Unfortunately, the same issue occurred--the Jalapeño Ranch sauce for the Jalapeño Ranch Chicken Sandwich, a core component, was missing. I shared this with the operator, and management's reply essentially deflected responsibility, emphasizing high ratings and busy volume instead of addressing the ongoing issue. This shows the problems at this location are persistent and unresolved. I now rely on other Chick-fil-A locations for consistent, accurate service. As a result, I've updated my rating from 2 stars to 1 star. Original Review: I visit the Chick-fil-A drive-thru fairly often, and over the past six months I have noticed a recurring issue that has made the experience inconsistent. The wait time itself is usually not the problem. Whether there is no line at all or the line wraps around the building, the drive-thru generally moves efficiently. The problem has been order accuracy. On what feels like a semi-regular basis, items are missing or incorrect. Sometimes it is smaller things like sauces or salad dressings for wraps and salads. Other times items have been left out of the order entirely. Occasionally we have caught it while still in line, but other times we did not realize until we were already back home. We continued visiting for quite a while because this is the only Chick-fil-A in the immediate Opelika area and the most convenient option for us. A few months ago my mother mentioned the issue to the operator and was told, "they're just kids." I understand many employees in quick service are young, but training and attention to detail are part of running any service business regardless of age. Last week the same issue happened to me twice in less than a week when ordering a Spicy Cool Wrap. Both times the dressing for the wrap was missing. When I mentioned that it had just happened earlier in the week, the response was essentially a quick "oh... ok," without much acknowledgment. I completed a guest satisfaction survey afterward but never received the follow-up the survey indicated would happen. When I contacted the Chick-fil-A care line, I was told it would be up to the local operator to respond. I am not writing this from a place of anger. I spent over 20 years working in guest services management, so I understand how demanding food service can be. However, repeated order accuracy issues and the feeling that feedback is not being taken seriously are frustrating. In fact, the McDonald's across the street consistently provides friendlier and more attentive service, which makes the inconsistencies at this Chick-fil-A even more noticeable. For now, when we want Chick-fil-A we will likely visit the Phenix City location or the new Auburn location instead. In our experience, both consistently get the orders right and provide excellent guest service, especially the Phenix City location. I hope the TigerTown location takes another look at order accuracy and guest follow-up, because when Chick-fil-A operations are running well, they are usually among the most reliable quick-service experiences around. read more

I went to this Chick-Fil-A while waiting next door at Verizon. The place was packed, the staff were super friendly, but this may have been the worst Chick-Fil-A sandwiches I'd ever had. It's almost as if it sat next to the spicy ones in the fryer and the flavor got all jacked up. Then the icing on the cake was that the fries were served cold. Maybe next time. Stopped in for dinner while passing thru. This is the dirtiest Chick Fil A I have ever seen in. I probably go Chick Fil A restaurants at least once a week. I have never seen one this dirty. There was plenty of staff, maybe 10 people total eating in the restaurant, drive they wasn't backed up, but the floors looked like that hadn't been mopped this month. This has been a constant thought and experience at this location prior to covid. This is easily the worst CFA I have ever been to. I will tell a specific story on the first time I had a terrible experience but just know every time I go here the food and services takes way to long to be considered fast food. One time I stopped before my 9 am class. I got to Chic-fil-a around 8:20. I went inside as the drive through was terrible. After I ordered I watched everyone who ordered after me get their food. 20 minutes went by and I politely asked for my money back as I was going to be late for class if I stayed any longer. The lady ensured me that it would just be five more mins. After five mins went by, I demanded my money back. So the reason why I'm writing about Chick-Fil-A, simple - this is the first one I've ever been too because Chick-Fil-A hasn't made it out to the Bay Area. Once it does come out to the Bay Area, I'm hoping that people will say, yeah I remember reading about a review about that place. Now after all that you maybe asking what is Chick-Fil-A? Basically it's fast chicken sandwiches. And I have to say, for a fast food place, this place is pretty good. And all they do is chicken. Not in the KFC kind of way, but just simple Chicken Sandwiches, Chicken Strips, and Chicken Salads. I got the Chick Club Sandwich meal and it was one of the better Chicken Sandwiches I've had in a long time. Also the fact that it comes with criss-cross fries that taste and looks like it was just cut right there from the Potato, added bonus. Simple menu but pretty good food is always a bonus for me. Nuggets, fries and kid toy and at the end give you a sprite with damaged cup so you have sprite all over, wait 5 min until they can't figure out what kind of toy to give and at the end forgot to give you a toy. This is absolutely a trash chick fil a. Went there this morning at 9:45 with my significant other and waited in line for 45 minutes. Then when approached the drive thru to order the young woman taking my order was rude. And told us that they were no longer serving breakfast at 10:31? We waited in line for 45 minutes and they wouldn't serve us breakfast. She was rude and continued to shut us down when we asked if we could just have 2 chicken biscuit combos. But she couldn't do it.
