When I tried to continue ordering, she stopped responding and made it difficult to complete my order. When I reached the window, my order was incomplete. I had to repeatedly ask about the missing items. I requested to speak with a manager, hoping the situation would be resolved, but the manager was also rude and argumentative. Because of the hostility, I no longer felt comfortable accepting food from the restaurant and asked that my order be canceled. As I was driving away, the drive through window was forcefully slammed shut in my face. I left without any food and was extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer service. I hope KFC reviews this incident and provides additional customer service training for the employees at this location.

When I pulled up to the window and politely asked why he was being disrespectful, he simply shut the window in my face. I asked for the manager's or owner's contact information so I could report the incident. Instead, I was accused of trespassing, even though it was my first time at this location. Several employees also pulled out their phones and began recording me, and I heard one of them say they were going to post the video on social media. I found that to be very unprofessional and intimidating. The employees said they were calling the police, so I called the police myself and waited until a deputy advised me that I was free to leave. I never expected to be treated this way for simply trying to order food and ask for management's contact information. I hope Popeyes addresses the customer service issues at this location.
