Love me some Chick-fil-A, but this place has room for improvement. One of the hallmarks of Chick-Fil-A is the amazing customer service. This is the first time I've ever been to a location and had a grumpy cashier (I mean, no greeting or anything). My order was also messed up. Drive through line was slow as molasses on a Wednesday evening. Line was practically wrapped around the parking lot and it appeared they were taking 1 order, letting that order leave and then taking the next order. How the hell is that fast food. Horrible establishment. They do not care about the customers or the workers. The ownership is very crooked denying former employees unemployment, making employees work when they feel sick, they have worms roaches and mice and don't care. They hardly do a good job cleaning and their food is always sub-par. The executive team threatens workers with their job security on any given day and fire people or send them home because they are having a bad day themselves. The owner Mr. Singletary doesn't care about anything unless his check is short every month. This is hands down the worst Chick-fil-a I have ever gone to. I visited this location from out of town. And the customer service was horrible. It was nothing like the Chick-fil-a brand. I visited this Chick-fil-a at 10:45am, shortly after breakfast ended. After waiting at least 30 mins for my food, I waiting an additional 10 mins just for sauces and other condiments. (the condiment station that is usually overflowing with condiments only had creamers) I was even told to "move to the side" when all I wanted was some Polynesian Sauce and ketchup(for my fries, yummers). There were NO smiles, there was NO "have a blessed day" (which is customary in the southern Chick-fil-a restaurants and I know for a fact it's the Cathy Truett way). I ordered Fish, eager to try it for the first time. The fish was fresh, crispy and hot (which was expected; I waited 30 mins). I asked for Tatar sauce which was also HOT, it was oily and spilled out of the packet like grease. It was an oily mess. I thought about suggesting they refrigerate the tartar sauce, but you could tell this establishment was not open to customer feedback and/or suggestions. I would not suggest visiting this particular Chick fil A if you are expecting to receive the customer service they are famous for... you won't get it. read more

Great value for your money, plus some nice surprises you might not expect. Naturally, the chicken is as fresh as fast food can make it. I especially "camp out" on the chicken nuggets with Chik-Fil-A sauce. Yum!! As mentioned, the waffle fries are the BEST. But make sure you also add some cole slaw to go with those nuggets. I don't know what it is, but Chik-Fil-A cole slaw seems especially well suited for their nuggets. Finally, don't miss out on the REAL lemonade or the fabulous Milk Shakes. McD's has NOTHING on these drinks. And during the summer, you are missing a treat if you don't order one of the seasonal fresh Peach Milk Shakes made with real pieces of peach. WONDERFUL. The only bad part is they are only available during the summer. Finally, if you need a quick, quality breakfast, check out their sausage, egg and biscuits with gravy platter. This store is pretty fast for the amount of people shuffling through it. I must add the service team is very respectful and well spoken not like the typical rift raft, broken English speaking hood glamorous lackadaisical imbeciles normally found in predominantly black establishments. I were in fact greeted with the proper salutation, and asked how I can be served. Some may think the greeting is minor, however 99% of the time when ordering food how you are greeted sets the pace and quality for the establishment. Don't believe, go to McDonalds or Burger King, when the cashier says "Take yo ordahh", or "you wan hur or ta go", you have a high probability of getting the wrong order. Pros: Fast service, enthusiastic employees, accurate order service. This store has never messed up my order. The store is always clean and well kept. Cons: Always crowded. The worst part of this place is it location. Situated in the corner of a shopping area, the drive through competed with the shopping center traffic as those looking to patron Giant food. A bigger problem is the drive through traffic cuts through the middle parking lot, this makes for a bad situation when trying to leave after ordering. The other bad situation is the fact there is only one way out of the shopping center, this creates traffic jams and other nightmares. read more

I've been here a couple times and I always order mines ahead of time before I get there to pick up at the window and every time I get there I have to wait 10 minutes to get my food that I PREORDERED. Also when you get there they act like you aren't even there until they are ready. I've witnessed 5 people get there order before me that came after I did. I recommend not going there read more

This is the 2nd worst Chick-Fil-A in Prince George's County. The first one is in Capital Heights, MD. Abnormally and unnecessarily long wait times. Don't go if you are hungry because not only will you have to wait in line, you will have to wait in the reserved spots on the side for an additional amount of time. I don't know if they don't have enough workers or they don't have enough food. Customer Service is the absolute worse. If you don't mind travelling for better service you can got to the one just a few miles up the road to Bowie, where all 3 of those will give you way better service. I don't know if this location is under new management, but something must've changed under whomever's orders because the meat has dramatically decreased in terms of size. It used to be a decent size once upon a time ago, but now it's a ridiculously super small piece of meat. So small that the sandwich isn't worth the price anymore. This Chick Fil A's customer service is terrible!! I placed my order in the drive thru and my total was $8.01. When I got to the window to get my food, which I had already paid for, they got my food confused with someone else's and the girl at the window was rude. No sauces in my bag, nothing. & they forgot my drink and I had to drive back. When I asked for my drink, they were rude. To top it off, I checked my bank account and they charged me $15.86! That wasn't my total.. I had to sit back in the drive thru just to get my money refunded and they were rude about that as well. They definitely don't have Chick Fil A standards set in place. THE WORST CHICK-FIL-A experience I've ever had and I eat it all the time. I placed my order in the drive thru to the young lady that walks up to the cars talking orders...chicken nuggets meal 8 count wth L lemonade....it was two people at the window one standing on the outside...both were talking and figuring everything else out besides handing me my food...then when I leave...one sip into my lemonade and IT WAS HORRIBLE!! Tasted like sugar and water...my fires were sooo salty and then I received chicken strips instead of nuggets! The female manager at the drive thru window was rude and has poor customer service. She lacks the typical friendly, helpful, polite, respectful nature most Chick-fil-A employees have. Instead she was rude and not helpful at all in trying to correct an error. Even went as far to say she was not going to hold up "Her" drive thru line to check for an order that was mistakenly placed as a pick up instead of drive thru. Advised us to park and come inside to check for ourselves. This was after we were advised by three other employees that we would be able to get our order at the window. When we went inside the order was available in the pick up area which was not that far away from where the manager was standing in the drive thru window. I've never felt such a lack of consideration as a customer from Chick-fil-A as I did during this interaction. The manager could of easily retrieved the order for us since it was only a few steps away from her. And there were 3 other people standing in the drive thru window area... I had the worst time at this location yesterday. I placed a catering order at 2:00pm for pickup at 4:30pm. I work down the street and left my office at 4:25pm to make sure I got there on time. Well the restaurant was so chaotic when I arrived. There were at least 15 people working between the register, and drive through window. Yet there were people who had been waiting for several minutes after receiving there food to get there drinks. (Why don't they get prepared at the same time?) Ok, back to me. I didn't get to speak to someone until about 4:40...she said she would be right back but never returned. When I was able to speak with a manager she told me my order would be ready in a few minutes. Seriously!? What was the point of placing the order in advance? I asked why my order wasn't ready and her response was that it was ready but they had to throw it away because I was late . I pointed to the mob of people in pick up area and said I've been here. I seriously doubt they would throw away a whole tray of nuggets, why lie? Long story short I didn't get my order until 5:00. I frequent this Chick-fil-A because it's close to home and work. After a little over a year I've yet to have a bad experience here. Drive thru can be busy during peak rush hours but goes fairly quickly. I have always been greeted with smiling faces and chipper personalities at the drive through and inside. As a matter of a fact I complimented one of the cashiers working the drive thru last week because she (sorry I didn't get her name) was so damn chipper early in the morning that you had no choice but to be on the same level! This location is u able to handle the many customers that it attracts. I am a huge fan of curbside ordering, but lately the Largo location has not been Bri going my meal to my car. I'll sit for at least 10 minutes before going inside to pick up my meal. The first time this happened I waited in my car for 10 minutes. I proceed inside and has to wait another 4 minutes to get someone's attention. At that time I wanted to speak to a manager, which took 8 minutes for him to arrive. He then try's to place the blame on me by saying, "we tried to deliver the meal, but you weren't here." This comment surprised me because chick fil a is known for having such excellent customer service. In the end I received my food (at full price) and no one even apologized it acknowledged their wrong doing. This has also happened again. They never brought my food and no one bee acknowledged me as a customer or that there is something wrong with their curbside program. I will never be eating at this location again. read more

Today, not only was my order incorrect (even though I paid for what I wanted) but i was specifically told that drink straws were in the bag and they weren't. There doesn't seem to be a standard anymore that was present in the past.
