One of the best Chick-fil-A experiences I have had. I have never dined in at this Chick-fil-A before, so I was shocked that the employees took orders from the tables rather than me having to walk up to the counter. I thought this was a wonderful touch to the experience, especially since I was getting lunch with a family member. The Chick-fil-A employees were phenomenal, especially Haley, and the food was good as usual. We had a wonderful time. I was also really surprised to see that this location still had a play area inside, but I thought that was really nice! I hope more people with young kids take advantage of it since not many restaurants seem to have these anymore. read more

Went to the Moncks Corner location today for lunch. Imagine heading to a restaurant with expectations. Well none were met. Went through the drive thru and it was pretty slow but that is the lunch crowd. They should have had more people taking orders. Next the Honey Pimento Sandwich was no longer available but nothing they could control. Order the Spicy Sandwich meal with sweet tea. I ordered the large. Usually don't order large because not a waffle fry fan but got Polynesian for dipping. Received my order and drove off. Excited I took a sip of my sweet tea.... they gave me unsweetened. Terrible. Dear chic fil a- This trifling conduct can not go on any longer I was suggested to get something from your establishment, and promptly, I did so. I ordered a chicken sandwich at 5:40 pm on a Saturday afternoon with my mother. With this delight I kindly asked for Polynesian sauce so I could maximize the experience of one of your finest delicacies. After ordering I waited and waited and waited, I then obtain my sustenance. I get home and finally get ready to chow down on one of, if not the most delicious fast food item of all time; the chic-fil-a sandwich. I open the bag, I see my sandwich, as I should see. But what about the thing I didn't see? The thing I SPECIFICALLY ASK FOR? My Polynesian sauce was.Not.There..... I pondered in disbelief, frantically repeated the phrase"where's my sauce? where's my sauce?" WHERE WAS MY SAUCE? I checked the bag, the other bag the CAR! It was no where but next to my sandwhich...Why? why can't I enjoy my chicken sandwich with some sauce on it? That's all I wanted, alas I might have asked for too much. Never had an issue here before, staff is usually super friendly, attentive and food is always great. I was not happy when a friend and I went through the drive through today 4/4/25 though. The staff taking the order was super nervous and on edge I didn't understand why but went ahead in the line and didn't think about it too much. When I was receiving the food the friendly assistant handing me the food was suddenly berated by a woman inside, that must be some sort of corporate manager. She was disgustingly rude to him and ordered him to remove a sticker from his name tag. This really ruined my outlook on the place and made me feel bad for the poor kid. However, I received an incorrect number of sauces and for my market salad I only had 3 measly strawberries, no blueberries, wilted brown lettuce, and to top it off they forgot the nuts and granola which is my favorite part of the salad. WORST chick fil a location EVER! Unable to place order at the counter (what do those employees at the counter actually DO if they're behind the counter???) But you sit, then someone will eventually come over with an i-pad and take your order. So ridiculous as then if you need something, like we did, have to go get someone to bring it... like napkins, then ketchup and then we had ordered water but it didn't come so had to go back up for that! Plus why are their sandwich buns always cold??? and some are close to stale. And usually their chicken is HOT - not today...barely luke warm. We used to love CFA but after they raised their prices (too much) we stopped going like we used to but today, they were on the way home... big mistake! Well, I thought since it wasn't busy it might be the right time to stop and get some nuggets. Not really! I waited in the drive through since the seated area was closed. That was fine. I specifically said honey mustard sauce with my nuggets and continued with my order Next station was to pay, all went well. Then went to get my order. Pulled off and looked in the bag, no straw for my drink. Good thing I had one in my glove compartment. Next, wouldn't you know there was no sauce! Rode around to the order station and waited and had to yell at someone to acknowledge me! Seriously . Told the kid I was missing my sauce and he said I had to ride back around to the window. OMG! I worked at this Chick-Fil-A last year for about a month and let me tell you it was horrible. Co-workers were great, but my managers and boss were mean, strict, and passive aggressive. They really try to be the best Chick-Fil-A ever but it ends up backfiring. They become extremely nitpicky and ignore the things that they should care about. Half the time I order food from there it is undercooked and sloppy. McDonald's does a better job preparing my food. Also guest service when it comes to the dining room is absolutely horrendous. They sit you down at a table like you're at some fancy restaurant and come back every ten seconds asking if you want anything else. When I was in training I was told the goal when it comes to serving people in the dining room was to be as annoying as possible. Hello???? What kind of ideology is that?! I got fired a month later for being on my phone when literally everyone else goes on their phone when no ones looking. Not to mention we were closed and no one was in the dining room or drive thru. And when my boss fired me she acted so nice at first that I thought nothing was wrong. But then she dropped the nice act and started slamming me and fired me afterwards. I'm not the only one who's gotten fired over stupid stuff like that. Ever since I got fired I've heard some of my old co-workers getting fired for really small things. This isn't some Michelin star restaurant where everything has to be perfect. This is a fast food restaurant. Maybe if Chick-Fil-A was focused on making the food right and not being so annoying to the customers, it would be a solid place. But no, They act like they care about you but are only worried about looking nice. And they work you like a dog and will fire you if you aren't some perfect robot with no remorse. Was not greeted at all from the server it was like i was being overlooked . The food and service are always great. However, the drive-thru line moves considerably slow compared to other locations. The Mobile-Thru is also completely pointless as it feeds into the drive-thru line... which makes ordering ahead a complete waste of time unless you go inside to pick up your order. read more

In addition to fresh tasty food, the speed and efficiency of service at the drive-thru is INCREDIBLE. There were 60 plus cars that I counted in line today during the middle of the lunch rush today (there may have been more but I lost count)... Within 1 minute (ONE!!) of driving into the parking lot I had ordered and paid. And I am not exaggerating. 3 minutes later I had my food and was exiting the parking lot. I drove on the lot at 12:52 p.m. and left at 12:56 p.m. that's an incredible FOUR MINUTE drive through experience! In my opinion all other fast food restaurants ought to shut down their restaurants until they have an opportunity to study what Chick-fil-A is doing and replicate it. And whatever training program Chick-fil-A uses to make their staff so pleasant and efficient-- that ought to be replicated too! read more

I was a customer at this location this morning and it was by far the worst display of customer service I've ever had. Bradley, the person to take my order was inefficient and just seemed not to know how to take my order. I got to the window to get my food and asked to speak with the manager. Morgan, the manager, was as rude as they come. I explained to her that Bradley needed some training. I used the term teachable moment as a way of expressing he needed more training but not to pounce on him. She defended his lack of knowledge by saying it was his card reader. Order wrong, so I went back to window and Morgan the manager said it's because Bradley is new and in training. Which is it. Morgan was the rudest most unprofessional Chickfila rep I've ever come in contact with. I have several friends that own Chick-fil-A's and when I told her I'd be speaking with the district manager, she said there was no one above her. What a sad day for chickfilas everywhere when a manager represents the company as such. So sad. read more

To keep it simple, there's Chick-fil-A sucks. Walking into the store like playing Frogger with the drive through lines, you have to cross two lanes hoping, praying that one of the kids doesn't get hit. As you enter the establishment you are greeted with a empty lemonade machines, sticky counters and floors. The unprofessional, under dressed, and slightly aggressive order taker yells at you yo sit down and they will take your order. Before sitting down I went to bathroom and found it in shambles, not clean, gross smell. I return to my chosen seat and the aggressive order taker comes over to the table and they seemed under the influence of something, constantly surveying everything else, avoiding eye contact, and kept cutting us off. A member of my party ordered a sandwich with no bun, and got ridicule and laugh, and brought a manager to make sure they heard it right. We as well got none of our sauces, and fruit in a yogurt when asked for no fruit, ice with requested for no ice. All around terrible service! Do better read more

It had been about 5 minutes, we started to pull up to the window when a third employee walked by and informed us they were closed. This location was not busy, there was 3 cars in front of us when we got there. The only thing warm was the chicken sandwich. Our nuggets were both cold and did not taste like the chicken nuggets we are used to. We spent the entire rest of our day and the following day in e bathroom.
