My first visit was great! The fish was crispy and hot. I even ate some of the fries. The second time I patronized this location it was through food delivery and when the food arrived the fish was warm however the coating was falling off. And this wasn't from the transit to me it was how it was prepared. However on this occasion, they gave me the wrong type of fish and when I called back to inform them, they could barely understand what I was conveying and I was met with an attitude over the phone. I ended up just asking him to prepare me the two piece fish dinner and placed the order anyway. When we went in to switch the food out, I handed the shorter latino guy who's always there, my original box which had two and a half pieces of fish, since I ate a half piece of one of the fillets before realizing it wasn't what I had ordered. I was confused at first because I thought maybe it was what I ordered until I continued to eat it and then inspected it and realized it wasn't. He quickly took out the two pieces of fish from the new box which sat upon the bagging area and gave that to me . . . just empty by itself instead of replacing the fries or any of my other sides that came along with my dinner like he was doing me a favor. I'm just realizing this now and it upsets me even more: he shouldn't have been handling my food at all PERIOD!
