I don't even know where to begin. About a month ago I went through the drive-through and pieces of my order were missing. I called the store. They said that they have a policy to "not refund" but I could come back within two weeks to get the same order. I wasn't going to be around in those two weeks, and I didn't want to drive in the snow 20 minutes to go get the order that I had just gotten at the end of a long day, and 20 min back home. They refused to refund what would've been maybe eight dollars. Then I had the lunacy to order through DoorDash from them a month later. Thinking that won't happen again, must have just been an off night.nMy order comes and an entire piece of my order is missing. I called the store to ask if I could come and get that item. Remember, they told me they don't "do refunds." And I was told, nope! I could not come to get the item that I paid for. They don't "do that." The person I spoke to was named "story. "The DoorDash driver got confused, came back to my home and was in my kitchen for about 15 minutes while we tried to have a conversation over Google translate because he wanted to fix the issue. He drove all the way back to the store, spoke to another employee named "Sage "and Sage called me from the dashers phone and told me we're not gonna give this man who just drove 15 minutes back to your house, and 15 minutes back to us, who lost gas money, who lost earnings from the past hour and a half, your fries. No, we're not gonna give him this item that you paid for so that you could enjoy. Only a psychopath would do something like that. I can't explain how despicable that behavior is. The food that I ordered and paid around $60 for had been sitting on my counter for almost 2 hours. It was inedible at that point. And they couldn't give me fries. What a joke of a place. read more

Ordered on the app, milkshake was ready when I arrived. The restaurant was clean and efficient. I personally were not a fan of the new flavor, didn't taste any banana and way too many wafer pieces in shake. I felt like I had to chew the milkshake rather than drink it through a straw. I have never been inside, as I always utilize the drive thru. The only thing that could be improved is that sometimes the employees stand outside to take your order before you pull up to the menu so unless you know what you want, you will be put on the spot. So from the day we had that issue and I called Chick-Fil-A cares a lady named Denise called me a week or two later. I sent her screenshots of the order and receipt and she told me she would reach out to corporate to make sure I was getting my money back and would call me back. In her experience it took a few attempts to get corporate to help and she would call as soon as she knew more. Life got busy and time went by. A few months actually and I realized I never heard from her. I called the number she said was her cell and she told me she no longer worked for Chick-fil-A. I called Chick-Fil-A Cares again and they said they would notify the management team and someone would be in touch. No one ever called. It's been probably a month now since then. read more

New location in Fox Chapel - opened in late February 2021 Great service! We ordered with the app and picked it up inside. It's busy around lunch time so prepare to wait a bit. The burgers were yummy, the fries were crisp, and the milkshakes were refreshing. So glad a location opened up closer to where I live! read more

I typically don't review fast food places but I wanted to give a shout out to this place. The Fox Chapel Chick-fil-A is finally open and I drive by it everyday to/from work -- the line is always nuts in true Chick-fil-A fashion but rightfully so. I went here for breakfast on a Saturday morning. I was first greeted at my car by the manager of the location who was super friendly. I then placed my order and later had it confirmed, again by two staff members outside my car. They did enter my order slightly incorrectly but it was no big deal. Everything I had was great, definitely a step above your typical fast food breakfast. Prices very reasonable. If you have some time to spare (or use the app!), make a visit to this spot. read more

I was beyond happy when I heard a chick fila was going near me! The first time I went the line was long and the wait was a little over 45 minutes. Since then I've went back and it looks like they got a system down and we're keeping the line moving a lot better. The food was good and fresh- as always. First experience was horrible. Thought I would wait to go there until they sorted through their kinks. I was wrong. Took 35 min, ordered my food and the entire order was wrong. I had my hands full in my truck and asked the guy to double check my order because my drink was wrong. He took a quick look and said it was right, got home and it was almost all wrong. Overall the food is good, it is as good as Chick Fil A can get. However, the wait is horrendous. On two different occasions now, in curbside pickup, my order was forgotten about leaving me sit there 20+ minutes.. This is a fairly new Chick Fil A, but they are terrific. I have ordered from here at least once a week since they opened. The food is delicious and the staff is amazing and polite, as I have come to expect from Chick Fil A. I am so glad that they have opened one on our side of town.
