The only Chick fil A in the United States that cannot figure out a proven system of service. You will be in this line at least 20 minutes even if the line is short. If you order on the mobile app, you will order before 10 cars in front of you and when you finally get to the window to get your food, they will make you pull around to the front because they haven't looked at mobile orders. This location has always been this way. Where are the local owners? Where are the Cathy's who own the franchise? Do better! read more

I paid $4 for this fruit cup which would be just fine but I at least expected it to be full. I can literally see the bottom. No joke it's like maybe 1/4 cup of fruit. Not even enough to be a whole serving of fruit. Like what am I gonna do with half a strawberry and 8 blueberries..... read more

By far the slowest chikfila in odessa/midland area. Decent service but oh so slow!!! Takes up to 15 minutes in drive thru some mornings.

Thank you Chic-fil-A for giving my meal and spoon but forgot my side order of Mac N Cheese. On a business trip and didn't have time to go back. Oh well read more

Chick-fil-A - Wish I had my Mac N Cheese I ordered - Fast Food Near Me - Odessa, Texas

I just wanted you to know about the horrible customer service I received this evening 10-19-23 @ 5:30. I ordered through your drive thru. There was no one outside to take my order so I waited 5 min for someone to come take it. I ordered a number one with no pickles & a spicy chicken sandwich, a milk shake and 2 drinks. I paid for it. I went around to pick up my order, was handed my drinks and asked to go wait in front of the store. I politely refused and stated I would stay in line to wait for my food, as your parking lot is hard to get in & out of. I was told I could either go around front or they could refund my money to me. When I again politely refused, never once raising my voice, I was told that I now had three choices... One: go around front, two: to get a refund, or three: the cops would be called. Is this really how you treat your PAYING customers? By threatening them, for wanting to wait on the food they paid for? It was perfectly fine that I had to wait 5 min for someone to show up and take my order, but I couldn't wait 2 minutes for my food without the cops being called? And during the 2-5 minutes that your mngr, Lacey was threatening me, my order was probably already done. I chose to get a refund and I'll never return to your restaurant. read more

This is my favorite location. I always use the drive thru because the wait is always fast. I had Rusty Dunn as my service attendant and he was really nice. I feel like the employees here do not get enough recognition. When I received my receipt, the girl was really friendly. Mind you, it has to be 80-90 degrees out. I'd be kind of annoyed if I was standing outside while it's scorching hot so with that being said, the attitude is awesome! When I received my food, I forgot to purchase 2 brownies and when I mentioned it, the workers had no problem adding that on for me. Don't get me wrong, this location is busyyy but they're pumping left and right. You can tell they're really good at working as a team. Also, when I get home, the food was hot and delicious. read more

forgot my actual sandwich to my meal , got home with half of my food and partial order , sounds about right for Odessa restaurants. called and they just ask you to drive back instead of issuing a refund to the card charged. sighhhh guess Canes it is from now on read more

Never had a bad experience with CFA until today. I'm currently STILL waiting on my $22 after 25 minutes. Luckily I'm only going to target afterward and don't actually have anything to do. FINALLY got my order. It's been 42 minutes. My large fry is looking more like a small. They forgot my drinks. Then brought out the wrong drinks. One honey mustard for THREE nugget meals and two sandwiches. No mayo I asked for. I counted 12 cars that ordered after me get their food while I waited in the parking lot with my 1 year old waiting for my food. Do better CFA. read more

I eat here about 2 times a month. First off the food is always made really good. Fresh, hot and delicious. Prices are great. Better chicken sandwich that any of its competitors. Staff is always great. They smile, happy to see you and working to get your food to you quick. Friendly, I love it. read more

My grandmother is a first responder for the state and they told her sorry we don't give discounts. And then told us you have to be in uniform, we can't be in uniform on days off. And then told it's illegal to as for a discount and they refused to show me the policy that says all of this. Sounds like to me that this Chick-fil-A on 42nd St. does not like first responders read more

We both travel for work pretty much weekly all over the state and country. We pretty much always select Chick-Fil-A for breakfast wherever we are because the egg white grill or the scramble bowl without hash browns are pretty much the healthiest high protein options when you have to eat in the car. I would estimate we have been to 120+. Because we are both on the road for work, we do two separate orders for expensing purposes and everyone does it as two orders for the same car and they've never batted an eye. We get here and are told by the person taking the orders in the one lane that's open that they can't do that. Then it became that they won't do that. We explained that we do this all the time without fail. She finally does it. We get to the window and are chastised like children that they don't do that here. We said they must be the only location that doesn't and the lady working the window said "perhaps you should sue us over it." Consistent with so many of these reviews, she was incredibly rude and didn't care (and stated so) and preceded to drop the food out the window at us. STAY AWAY. read more

Come here ALL THE TIME. I take my customers chick Fil a. I call in orders before I come so there's no wait (so I stay on schedule for work). The phone is busy and makes me leave a voicemail. So I do. Ordering my order to pick up in 30 min. Show up 45 - 1hr and the place is not busy at all. Almost empty. THEY NEVER CHECKED VOICEMAILS FOR ORDERS. So I sit for 25 min for something that should have been taken care of. No remorse. No customer service and no desire to do better. Looks like I'll be using another chick Fil a..... read more

Super friendly crew working here at the Buda, TX location. Shout out to Michelle! #366guest

This location on 42nd in particular has fallen off in my experience. The staff are often incompetent and unfriendly. The last 3 times I have gone to this place they tell me to go around to the front and they will bring me my food. And literally every single time I wait for over 20 minutes and end up having to walk in and get my food or I'll get my food after waiting and the order is all wrong. The last time there wasn't even a line at all and they still told me to pull around to the front and like usual got stuck waiting and waiting and when they finally brought my food it was wrong and I had to get out and walk in and get it figured out which took another 15 -20 minutes. This location used to have the friendliest upbeat staff and now it's just young kids who have no social skills and seems like they don't know how to talk to people. Every time I come I find myself saying afterwards I don't know why I still get this place. The food has even fallen off. They over salt everything now. Even my kids have said it's too salty and that's saying something. read more

No surprise that a fast food place in this area isn't run properly. Food is edible but not to the standards of most chick fil a's I've been to. Fries were cold and hard. Also people who say staff is rude that seems the standard for most people in this area, rude and disrespectful. read more

FYI - they stopped curbside delivery. Also don't do the app not worth it.Not for this location. I had made my order prior to me arriving and and once I arrived I had to wait additional 20 min for food. RIDICULOUS . I order milk shakes and I noticed that some were on the counter - sure enough they were mine . We requested we get a fresh one then the girl says - I will put more whipped cream and it will be okay. I said no - then she made a face and got me a new one. I don't recommend this location at all. read more

Continuously one of the worst Chick-Fil-A locations I've ever visited, and I've been to locations across the country. Rude staff, long wait times, inability to handle busy surges, drive through location spills out into the parking area of the shopping center and results in blockage of entire aisleways. And did I say rude staff? Let me emphasize RUDE. The other locations in Odessa staffed by friendly, upbeat employees which is expected from a cult like business like Chick-Fil-A, but apparently they need to re-brainwash this group, because their attitudes are tacky. They're unhelpful, unfriendly, clueless, lackluster, and lack any type of common sense or sense of urgency. They can't even manage a "My Pleasure!" That's Chick-Fil-A 101. You're more likely to get a grunt in reply. I've learned to avoid this location regardless of convenience. I'd rather drive 15-20 minutes out of my way to get some of God's chicken. I know they're franchise locations, but this store is in bad need of a corporate intervention. Avoid it. Seriously. read more

Dear Chick-fil-a management, I am very disappointed with my experience of ordering curbside through your app. Furthermore, I find the location of Odessa Town Center to be continuously disappointing and the customer service experience I received from Gaby was not acceptable. I am suffering from a poor back and it is not pleasant to venture out multiple times in a day. Also, I thought using the app to order would be more convenient considering my current back issues as I would limit the time spent sitting in my car, as well as the accuracy of my order as it is clearly spelled out via the app. I was only missing one item I ordered - a 6 count of chocolate chip cookies. Of course, I didn't known the cookies were missing until I returned home, which was an error on my part to check the order accuracy as this location is notorious for errors and missing items. Upon calling Odessa Town Center the first time my phone call was being transferred to a manager by Sebastian, I was hung up on. I called again and was successfully transferred to the manager - Gaby. I explained that I was only missing the one item from my order but I could not return to pick it up as my back condition. She placed me on hold, only to return and tell me that I would have to physically return to the store to even receive a refund for the one item since I paid by card via the app. I almost wanted to lose my nerve, but I kept my composure and explained that I could not go to the store nor would I ever be returning to the store. Her response was less than genuine or concerned - "I'm so sorry to hear that. Hope you have a great day." I get it. I work in the food/bev industry. This location has a ton of volume and churns through orders and makes a profitable business. What I don't understand is the complete lack of regard for customer loyalty or even customer service. I went to college in Columbus, Georgia, I have dined several times at the Dwarf House in Newnan (LOVE IT!) and I am familiar with the Chick-fil-a story and experience. They usually hold the bar to the highest of expectations for food, quality and service, but I am sorry to say that no employee during this visit exuded these qualities, and this is evident from the management's response to my issue. I really hope the $7.39 6 pack Chocolate Chunk Cookie was worth all this. I have no interest in returning to this location, seeing this manager on duty, or shelling money out to literally have no regard for my experience. Odessa Town Center will continue on with success, serving people that hustle through the drive-thru and are willing to deal with the hurdles to get an accurate order and all items purchased. I'm just a measly $37.45 order on a busy Friday. But I will take that $37.45 and spend it elsewhere. In conclusion and review, I wanted to share this experience to aware anyone of perhaps a situation that may occur again. Best of luck to you. In the words of your manager - "Hope you have a great day." Sincerely, Preston Hicks read more

Disappointed with the way this specific Chick-fil-a presented themselves. The employees were disrespectful inside the store and also outside the store taking orders. I wish everything in the world ran this efficiently and smoothly and consistently. If you're in the mood for a great chicken sandwich or some chicken nuggets (and it's NOT Sunday), then there's no place better than this. Slowest drive-thru service I have ever had at a Chick-fil-a ever! 25 minutes and counting!

This is SINGLE HANDEDLY the WORST Chick-fil-A on the planet. Should be shut down. God-foresaken. Complete chaos. If you mobile order or order in store you will be waiting a minimum of 40 minutes (not an exaggeration) before receiving any food. They cannot get an order right if lives depended on it. Every order I've ever made here is always wrong, missing fries, missing meals, missing drinks, missing sauces. The staff is all teenagers. I've only heard terrible things about the owner of the franchise. I have no clue why Odessians put up with this. The chicken that makes it out is always low quality, tough, and tasting weird.
