Greek Chicken - A Greek chicken salad with chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, and feta cheese served in a disposable bowl, with a plastic fork.

My new favorite lunch spot!! The pita chips especially when fresh are amazing and I can easily eat 2 bags. This is a filling & healthy option for lunch and honestly dinner. The restaurant has always been clean and service has always been great when I go.

Cava never disappoints. It is always clean and the service is quick, friendly, and responsive. I ordered the grain bowl with the saffron basmati rice, half chicken and half lamb. I received more lamb than chicken and was pretty hungry, so I asked for extra chicken. I added the extra fixings of tomatoes, cucumbers, hummus, broccoli and feta cheese. It was delicious! I love the garlic cesar dressing. This spot is becoming one of my favorites.

So I came here after my workout for the blind event 6-7-25. for a healthy option it's a nice layout and semi patio/extra seating outside from the entrance way to enjoy the breeze with your meal. It starts off a little slow here because I feel it's not many ppl working the front and it depends on what's ordered by each customer but they get you out the way pleasantly and everyone is happy. I got two bowl with chicken half rice half salad mix, tomato mix, roasted corn etc. pita strips hold well for what's in it. Crazy feta, harissa vinaigrette are my go-tos. The Strawberry Citrus Drink is liquid LOOOVE and citrus isn't overpowering at all. It's very refreshing!!! . LOOOVE that every food ingredient is flavorful, the mini pita needs some garlic in it or something it's super bland. The Garlic Dressing/Balsalmic vinaigrette is great as well!!.. however the chicken is marinated is so flavorful!! .. I'd definitely recommend this location

Food was ready on time. I appreciate being able to pick up my food by car. Great customer service per usual I haven't personally been inside but I am sure it's similar to others I've been in. Very much a modern look inside and out.

I had heard of the mythological Cava but never been before! Needless to say, I was impressed with the quantity and quality of food that you get for $10. I ended up with a HUGE bowl that fed me for two meals!! Granted I said yes to all the toppings and everything. I'll have to keep an eye out for CAVA in other cities I visit! @Cava please come to Seattle!

Cava o cava how I love thee. I love the greens/grain bowls with half chicken and veggies. The plethora of options for sauces and sides. The new addition of the RightRice is a winner too if you don't mind the up charge and limiting carbs. There are a crap ton of combinations for a full belly and a smile. I always get a heavy handed server which makes me happiest. You can order in advance and pick up at the drive thru. They are no longer allowing seating in their dining area, nor are they accepting cash. Staff are friendly, I will continue to return to get my fix.

CAVA remains one of the best fast casual options, and they've got locations ringing DC like the Beltway at this point. I stopped in because it was conveniently located near 50 and the actual Beltway. The menu at CAVA offers a great range of options for Mediterranean flavors. In response to the seemingly immortal question of where does the vegetarian get his protein, I ordered my usual bowl with half lentils and half greens for a base and got falafel, hummus, and crazy feta, among many other things. It's good stuff, and their spicy options are excellent as well, with harissa, hot peppers, and spicy dressings available at the end. This location has a drive through, which I might have utilized had I not realized that their app requires you to manually type in credit card info. In store they took apple pay, but I wasn't keen on trying to do the whole mess of typing things in at a stoplight. Note to CAVA: please improve in-app payment functions.

Ate here for dinner at 650pm not too crowded. Restaurant is clean inside and out. Back kitchen also looks clean. All employees were polite and helpful. Food is fresh. Service was pretty quick and efficient. Prices are fair for quality and portions. Don't expect to get pizza, burgers and fries, this is a healthy choice. Food tasted good. I would return.

Where do I start? I absolutely LOVE Cava from the first time I tried it earlier this year. I was at my sisters house putting together a computer table. She went to Cava and brought me lunch. Man wasn't it delicious . So now I eat it at least once a week with different ingredients. One thing I always make sure to have is my crazy feta and red pepper hummus.. I also do a greens and grain bowl. Thank you to the creator of Cava cuz your were sent from above for me, but then again I greedy and like to eat lol.

Their kabab plates were a hit. They also offered a good selection of drinks. Minor thing, and it is from personal experience only: their menus are printed on black paper and in a plastic sleeve. Reminds me of the bad touristy places in Europe. It did not represent how good the food was, because usually we run away from this Massive Plastic menus... so I Joel one day they will update them to something nicer for a better first feel.

No matter how nice the decor was, needing my coat and scarf to eat indoors was ridiculous. You see the reason we weren't seated in the warmer section (the hostess's words) was because the owner told her to seat us elsewhere. It was pleasant with nice chairs and an airy atmosphere. One thing I noticed about the customer service was that I was asking a lot of questions because of an allergy, but the server kept looking at and speaking to the other person at the table. Fortunately the server appeared to be knowledgeable and helped me eliminate some dishes. The unsweetened iced tea came without any sugar packets and mostly ice. Tea quality was very good. The baba ghanoush was fine. More tahini, less salt and smoky flavor than preferred or used to. The trouble started with the entrees. Besides the hidden pita, the food was unseasoned and the Doner meat was neither crispy nor tender. The lamb shish kebab was very tender. The rice was very buttery but was undercooked and inedible. It was the most seasoned food that day. When we were finally to bring the seasoning and rice issues up, we did not get great solutions. We asked for but never received grilled onions. For example, we asked for another (starchy) side besides rice but got more rice. We were offered sautéed vegetables, which were frozen except for some red peppers. When I discovered I was allergic to the entree despite asking and explaining, the server cut me off and wanted to leave before I finished talking. Even after the food allergy debacle, it was almost another forty minutes to get the bill and get the payment back. I never got the rice pudding that came with my meal special. Went somewhere else down the way after over two hours for a late lunch since all I had was some of the baba ghanoush with veggies and side salad. The food was not seasoned well despite being mostly fresh; the service was dour and inattentive after the first interaction; and it was unhelpfully slow despite being one of three small tables at its busiest.

Eggplant and hummus were simmered until soft and flavorful, with a subtle smoky aroma. The addition of mint leaves enhanced the flavor. Bone Marrow: Beef tartare with bone marrow and pomegranate seeds--how interesting! The first two provided a rich, fatty texture and intense aroma, while the latter burst in your mouth occasionally, juicy, tangy, and refreshing. Brussels Sprouts: Brussels sprouts with grapes, walnuts, fig jam, and mint yogurt--a whimsical yet magical combination... The Brussels sprouts offered a fresh, vegetal aroma and a slightly roasted aroma; the walnuts provided a nutty richness and crunch; the fruit provided a fresh sweet and sour taste and plenty of juice; and the yogurt acted as a binder between the flavors while adding a touch of minty coolness. Duck Shawarma: My friend and I thought: ...Peking duck? The skin was soft, the meat tender, not gamey, with a subtle smoky flavor; the fig and lemon sauce was sweet and refreshing; the small pita pillows held the meat securely, better than the lettuce what might have been too cold. Lamb Stuffed Grape Leaves: Black rice was wrapped in grape leaves and simmered with minced lamb. The rice absorbed the fragrance of the grape leaves, similar to lotus leaves (my friend and I thought: lamb version of sticky rice chicken糯米雞...?). The lamb, however, was served separately at the bottom of the pot and didn't absorb much flavor; overall, it was intensely sour. In short, this dish was a bit oddly designed, and it was the only one we didn't finish because the sourness was unbearable. Pita Bread: The bread was thin yet chewy, with a rough, slightly powdery surface, making it substantial and satisfying. I especially loved the "everything wrapped in a big pancake" style! Why you would a have cocktail and mocktail with the same name is beyond me.
