So I ordered for Uber to deliver my food and Uber was great! I have always been disappointed with Chic-fil-A and swore I would never eat food from there again; but I thought I would try them again! The fries were hard, no salt, or ketchup (everyone knows most of the time people eat ketchup with their fries). I went this morning around eight to order breakfast through the drive-through. It was backed up. I waited in line for 10 minutes in the same spot. Finally people started pulling out of line to leave. Probably the worst experience at Chick-fil-A I've ever had. Placed a curbside order at 12, arrived at 12:10 and there were no curbside spots available. Parked at picked the I'm here no spot option with my hazards on. At 12:45 I went in to check what was going on. There were 4 employees standing by the door just chatting and they told me to "be patient, it's taking about 45 mins for food". I told one of the women my son had a doctor appointment and we couldn't wait much longer so she said she would go in and grab the order for us and to wait in our car. I pointed to where we were parked and she said "got it". Waited 20 more minutes and still nothing. We were already late and now couldn't even stop to get food anywhere else. 45 mins later I received a call that they were looking for my car because my order was ready- really!? I told them I was gone and they asked for my order number and would process a refund. That was Monday, it is now Saturday and no refund was received so I called again today and explained to the manager what happened and was given excuses that they had hundreds of orders come in. It was packed, no lie, but when I asked the employee about my order, if they would have been honest about it I would have gone somewhere else. After all my time wasted I cannot believe I had to invest even more time trying to get a refund and nothing else was offered. Will avoid this location going forward. I'm new to the area and I've been to this location twice! I rather drive to Houston or Pearland to get FASTER service for the drive thru. I'm not understanding why they have an attendant out passed the ordering intercom to just TAKE THE MONEY?! why not have 2 or more attendants out by the intercoms to take the orders and payments?! That would make the process MUCHHHHH faster and it makes more sense. This is a first I've seen this method of ordering. My husband drove thru chick filet today at 11:21 am, he ordered $24 worth of food including 2 chicken sandwiches without pickles. The girl repeated the order without pickles and then my husband drove all the way home without checking the order because chick filet is always good! I can not eat pickles at all! A few weeks ago I took my 3 year old son on a play date to Chick-fil-A (his favorite place of course). There was an altercation with an older woman and my son.. who she was claiming was pushing and hitting other kids in the play area. All of the kids in there were running around and when my son plays he plays rough sometimes yes but he probably accidentally knocked over a kid while playing and that's what that older woman referred to him pushing and hitting other children in the play place. She made a HUGE scene and was sitting at the table in from of me yelling at me that I need to learn how to take care of my kids. But the thing that pissed me off was she went to him and got down on his level and told him he was not allowed to play in there anymore and was screaming at him. I told her you know come to me talk to me if you think there's an issue do not talk to my 3 year old that is very inappropriate! She continued to scream and yell at us my son was shaking and in tears. I went to the manager and asked if she can get a hold of this customer at least to stop yelling at us and to stop talking to my son. The Chick-fil-A manager told me I had to talk it out with that woman and that they couldn't do anything about it. And then I asked if I could see the cameras because my child is no angel but he wouldn't just hit and push kids down he thinks every kid is his friend! I wanted to get to the bottom of it and also see if she touched my son or anything like grabbed him. They told me yes they have cameras but I could only see them if I called the cops. To this day I have never gone back to that Chick-fil-A or any Chick-fil-A for that matter. We used to love going but now all my son says is I don't want to go back that scary lady is there. So thank you so much Chick-fil-A we really appreciate you standing up for me and my son. You will no longer have our business. read more

As far as Chick-Fil-A goes, this is by far the worst one I've been to. The employees were rude and dismissive and acted like getting us sauces or refills was a royal pain. There were plenty of employees, but most of them were bored high school kids. One was supposed to be sweeping and instead was just leaning on the broom toward the back of the restaurant while texting. Also, I got the dredges of both nuggets and fries, so all of my fries were bits and pieces. I might have had one big waffle fry in my serving. 3 of my 12 nuggets were just chunks of batter that gets leftover in the fryer. I'm used to Chick-Fil-A setting the bar a lot higher for fast food customer service and food quality, but this location just didn't deliver on either count. This is my favorite Chick-fil-a. Whenever I'm in town I stop in. They are remarkably adept at handling the mealtime rush. They manage to do the best job of cooking and serving fresh fast food. I came to this location today on my lunch break and i was very disappointed to say that I had a bad experience. I absolutely love Chick-fil-A, but this particular location did not exhibit the excellence that this organization is known for, i and my other four guests waited 20 minutes until we received our food, when we realized how long it was taking, I had to go and bring it to a cashiers attention and also show them my receipt. I specifically requested dine-in, but they put my food in a to-go bag and it was just sitting on the counter. They never bothered to call out names not seek us out, our good just sat there on counter and all the chick fil a manager could say is "oh, I'm sorry. I practically lost 20 minutes of my lunch time and then once I claim d my food, I learned they got my order wrong and wasted more time waiting on my order. I'm sharing this so that others that are on a time schedule, don't waste their time waiting as we did. I didn't enjoy my food since I had to eat it fast so I could get going to my appointment!
