I love this Chick fil a. I feel like it always runs so efficiently and I never have to wait long for my food. Everyone I have encountered that works there has been extremely kind and helpful. I have never been inside, as I always utilize the drive thru. The only thing that could be improved is that sometimes the employees stand outside to take your order before you pull up to the menu so unless you know what you want, you will be put on the spot. So from the day we had that issue and I called Chick-Fil-A cares a lady named Denise called me a week or two later. I sent her screenshots of the order and receipt and she told me she would reach out to corporate to make sure I was getting my money back and would call me back. In her experience it took a few attempts to get corporate to help and she would call as soon as she knew more. Life got busy and time went by. A few months actually and I realized I never heard from her. I called the number she said was her cell and she told me she no longer worked for Chick-fil-A. New location in Fox Chapel - opened in late February 2021 Great service! We ordered with the app and picked it up inside. It's busy around lunch time so prepare to wait a bit. I typically don't review fast food places but I wanted to give a shout out to this place. The Fox Chapel Chick-fil-A is finally open and I drive by it everyday to/from work -- the line is always nuts in true Chick-fil-A fashion but rightfully so. I went here for breakfast on a Saturday morning. I was first greeted at my car by the manager of the location who was super friendly. I then placed my order and later had it confirmed, again by two staff members outside my car. They did enter my order slightly incorrectly but it was no big deal. Everything I had was great, definitely a step above your typical fast food breakfast. Prices very reasonable. If you have some time to spare (or use the app!), make a visit to this spot. read more

I was beyond happy when I heard a chick fila was going near me! The first time I went the line was long and the wait was a little over 45 minutes. Since then I've went back and it looks like they got a system down and we're keeping the line moving a lot better. The food was good and fresh- as always. First experience was horrible. Thought I would wait to go there until they sorted through their kinks. I was wrong. Took 35 min, ordered my food and the entire order was wrong. I had my hands full in my truck and asked the guy to double check my order because my drink was wrong. He took a quick look and said it was right, got home and it was almost all wrong. Overall the food is good, it is as good as Chick Fil A can get. However, the wait is horrendous. On two different occasions now, in curbside pickup, my order was forgotten about leaving me sit there 20+ minutes.. This is a fairly new Chick Fil A, but they are terrific. I have ordered from here at least once a week since they opened.
