I came here today and picked up lunch for myself and a friend. There were two very long lines at 11:30. I timed the process. I waited in line, ordered and was out of there in less than 10 minutes. The food was hot and delicious. I don't know of any other place that this can happen. I am very impressed with the training, care and speed at which this business is managed. Quite literally the worst Chick-fil-A location I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. I wrote the first few times off trying to assume they were having a bad day but as I've returned (it's the only location nearby) I've realized it's the norm. Completely disorganized, my order is always wrong the management is rude and unable to run the store in an efficient manner. Trent was on top of it! He was waking around checking on customers to offer refills and to clear off tables when people were finished eating he was very kind and knew what he was going. I've been eating at chick fil for almost 20 years and I have never experienced customer service the way that Trent was doing it. Haven for moms!!! I have gone to this Chick-Fil-A several times and I'm always pleased with my experience. I always get fast service and have nice encounters with the employees. But it's never been something where I think "Wow I should do a review on yelp." Except for today! Our experience was going the same as usual: wrangle kids as I put in an order, find a table by the play area, try to get the kids to eat their food before they go and play... this last step is always the hardest because, in their minds, food is good, but playing is better. Then this is when things changed. A sweet worker (I think I overheard her name is Mila?) came and brought my kids and me some mints. She heard me bargaining to get them to eat for a few minutes before playing. My older kid agreed but the 2.5 year old was NOT happy. Mila then went out of her way to say if my daughter ate like I asked, she could bring her a book AND an ice cream! I wasn't sure if this was actually going to happen but she did! Totally made my day and my todddlers! I watched this sweet lady continue to help out with more moms and their kids as well as other customers and even help in the play area. She always took the time to chat and get to know each group. Just really an awesome example of going above and beyond! read more

I am not sure if I came here on a training day, but the workers seemed to be very lackadaisical. I felt that there was no hustle and no sense of urgency from the workers at all. There was a line to the door and the workers were clearly not concerned with providing fast service. Always loved this location my son and his friends even worked there a few years ago - No longer! We have been known to go a couple times a week before the remodel, it has changed for the worse. Don't order breakfast on the app and get in the drivethru even if it looks just a little busy. We completed our order 2 minutes before breakfast stopped serving for the day and then got in the drivethru at 10:30. After 35 minutes in the drivethru and almost being hit by a car that didn't want to wait their turn before merging into the one lane we arrived at the window to pick up our order. There we were told by the manager that our order was not prepared because we were not in the drivethru lane before 10:30. I don't know how he would know that. The manager couldn't have cared less about our 35 min wait in the drivethru or us leaving so without any food. Awful service my husband said he won't be back. I posted on their FB page a week ago but no response. I'm not sure why they can't figure out the mobile app orders at this location but it's always an issue. I had to wait almost 20 minutes for food ordered on the app on 8/17. Employees were not helpful and they acted put out when I asked for help to take the food to my vehicle - which is what they were supposed to do to begin with. We've gotten undercooked chicken before with a separate visit and now my husband has been in line for over 25 minutes to get our food. This is ridiculous. We won't be back to this location. First I'd like to say I'm a regular at this location & not until recently have I had recurring issues with Customer Service, really hoping the powers that be see this and changes are made where necessary as this is not the first horrible experience I've had at this location. With that being said, it was 4:52pm 01.29.20, Wednesday. I placed my order with my 1 yr old in arms then we went straight into the play area for no more than 2 MINS, my baby doing what babies do best... decided he didnt want to play anymore. We went back to the take out area to wait for our order. While we patiently waited I started to notice people that were well behind me in line and with much larger orders start to receive their food. That being odd I ask one of the staff members a young lady blonde, short hair with glasses, unfortunately don't remember her name...asked if she could check on my order, explained my concerns & gave her my receipt. To my surprise she very briefly glanced at my receipt and replied "I dont know where your order is" handed me my receipt back then proceeded to handing out orders to more then a handful of people. When she finished she asked for my receipt again and started to explain that my order had been thrown away because they called my name and I didn't come up to grab my food. I pointed to where my son and I were waiting and explained I never heard my name called. She advised they would re-make my order. Now, 15 mins have passed since we placed our order!! Time just keeps passing by a whole new line places orders and more people get their food who placed their order MUCH after my son & I did! Finally I request to speak with a manager to inform her of what I was advised about my order being tossed, not to mention while I continued to wait I noticed staff members taking orders to people including take out order names being called multiple times and even food being taken to wherever people were waiting. It is extremely frustrating that I was lied to about my order being tossed when it was very obvious there was a mistake made. It wasn't difficult to see I was getting frustrated as it was supposed to be a TO GO ORDER. but still we got little to no customer service from staff members. Not until I finally connected with the manager did my order actually get remade. I explained the entire frustrating situation to the manager yet she only replied with "I'm sorry" made no attempt to make me happy or feel better about the whole situation.I finally received my order at 5:30pm to be exact. Took more then 30 mins and would have taken even longer if I hadn't been so adamant!! It's experiences like these that keep good customers from coming back. ;( read more
