I like the owner and his political stance. The menu never really caught my attention. What I like are the price points. Entrees - cheaper, meals - if you need the fries and a drinks - $2-3 more. I'm honestly so disappointed. I ordered from Chick-fil-A and was served lettuce with literal dirt and mud still on it. That is beyond unacceptable -- it's disgusting. There is absolutely no excuse for not properly washing produce before serving it to customers. Food safety should be a priority, especially at a place that promotes quality and cleanliness. This was careless and unsanitary. Please, everyone -- check your lettuce whenever you order from Chick-fil-A. No one should be biting into mud with their meal. read more

Clean restaurant and plenty of seating. The fruit cup is very light and not a big portion at all. The fruit cup contains mandarins, strawberries, blueberries, and apples. The Cobb salad was great and everything was fresh and not mushy. Thy give you options for your salad dressing. Love that they have diet lemonade, and regular lemonade. I like chic fil a I really do.. but I just can't come to this location anymore as it has let me down numerous times. You would think I would stop coming, after the time I kid you not I was given a SANDWICH with only one BUN! Not even a shitty Burger King in the projects would allow that to happen. Every time I do a mobile order it's wrong every time.. how can you mess that up when it's literally on screen right in front of your face written out how the company intends it to. which I'm sure makes it easier to read, and easier to handle those orders quicker and more efficient then takeout/drive thru orders.. clearly still struggle to get this right. Last time my order was messed up on a day where there were literally just me and one other car in the drive thru.. not busy at all still mess up the order. Horrible drive-up service. Tried to order a gluten free salad and the girl taking my order had no idea what gluten free meant. Kept saying to me the stuff I wanted on the salad was not guaranteed to prevent allergies even though I've gotten the same thing at other Chick-Fil-A locations. Proceeded to get a chicken nugget order for a friend, was told it would cost $10 but when I got home and saw the receipt they overcharged me $10 more. Will never eat at this location again! Highly do not recommend! read more

Decent, been here before. They try to help you. Food is good, service is good. I prefer the grilled Chicken sandwich with cheese and the works with some Chick fil a sauce. Waffle fries are good. Restrooms are clean , parking is decent. Drive thru line is usually organized and short. Place is a cut above the rest of fast food places. Wish it was open on Sunday but respect what the owners beliefs are. Worth ur trip. read more

I had the spicy chicken sandwich and when I opened the box and grabbed it my hand was covered in grease. Luckily they gave plenty of napkins. It sure didn't look like the tv images or what I remember from past visits. Over a year ago I would Stop in more often. The sandwich then was bigger, thicker and less expensive. Now it was thinner than a 1/4 inch mostly breading and drenched in grease or oil. Not sure if I just got a bad one or what. I might try them one more time and hope for a better outcome. read more

When it's busy and they have people outside taking the orders, try to make sure that you have them repeat what you ordered. On my last visit, they got it wrong by upgrading my ala carte order to a "meal". BTW, I'm not a fan at all of their waffle fries. Culver's extra crispy fries are my favorite. The result was that I was given more than I wanted, I sent a note to "corporate" and they responded with apologies. In other words, I should have done MY job (check the order before proceeding). "We hope you'll see it making a difference on your next visit." One thing that they could really do better is to do away with the tablets. I prefer seeing my order on a screen; before I drive forward, I can make changes. Not seeing it is a bit deceiving. Not repeating it back is an omission. This isn't the first time that Chick-fil-A has erred. I went to the Bolingbrook location and I forget what happened but it was a huge issue time wise, having them fix it after paying. Mistakes happen but really, I never order a meal unless I'm sitting down inside the restaurant. read more

It was ok. . Not sure why it's hyped. Not as great as I had expected. Now that I know how long I have to wait for "ok" food, I'll go somewhere where I won't have to wait as long. Maybe I had mediocre food because I ordered simple. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. I ordered spicy chicken sandwich which was super boring bc it had nothing on it. Do they not dress their burgers? I've given this place 4 chances and they've failed each time. Twice my salad had the huge steams from the non eatable part of the lettuce literally took over half of my salad. 3rd time I had hair in my salad. Today they put pure fat from the bacon no bacon meat just fat. The lettuce was old, bad and nasty. the manager on site tells me I can get refund or new salad or different item she cannot give me refund and good salad even after I had to drive back and forth. No thank you I will pass. I won't eat poison or from this place ever. Horrible customer service and for $10 salad I expect better product. read more

I love how clean the store is!!! (Name will be anonymous) is good at sweeping, she swept the same place almost 10 times!!! This place is awesome! Weird enough, I was given a spoon along side my Large Mac and Cheese!!! I love how they inspire creativity by breaking the norms!!! Such an aspiring restaurant!!! I politely asked for ranch and buffalos sauces; I may have won the lottery or something, I was given chick fa la sauce!!! Don't make a big point of hospitality and then Mia the obvious little things. I needed a refill stood for about 5 minutes. 8 employee passed me and saw me with my drink ready for a refill. Ignore. Most of those employees made eye contact. 2 of them ignored me and got their own personal refills. Finally a manager asked if I needed a refill. I camcame to this place few times. Each time i get crushed fries which is hard to eat. I tried to show one of the workers how crushed fries was served to me. She simply didn't care. She angerly said those are buttom fries. Half cup of fries were crushed. I could not eat them becuase they were basically in small pieces. First let me say, I normally love Chick-fil-A. I've been to many spots in various states all over the country and always had a good experience. This is a new location, so you would think it would be well run... Not so much... I went there tonight for a strawberry milkshake & waited 35+ minutes. Once I got to 2nd in the line, a girl asked me if I got my drink yet... Once at the front of the line I waited for 10 more minutes & finally called to speak with someone. 5 minutes later, I finally got my shake but the outside of the cup had spilled & that was the way it was handed to me... no napkins no nothing. Just a sticky mess... I should have went to Steak & Shake next door... I won't be returning to this location until they get their act together read more

We picked up lunch on Saturday 2/13/21. The line wasn't terrible and the lady that helped us was personable and knowledgeable. I think they need to post their menu in various areas of the waiting line because it would make sense. We ordered before getting to the posted menu. We had to pull it on our phones and the internet connection was spotty for whatever reason. I tried their new spicy grilled chicken sandwich and it was good. I ordered a small kale salad. That was a mistake, always order the large or you'll be hungry. I also had an iced tea but it was more ice than tea. I will request light ice next time.My husband enjoyed his sandwich meal deal. We'll return when in the mood for fast food chicken that actually tastes like chicken. read more

It was marked diet lemonade, but it was real lemonade. This could put a diabetic not on top of their health in the hospital. Because I wear a continuous glucose monitor, I saw what was happening and through away the drink. l don't return to places that pay zero attention to detail. I will never go to that location again. I rarely buy from Chic-Fil-A, and I don't see myself going to another one any time soon. read more

Food taste good (when I get the right order). I am posting this review for the location to warn others that this is not run like other Chick Fil A's. Even when the drive thru line is short it still takes a very long time to get your food. Also, make sure you triple check because every time I've gone something is missing. The last time I got kids meals and was initially given no drinks. Isn't that an automatic? Let's face it, I go for the Chick Fil A sauce and I constantly get home to find none. My fault for not checking but by then I am so done and want to LEAVE. Food is good, service is friendly. It's just not efficient...AT ALL. It's the closest one to me but I will not consider it as a first choice if looking for "fast" food. read more

I don't think understand the negative comments about this location. Yes, they are a new location. Yes, the lines are extremely long. People complaining must have never waited in a Portillo's drive thru at lunchtime. I found all the staff extremely friendly and helpful and while the line was very long, it moved along quite efficiently. The Spicy Deluxe Sandwich was delicious! The Mac and Cheese is addictive! Everything I ordered was fresh and hot. Also, I think I now like Chick-fil-A sauce with my waffle fries better than ketchup! Please give them a chance to get it all down and give them a try. read more

Terrible experience. I received a gift card for a free meal from a previous bad experience a month ago. The card didn't expire until the end of this year. Today I tried redeeming it for them to tell me that it's been used already. I never used it!! I've always paid for my meals with my hard own money. No way for me to lie about using a damn gift card. I waited 20 min for them to say I had to basically pay for it, which I didn't mind but it's the whole principle. I never truly got accommodated for the first time and now you turned this into me never returning as a customer! The way that the situation was handled was totally mine blowing. Accusing me of using a gift card I never used. The inconvenience of just sitting there and not getting anything has me furious! If I could give them a ZERO definitely would! This place is unbelievably not organized. I put an order through their app 15 minutes to get here so I figured it would be ready. I'm sitting in the curbside pick up for 20 minutes now and I still don't have my food. I've seen the servers come out multiple times asking cars what their names are going back in with the food because that's not the food that belongs to any of us. They have no clue what they're doing here I'm probably gonna take the extra 30 minute drive to Bolingbrook because this location is just not got their stuff together. read more

I got a chopped brisket sandwich, sliced brisket sandwich and a full slab of ribs 75.00 spent. Chopped brisket was like bacon and super dry. The guy open a newly wrapped brisket to slice one of my sandwiches. Totally dry to the point we had to lots drink water to get it down. I tried adding alot of bbq sauce so it could go down. This has never happened before. The ribs were over cooked the outside was hard. Not sure what's going on but I noticed different workers and maybe something has changed. I called back to complain and was not offered a refund or something else to replace the food. Times are difficult and we don't have money to waste on food that's not edible. Wasted money...

Amba was a little off off 55 but o simply didn't want some of the more traditional fast casual spots. So we selected Amba. We pulled up, and there was one table of customers. If you stop reading before what I have to say below, trust me you'll love this place. So I order a bowl- rice, greens, falafel, cucumber/tomato mix, picked onions, olives, traditional. Hummus and feta. Then we get to the sauce... I'm simply overwhelmed with all the choices. The nice man behind the counter gave me a little dollop of 5-6 sauces and they were all amazing... ! You can't go wrong with any of them. I went with The Amba sauce but really they all were so flavorful! My bowl was huge! More than I could eat in one sitting (similar to the quantity of a chipotle bowl which I also can never finish). The falafel!!! Oh my! Probably one of the most flavorful falafel that I've ever had. Yum! Yum. Yum! My husband had the chicken shawarma ... he said his was awesome, I'm pretty sure awesome chicken shawarma was no where as good as my falafel. I'm not a soda drinker, but if I was, I'd be super excited about their no HFCS soda. All flavors are made with real cane sugar! I was super happy with yelp's suggestion. Next time we pass through, we will be back!
