Not too happy with this location. I eat Chic-fil-a at least once a week. I ordered my usual Chic-fil-a sandwich combo. When I received it, the chicken on the sandwich was tiny and dried out. I asked for a replacement sandwich which they gladly gave me; it too was considerably smaller and again, dried out. Also could not help but notice the restaurant was not well kept. They were busy at the time of my visit, but judging by the dead flower in the men's room and the general appearance of things, it doesn't appear they do very well on the upkeep of the store. Need to work on that Management... Disappointed to say the least. Chic-fil-a has been a favorite of mine for years. Still is... Just not this location. read more

Food quality and fast service is great as always. BUT, this exit is always extremely busy with traffic to Tangier Outlet, Home Depot, and Walmart. If you are traveling on I95, I recommend going to another location if time is a consideration. read more

This visit has almost deteriorated what I've always seen as an excellent fast food experience. This location gets really busy around lunch time on Saturday. That's the norm. Instead of the drive thru I went inside and omg!! Line was wrapped around but my turn still came in an okay time. I ordered an Icedream( more on that in a minute). Waited about 10 minutes before I spoke up. During my wait I was able to witness the total emotional stress of several employees. Snide remarks, body language screaming frustration, and smart remarks as employees are unable to find patrons to give them their food. Team dismantle, confusion, and errors were galore. Food being thrown away because of errors. So I ask a young lady about my icedream and she was clueless to what it was. Fussed me down, I'm like your icecream that's actually called an icedream. Shes going on about we don't sell that and how she asked the manager and the manager never heard of it. She was so upset and had an attitude! When icedream first came out my mouth I pointed at the board but she refused to look. I had left it alone but she couldn't. I'm guessing she was taking her work frustration out on me. I guess reading is fundamental but not required to work at this location. Yes I will return but I cant guarentee that next time my reaction will be kind if I encounter this type of foolishness again. read more

My daughter and I stopped here for lunch today, and a couple of hours later we started having horrible symptoms that included nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and chills. This was around 12:30 on April 7th. It is now nearly 2 a.m. and we we are still feeling terrible and haven't been able to consume any other food today. I don't know if it is food poisoning but this also happened last time we ate this particular location. Customer service was good but I am not sure we will be back to this location being this is the second time we have gotten sick after eating here. I am a huge Chick-fil-A fan, but Pooler has the worst Chick-fil-A I have encountered. The employees are always nice, like any other Chick-fil-A, but they have rang my order up wrong more times than doing it correctly. On one occasion, I asked for a chicken, egg, and cheese bagel meal, and received a bacon, cheese and biscuit. I had to make two (2) more trips and return my biscuit, before my order was finally corrected on that one occasion. Many times, I would order a cookie or two, and not realize I was not given my cookie until after arriving home, but the cookie(s) were added to my receipt. I ordered a cookies-n-cream milkshake on one occasion, and I truly could not enjoy the milkshake; I do not know what happened or if there was a malfunction with the machine, but it was literally disgusting. The shake was so bad that I drove to Panera Bread, ordered a smoothie, and asked the cashier to trash the milkshake, and when I passed it to her, she was able to tell it was still full. The cashier asked me why I was throwing away a full milkshake, and I proceeded to tell her because it didn't taste like a cookies-n-cream shake. Not only have I had unpleasant experiences with this Chick-fil-A on Pooler Parkway, but other associates of mine have similar stories (like the stories I have shared). I no longer eat at this Chick-fil-A, and but gave them one last chance after a seven (7) month hiatus due to lackluster service, which explains the chicken, egg, and cheese bagel issue. We came by for a to go order. It was very busy and crowded but waited for our sandwiches and fries. Was very sad to see the fries we ordered only half full. We were not waiting in line again for more fries. We were disappointed as Chickfila is our go to stop when traveling. We will stop at other places when in this area. read more

Worst CHICK FIL A I ever ate at. The only reason I gave them 2 stars was due to some friendly service from a couple staff members. Most of the staff looked unhappy, food was very slow to come out and when it did arrive our sandwich buns were soggy, no chick fil a sauce, the fries were way over salted. 5 stars for customer service and quality of food as always for chik fil a, but they really need to consider building another location in this area. As busy and over crowded as this establishment stays all day every day with traffic overflowing from the lot it's no fault to the workers. This location just isn't large enough to support the amount of customers that this area brings in. They could likely build another one within 5 mile radius and pull in just as many customers. As other reviews have said this is located directly off of I-95. Its also in the busiest part of town aside from downtown savannah. read more

They took my order while I was driving, as in she walked away from my car while taking my order, then they forgot to get my payment but had me pull into a parking space, three workers ran to my car "you forgot to pay" but they never once told me my total to pay, they just told me to pull into a space. 10/10 do not recommend. read more

I have never been in a CF RESTAURANT that was as filthy as this location. The restrooms, tables, floors, doors, even the outside of the restaurant was not in the shape as I am use to seeing. Our locations back home are super clean, staff is amazing! These staff members acted like they were bothered. I use the app every time and this location we waited a very long time. Folks that placed their order in line received their food before us like 15 people. I had to ask the manager if thy had my order almost like I thought I was at wrong location because we are traveling and not certain of the area. CF is always our 1st choice when ordering fast food and traveling. This location really needs a good cleaning and retraining of the CF culture! Disappointed.... read more

Extremely busy time around 3PM on a Friday. I expected freshly cooked food - it wasn't good at all. The fries tasted as if they were cooked in old grease and prepared the day before, the chicken was simply dull in taste and texture. I intend to send them a letter of complaint because I expect better when I bypass less expensive fast food places to go to Chick fil a. Its really supposed to be the best because we all know it's real chicken breast meat cut from the bone. Today they simply served a mess. My taste buds were screaming but not in a good way. No smiles at the drive thru - the lady there acted like she was so annoyed. Maybe because an onslaught of people came to the drive thru - I was in line 15 minutes or more. This store really is quite amazing. I had hope that by getting their before 5:30 we may avoid that dinner rush. Wow! There was around 40 cars in the drive thru that wrapped entirely around the building. I brought my group of 6 inside and there was not much of a line thankfully. We were able to order and be served in very short order. The food was pretty good. I had the salad and was liked it. Spicy Chicken with an Avocado Lime dressing. The dressing was pretty darn great actually. I got a large diet coke which in my opinion had so much ice in it that I only got the equivalent of a smaller size. Not a huge complaint but just an observation. Less ice for me next time. We all ate and got out of there and back on the road within around 20-30 minutes which is pretty awesome. Prior to having met my best friend I'd never tried Chick-fil-A and likely wouldn't have. It's her favorite restaurant so I made it a priority to at least try it. I can't say I'm the biggest fan, but it certainly isn't horrible. We still regularly swing through so she can get her frosted lemonade and whatever else she might want. Personally, I find the food to be rather bland (my favorite menu item being the Grilled Chicken Club). The employees are generally rather pleasant, however this Chick-fil-A is a hot spot in Pooler so the drive-through might take upwards to 20 minutes just to get through. read more

Hit this Chick-Fil-a going home from vaca on i95. Had a great and quick experience :) I have some tips for others hoping to visit this location as well. I'd recommend you order your food online through the Chick-Fil-a website or app beforehand, and doing carryout pickup. We ordered on our Chick-Fil-a app while on the road , and were able to pick it up immediately upon arrival! The parking lot and surrounding area were quite busy, as expected from a restaurant in a location like this- which is why i recommend ordering ahead of time rather than drive through. We actually parked across from Chick-Fil-a in the Home Depot parking lot and walked over to the restaurant (not a long walk, no streets so it's safe!) This allowed us to miss the business of the Chick-Fil-a parking lot so I'd recommend you do the same :) When leaving we turned left out of the lot and went to the light next to the Arby's then continued on our way. Food was fresh and good as always!! only added 15 minutes to our ETA and totally worth the stop !! 10/10 recommend :) read more

Just left Chick-fil-A Pooler. I had asked for light ice in my lemonade and after receiving it, I shook my cup to be sure. Couldn't tell if it was light ice or not, so I asked the cashier who was serving me to confirm if it was light ice or not and her sarcastic response was, "it says it is." A simple "yes" or "no" would've sufficed. In addition, I drove off before checking my bag and realized I had no condiments, which meant the cashier didn't ask if I needed any or not. Just received the worst dining experience in my life at this Chick-fil-a in Pooler, Georgia. My friend and I paid for our food and waited over half an hour while others who ordered well after us got their meals. We spoke to the manager, Leslie Parkman asking where our food is. He claimed the food was already delivered to the table and said we must've already eaten it. He said he'll have to checked the cameras, despite the staff knowing full well we hadn't received our food and me still having the handful of sauces that they gave me when I ordered. He was accusing us of stealing a $7 meal. He claimed he couldn't see anything on the cameras and offered for us to take the food or a refund. No apology or anything to make up for the 50 minute ordeal of false accusations over a cheap fast food meal. I won't be returning to any Chick-fil-a after this horrible experience. read more

CJ, the manager was directing traffic. He let everyone go except my car, even when it was clearly my turn. I proceed to go, he jumps in front of car and says I tried to run him over. Not happy about our experience. We love chick-fil-a we eat it all the time and are almost always happy with our experience. This one on the other hand not so happy. As soon as we pulled into our parking spot the trees were not cut and it scratched our truck (our truck is not lifted) The bathroom was dirty and the urinal had one of the old school style filter that isn't the splash guard style then they had the paper towel dispenser on the shortest setting so you have to get out 5 towels to just dry off your hands. The only reason i put a 3 star rather then a 1 star is the food was still great and the service was ok. This won't stop us from going to other chick-fil-a's but we won't be back to this one. read more

Chick fil A rocks!!!! My sister and I was getting breakfast this morning, noticed that they cook in peanut oil (my sister is allergic) to peanuts! I asked would they be able to make her a breakfast sandwich, and the Awesome manager Susan at the Pooler location delivered!!! Placed my order ahead via their app about 35 minutes before arrival while on I95. Order appeared to go through and the app said to tap here once at the restaurant. We arrived to the restaurant parking lot entrance and I tapped I'm here. Order then rejected. There was no feasible way to park and go inside to check on this as the drive thru lines prevented such. I was forced to go into the drive thru line. My brother went inside to use the bathroom in the meantime. He found my order receipt in the pickup area and asked about it and they told him the app was down (despite the receipt?). I get to the speaker box and explain such and they could not find my order so I ordered from scratch. I got to the window and paid from scratch. I left the window with my food and the app showed 2 separate orders for the same food and price which concerned me that I may have been charged twice. I then parked to go inside to inquire about this (I finally could park upon exiting the drive thru) and a few employees go over what happened with me and said yes the app is down and that I shouldn't have been charged twice. I then left. In the end I was never charged twice but wasted about 40 minutes because of all of this and would have never stopped here as I already had a 13 hour drive. read more

The food was fine, but what upset me is that when I tried to use the Chick-fil-A One card, the scanner's battery was dead. The cashier's response was, "It's doesn't work." So I do not get to accumulate the 12 points? What if the gift card was the only way to pay for the food? What are my alternatives to being able to receive the points? Wanted to get out of house and show some support to our local Chick-fil-A in Pooler on 3/25. We are all dealing with this Covid-19 pandemic but restaurant employees need all our support while they are still open. The line was double wrapped but there was at least 8 to 10 employees in the parking lot taking your orders, and directing traffic. Kudos to managment for such organization in what could have been pure chaos. It took approximately 5 minutes to go through the double wrapped line and we started in the back road. Our food was hot and delish as usual. Thank you Pooler Chick-fil-A for setting the bar extremely high and doing an amazing job with your employees. May we all stay healthy. read more

Not your normal chick-fil-a experience. I love Chick-Fil-A, they're hands down the best fast-food chain around. I was disappointed when the team member taking our order wasn't friendly, we gave her our coupon for a free chicken biscuit and she went to throw it away saying it was expired (unless there's been a fairly recent change, I know CFA policy is to take vouchers/coupons regardless of their expiration date). We asked for our coupon back. We had to remind the team member that we did not receive the coffee that we paid for. The guy who brought out our food was friendly and helpful. Overall it wasn't an awful experience but I know that Chick-fil-A is capable of providing better service. read more
