I do not know why any one would give this location a 5 star. The owner operator is the most un-Christian person I have run into in years. 20 minutes is to long to wait for a fast food meal. There wasn't even a line. After asking twice about my order. The person in the store was rude and hateful. The own would not even return my calls. She refuses to make anything right. I love me some Chick-fil-A! My dad and I came to this Jasper location last week. We came around 3:00pm, and the drive thru was packed, so I went inside to pick up our food. The cashier was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I wanted. I ordered their 8 piece chicken nuggets and macaroni & cheese as a side. O...M...G... this macaroni and cheese was possibly the best mac & cheese I'd ever had. There were so many cheesy/crunchy bits of cheese on the top where it was baked. It was life changing.... I didn't even notice my chicken nuggets! The nuggets were just cold and completely overshadowed by this mac and cheese. Heck...I might just come here solely for the mac & cheese from now on. Husband and I decided on a local favorite. We go there because of the great service and hot, fresh sandwiches! He got the original chicken sandwich and I got the spicy deluxe on wheat with pepper jack. It was yummy! The food was fresh and tasty. I got the fruit cut in lieu of fries and was good as well. I mean who doesn't LOVE Chick-fil-A?!? Their breakfast, lunch, and dinner classic items are always fresh and on point. Like that they've added a couple of healthier options such as the grilled nuggets and crunchy kale to the menu in the last couple of years, but the kale salad isn't the best I've ever had. Only negative I can think of is that the line is always to the road. So, if you're in a hurry you might be out of luck. read more
