The food is good though, but sometimes special requests are missed. The biggest issue is not getting all the items you order, this happens to use a lot and when you order for a family of five it's hard to check the bags for everything. We go back because it's my favorite fast food and it's the only location near our house. It's nice inside! read more

I am not even going to give them any stars. I sat in like for 45 minutes. Got to the window. Paid. And then waited another 25 minutes. Soda machine wasn't working. No teas. Only freezes. Only 3 employees and none wearing gloves. One was eating while the line wrapped around the building. I got my refund and left. And I'll never return to this location. Goose Creek is so much better. Taco Bell on Highway 52 in Moncks Corner is a good Taco Bell location to go to when you are in the area and are hungry and need something fast and reliable. I really like nachos here the best. I Ordered through the app for a mobile order, we got here about 20 minutes after it was placed and went inside and waited another 30. It is ridiculous how slow it was and we only ordered 1 meal and 2 other pieces of food I have never had service this slow in my life. With 4 grand children, and 4 very busy adults we've eaten at this taco bell regularly. We bought two 12 packs on Sunday, every one was stale, soggy and no more than 1/2 full (most only 1/3). I called the store and spoke with a manger, he seemed more interested in "saying" the right things. With no interest in doing anything. Seems this store has changed direction, just the wrong one. This is by far the cleanest fast food restaurant that I've ever been in. The employees were extremely nice and enthusiastic.
