Your drive through is a complete disaster. I have refused to come to this location for a couple of years because they get my order wrong more times than they get it right lately. I live 20 minutes away and get home to find the wrong order or missing items. My wife went here again today on her way home and yup they messed up her order again. That's the last three times in a row over the last year that we have actually gone to this location. Please everyone resign this avoid this location and go to the one on 12th street. I visit my local Chick-fil-A a couple of times a month and am always struck by how polite the staff are, and how they alway seem genuinely happy in their work. I wonder sometimes if all locations are like that. Today I went through the drive through at the branch on Riverdale in Ogden and had an enjoyable meal. And sure enough, each staff person I spoke with was smiling, friendly, incredibly polite, and, like the one in my hometown 11 hours away, they all seem to enjoy their work. I walk in and this manager just keeps staring at me and then someone comes to me and ask if I need something and I was at where you pick up the food you placed online and I said yes I'm picking up my food. If I could give this Chik-fil-A 0 stars I would. I've never been to a Chick-fil-A and had to question where I was actually at. You kind of go to a place because of the standard and this didn't have "the" standard. I normally don't even leaves reviews good or bad. I definitely will going forward. This particular chick-fil-a is a frequent disappointment. The other locations in the area (Layton, Ogden etc.) are far better and worth the extra mileage. Dine-in at this location isn't a lost cause, thought they are typically pretty slow. Drive through however I think is a lost cause. I stop by every few months usually (giving them a chance) and I am reminded why I frequent the other locations. read more

The customer service I received was above and beyond. I called the Ogden store and was told that they couldn't accommodate my delivery request. I called Riverdale and Ryan said it was no problem he would make the delivery on his was home. It was perfect timing. He saved the day by delivering a birthday dinner for my daughter and her coworkers. Chick-Fil-A has always been a family favorite. From their perfect chicken sandwich and waffle fries to their new spicy offerings and delicious chicken soup and salads, we never have a bad experience here! The quality of the food is excellent and has been for the 20 or so years that we have been coming to this restaurant. The staff is always fast and friendly and go out of their way to make your visit special. I asked for a grilled chicken club gluten free because I have an allergy to gluten. Was given a club sandwich without it being gf, so I went back inside and told them. The cashier was confused on how to input the information to the POS, and after reassuring me that I would get a gf club: They managed to do the exact same thing. By the time I opened it up, I was already on the road and couldn't go back because we were on a time crunch and had already wasted an hour waiting patiently. When J called to clarify the situation, they were giving me the run around by deflecting their mistake and asking me a bunch of questions about transaction identifiers. It was so unprofessional, and I had to hang up in order to scan over my receipt again. After scanning the receipt multiple times, the transaction number I had reiterated time and time again in the first call was what they needed, and so I called back. The manager on the phone was a lot more patient, but told me I wouldn't be able to get a refund on my meal because I could be scamming them. At this point I was already on the road and didn't want to waste more of my time dealing with more runarounds. I'm not the kind of person to post these reviews--I think chic-fil-a as a company has fantastic quality food and try's their best to get things right. This is the only franchise I have ever had a problem with, and ultimately am more angered by the service. As a server I am appalled at how lazy and inattentive Managment is. Get it together because you are misrepresenting the name of chic-fil-a by how you dealt with the situation. Retrain your staff, go over customer service, and make sure allergens are easier to identify on your POS System. There's no point in me continuing to come here over and over. Seriously the last time. I had a mobile order and my sister picked up another order and didn't get ANY of my order. I've had an issue every single time I come here and I'm done. I called to get a refund and they said they'd "give me a free offer on the app." No. I want my money back. I managed a CFA for a little over a year I know it's not that hard to make sure people get their entire orders and if you're in the wrong, APOLOGIZE and give them a refund when asked. I stopped in last night and was very impressed. They remodeled it recently and I hadn't been since the remodel. I ordered from my phone and as I waited I went to get some wipes for my hands and as I was grabbing the wipes I saw that they had plastic mat that you can stick to your table and so you have a clean space to eat! I was so pleased because I could never see mcdonald's or any other places doing this. The staff was smiling and were mostly very young probably under the age of 25. I waited for about 5-7 minutes and my food was ready which is quite good considering how many people were there. I ordered a regular chicken sandwich and did a hack I had recently learned where you take the chicken off the bun and put it in the bag for the sandwich and then add polanuisean sauce and shake it up! I then took the chicken covered in polanisean sauce and put it back on the bun. I dipped it in BBQ sauce and OH MY GOSH. It tasted like heaven. The one flaw is that my Dad ordered a Spicy Chicken Deluxe sandwich and they gave him an extra one. They did not charge him but about half of the extra one went to waste. 4 Stars! read more

My family and I came here for a quick bite and it was terrible!!! Not only did we have to wait over 30mins for some chicken bites but other customers were also still waiting who was there before us. I don't understand their set up?! There were about 5 employees working the order/cashier area and maybe 2 people working in the kitchen?? It's not a good look when you see employees standing around sipping on beverages & chatting while a bunch of customers are waiting on their orders. Bad for business!!! At least look like your busy or look like you're helping out w/the kitchen. In addition to the that, the drive-thru line was wrapped around the entire restaurant. If this location can't handle the rush, maybe they should hire some more employees??, have more cooks, bigger kitchen space and LESS EMPLOYEES standing around doing nothing. We visited this location again today after having the exact same issue on a previous visit. We ordered several items, one of which was a 12 piece nugget. We were shorted one chicken nugget, and this happened the previous visit as well. When this was brought to their attention the staff LAUGHED and made light of it. It was loud enough it could be heard from the customer counter. They were name calling and acting like children. I did call and speak to the manager, Braxton (sp?), and he did listen our explanation of our experience. I am grateful for his time, but I got the impression that this was not being taken seriously either. We did not ask for anything, only to have our experience respected. In the end we did get a 12th nugget, but left feeling unheard and laughed at. In our area we have a KFC, Chick-fil-a, and a Raising Canes. Raising Canes is across the street and we will go there from now on, we will no longer give Chick-fil-A our business because of this experience because of the nonchalant attitude of the manager when it was brought to his attention. Although this review is for the Riverdale location the high standards and professional service are found in all their locations. No I don't work for them, nor do I visit often, but their food is great and Ryan Dennis the manager, evidently takes pride in his store and it shows. The flow of the drive through is quick even during their busiest hours as their employees are our there ahead of the window taking your order and payment. It really speeds up the line. read more

Got a large waffle fry that was 1/2 full. They charge enough to give decent size portions.

I ordered through the app for curbside pick up and waited over a half hour! I was the only car in curbside pick up when I got there! I watched as other cars came and went with their food! I went in to find out what was going on and they didn't know about my order! Wtf? The guy asked some coworkers about it and a lady says, "oh yeah". The kid tells me to go back out to my car and they would bring it out. By the time it was all said and done it had been almost an hour since I ordered. You would think they would apologize or cancel my payment but nope! This is the second time this has happened at this location. Riverdale location needs to get their act together! I'm sad that I have to give this review. I have been going here for quite a while. I love chick-fil-a, and this place has been great for good food and service. As of lately though, I have seen it get worse. Today was the kicker. Waited in the drive through line for 25 min. Ordered one thing and when I got home I noticed they got it wrong. Fries were soggy and cold. You would think they would be fresh when you have a backed up line. (They have got my orders wrong in the past multiple times.)
