When I visited this location, the drive-thru line was so gigantic; I elected to pickup in-store. The food was ready in about 5 minutes, so I effectively skipped the massive line with ease. read more
