We were in the mall shopping today and I needed something on the healthier side to eat for lunch. So I went here and got the kids meal for 7.05 . I got five grilled chicken nuggets and a small cup of fresh fruit. It does come with a drink but I passed because I had a bottle of water. There wasn't much of a line and it moved pretty quickly. Before you think I'm crazy for 1 starring a CFA, hear me out. I love CFA and the food is always above average for fast food chicken. Not the best, but dependable and my kids love it. This location is no exception. I also love how friendly the staff is. Again, this location does acceptably well in that area. So why 1 Star? Parking. The parking at this location is dangerous, terrifying when you have kids. One row of spots has two entry points, front and back, creating total chaos at busy times. The drive thru line blocks a lot entrance creating further chaos on entry/exit. If you're taking small kids and plan to go inside, you better rethink it unless it's a during a dead time. So, while I may still come here for food, I will never again attempt to bring my kids inside. That's sad to say because they love it, but I can't risk their lives for a chicken sandwich and foot smell play room. read more

This is the worst chick-fil-a ever. My husband and I only came here because the other one across the street was packed out of the door, that one has always been the best btw. We came to this one for breakfast and let me just say... everything was horrible down to the customer service, and the employees attitudes. When we walked up to the line the lady that took our order and everyone else looked like they hated their jobs, even the manager or team lead that had a different colored shirt on than the rest. As she was bagging orders she just had this rude look and she called out everyones names with attitude. Next, we finally got our food after waiting almost 15-20 mins. I was too mad about the wait because there were only a few workers so we were patient thinking the food would make up for the horrible attitudes of the employees and the wait time. WRONG! we ordered a chicken biscuit combo with hash browns and a drink, 4 ct chicken minis, and 2 bacon egg and cheese combos... We received a chicken biscuit combo, a 12 count nugget instead of the minis, and a chicken egg and cheese biscuit instead of 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuit. We decided that we would just enjoy what we got and went ahead and started to eat. As soon as my boyfriend opened his bacon egg and cheese biscuit there was a hair sticking right out of the biscuit. He threw that away, then went ahead and ate the chicken egg and cheese that we didnt order, the chicken was RAW and chewy in the middle of the breast , and my chicken biscuit was raw also. We shared the nuggets that should have been minis and the 3rd nugget I picked up to eat had a hair fried into it.. This was a horrible experience. We tried to call after all of this twice and nobody answered either times, I even left a voicemail. I haven't gotten a call back or anything. I will not be visiting this location ever again, and to save you some time.. take my word and don t visit them either. read more

Awesome place. I have been to this place numerous times. I have yet to receive bad service or food. It's always fast, fresh food. As far as customer service goes Chick-fil-a is top notch. Really, the only complaint I could forsee is how busy the place is but that really is just a byproduct of how great the resturaunt is. read more

Their food is addictive and delicious. The price is right. And the staff is efficient and dedicated. I like that they close on Sundays.

Their sandwiches are getting smaller and smaller. I got one the other day that only covered HALF the bun and was so thin it was all crust. I called the manager and was told to come in to get my replacement. She told me that they had recently switched manufacturers and were aware of the issue. When I walked up to the counter she asked if I had my other sandwich. She made me walk all the way back out to my car and present it before even starting my food! I had to wait another 10 minutes and didn't receive an apology or anything. She also just left my old chicken sandwich sitting on the counter after making me get it. If I would've chosen to have my sandwich replaced at a later date I wouldn't have been asked to present a sandwich that's just going to be tossed in the garbage. It's unfortunate because I love chik fil a, but I feel uncomfortable returning to this location. They treated me like I was a huge inconvenience. read more

Sometimes you have to wait for a long time to get your food at this location maybe because everyone is trying to get CFA. But you already know the wait is going to be worth it! This place rocks! I love everything about Chic Fil A. Color me excited that they now have a gluten free bun! There food is always fresh and wonderful. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I like that they are always out in the dining area checking to see if you need a refill or anything else. They are the only fast food place that I have ever been to that has someone outside taking orders when the weather is nice which is nice bc honestly, talking to someone through a speaker can be a hassle sometimes. My kids love to play in the play area and I like that you dont have to sit in there if you are still eating but can still see the kids play. Their polynesian sauce is the best! read more

This location does not have it together like other locations. We did an online order to pick up for a school function with our daughter and the order wasn't even close to being correct. Of course, we didn't know this until we got to the school. I guess we should have checked our order before we left but, this isn't normally an issue.
