CFA doesn't catch my eye, but this location is quite convenient since it avoids 518 and the busy parts of 288. I thought I'd give the spicy grilled deluxe a shot since it's probably the healthiest option I can get out of a fast food restaurant. I ordered on the app about 1.5 miles away and it supposedly starts preparing your food when you're close, but I still had to wait another 5 minutes at the counter even though I didn't arrive until 15-20 minutes after placing the order. The spicy grilled deluxe admittedly makes all the difference in comparison to their lackluster regular grilled chicken sandwich. It contains more flavor and the extra 30 cents you pay goes a long way. It didn't taste spicy at all, but maybe I'm just a spice fanatic. Logistically, this location operates sub-optimally. There's no dine in area other than a couple outside tables and ordering takes place either at the outdoor counter or drive-thru. The lack of dining areas doesn't necessary pose a problem, but placing a drive-thru lane in a crowded lot right next to an intersection poses annoying, and sometimes serious, traffic problems during peak hours. The line of cars sometimes backs up to end of the intersection, and navigating the lot feels like playing Rush Hour. This isn't even the first time that Chick Fil A in particular has faced this issue, so I have no idea how this location's design got approved. I'd avoid this location during peak hours but it's otherwise a standard Chick Fil A. read more

This is the weirdest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. The main reason we came is because we had received free chicken sandwich coupons and they were expiring the next day so we wanted to take advantage. First off, the only options are drive-thru or order at an outside counter and eat outside... there literally is no inside dining. The parking is odd and due to the layout, the drive thru blocks the parking... and 90% of the parking is tagged as curbside pickup. I parked in a curbside spot because I had no other options. I didn't realize at first there wasn't an interior to this location. I was shocked to see the ordering window outside. There was a line of maybe 5 people. We waited for nearly 10 minutes and the line didn't move. The lady in front of me was getting visibly annoyed. I decided to order from my app and just do pickup. Not sure why there wasn't anyone working the window. We waited at an outdoor table for our order. Wait time was probably another 10 minutes. Our food was good. Other reviewers mentioned not being able to customize their items. This wasn't the case with me. I ordered my chicken sandwich without the bun, in a lettuce wrap and added tomato and it was made like I ordered. Unfortunately, because of how odd this location is, I don't know if I will return. To be honest, eating out is something special to me. We don't do it a ton and I don't want to eat in my car on the go. (Which we ended up eating in the car in the parking lot.) Getting to sit down and enjoy a meal makes it nice and as much as I don't mind eating outside, I don't want to when it is 100 degrees. Only employee interaction was when a girl handed me our bag. They are super slow. The line is typically long but that's expected. Curbside I typically wait about 15min or so. So far as of now as I'm writing this review I have been waiting for 14 min. That is super long being I ordered curbside and not all stalls are full upon arriving. This location is our go to. The food is always fresh, fries always hot, and they're fast as lightning getting your food out to you. Now, do note it's only a drive thru and pickup/order at the window with no sit down restaurant. It can be a hassle trying to get out of the parking lot because it's situated in a strip center with other businesses and on a busy street that leads to Costco which is across the street. If you ever forget to order anything at the drive thru, you'll just need to walk up to the patio area to place that order. This location is a little different in that you can't dine in. It's drive-through only. Well the drive-through or you can walk up and order from outside. That's actually the pro tip here. Instead of sitting in your car and waiting in a long line (which they do move through efficiently but still), get out of your car, walk up to the kiosk, and put your order in. You'll get a couple of steps in that way too. My go-to is either the chicken sandwich or the tenders with Polynesian sauce. With a lemonade. read more

Ordered a large meal, got through the line and left. Decided to check the food. They gave us a side of pimento cheese instead of a pimento cheese sandwich. Who tf orders 2 tablespoons of pimento cheese. We stopped and my mother walked up to the outside window to get the sandwich they forgot. They forced my mom to go back to her car and come back up and buy the sandwich because they rang us up for the 2 tablespoons of cheese rather than the sandwich. They would not remove the price of the 2 tablespoons of cheese ($3.99) from the new order. She had to buy the sandwich and go back out to the car and get the 2 tablespoons of cheese and bring it back up there to get a separate refund. If you fuck someone's order up, you cover the charge to change it. You don't force someone to go back to their car twice. Worst service at a Chick-fil-A anywhere. read more

This is one of many CFAs in Pearland and the one that is most easy to get to from my house to avoid most traffic. It is probably one of my least favorite ones as well. You have the option of drive thru or walk up window at this location. Most other CFAs are a well oiled machine when it comes to their drive thru, but not this one. It always moves slow and customer service is not when I am accustomed to when it comes to this chain. It just seems to be the norm in Pearland these days. Ok so this is kind of crazy to have to give a chick-fil-a, a low review it's not common. As I will explain situation it will be obvious the issue is management. So first tried ordering all food from website and their website is having issues. No problem, no worries it happens, so drive to restaurant to pick up via drive through. Arrive placed order, just as placed online. Pulled up take payment no issues, order is coming out I asked the gentlemen that I needed 4 cups and straws just empty and to let me know how much it would be so I could pay for them. The gentleman that deliver my food he said I'm not sure let me ask my manager, he went to ask a young manager believe name was Pedro. I looked over and all the manager said to him was no we can't do that. When gentleman came back he told me he said no. I said wait I can't buy cups I don't understand, he went to ask another young man and he had a computer to place orders, he over heard and said yea we can he rang me up for my cups and I got them. I just couldn't believe if Pedro is a manager that is poor level of communication and customer service, he didn't investigate and it's sad that another employee would overhear and correct the situation when it should be management taking responsibility for their place of business. read more

I love Chik-Fil-A. I eat there several times a week and is probably be okay to eat there several times a day. Everything I love about Chik-Fil-A, the delicious chicken, the hot waffle fries, the amazing customer service, this store lacks. I stopped here today for lunch and ordered on their mobile app for in-store pick up. This store does not have an actual physical indoor lobby but does have restrooms for customers. But, when I arrived all of the restrooms were vacant but locked so guests couldn't use them. Additionally, the pick up area for mobile orders is not clearly labeled and I stood at the pick up area for non-mobile orders for 10 minutes before someone at the store asked if I needed help. While I waited for my food, I saw several people come back with the wrong orders and listened to the staff tell customers they were out of just about everything. Sauces, ketchup, sprite. One woman wanted a refill on her sprite and when they told her they ran out, she asked for lemonade and they actually charged her extra for lemonade that she was only getting because the sprite ran out. When I got to my car and started eating my own food, the fries were stale and cold. The chicken sandwich was over cooked and cry. I am so disappointed and very offended by the service of this Chik Fil A-Shadow Creek Ranch Pearland. First, I made my order- asked the outside attendant for my receipt, she claimed they would provide it via the drive though... I went to the drive through window to pick up the food. I asked them for my receipt and they claimed it was in the bag and told me to pull up to wait for my drinks. I wait by labeled waiting area. I wait there for about more than 10 minutes or so, still no one came out.. and they never were going to come out... I noticed customers going into the store... I am still waiting by the side with cars trying to squeeze through along with a UPS truck trying to get through. Finally I go into the store. I come with my bag ( because that was my only proof that I had made the order, because they never gave me the receipt for it). I wait in line in inside the store.. mind you the purpose of me making an order through the drive through was not to go into the store... Anyways the staff asked how they could help me. I told them I ordered via the drive through and the window attendant said for me to wait by the side and they would come out with my drinks. No one ever came out. I was never provided a receipt for my order even though I asked twice and the drive through attendant claimed it was in there... The inside staff treated me as if I was making stuff up!!! Which pissed me off, because that is why I asked for the receipt from the get go... and then on top of the that a staff member- a lady, asked to even look in my chikfila bag because she thought I was not telling the truth and that made me mad, because I am an honest customer just waiting for my drinks and receipt. They finally print my receipt and give my drinks. Guess what the drinks had been sitting on a cart all that time. So my coffee got cold and my other drink was just plain gross- the ice had melted giving it a watery taste. The staff never apologized for this ill treatment! I will not come to this location again. The sad part is, I was really excited to order breakfast from there and loved the location of it. But the worst part of all was - they had the nerve to treat me like I didn't even make the purchase. It's kind of crazy that a suburb of 100K people currently has five Chick-fil-a's. This particular location is a bit easier to get to from 288 compared to some of the other locations around town. The parking lot set up is kind of strange. It's pretty much one way in and one way out and you have to drive past the strip center to get to it. The drive thru is set up just like every other location and they do have a walk up window with outdoor seating. The food was good and the tea was awesome as usual. read more
