I'm so angry bro. Guy didn't give me a receipt, I didn't think anything of it. Alright. Never had an issue. We're the only people in the store waiting in line to get food. Asks for our name and everything. Guy packs our bag and gives it straight to us. Same guy who took our order. Ended up being completely wrong. I spent 25 dollars, on two meals, and was given a small meal and a loaded fry. A whole twelve dollar difference. I don't have the receipt, I can't get my money back. Oh Zaxby's why are you not in the Midwest. Your chicken is so juicy and good. Please come to the Midwest we have nothing like you. We are stuck with KFC A place that I don't trust the chickens. I truly hope that your chickens are not featherless like your competitor. Every time I visit the south I make sure to come here for a quick cheap bite. I tried the Kicken Chicken combo for $6.90 with tax. The fries had some kind of hot spice seasoning on them. I am not sure if it comes on all the fries or it was because i ordered a spicy sandwich. Whichever, the seasoning was on them n i am certain it added a lot of extra sodium. If i ate there again i would be sure to ask that it be left off. As for my chicken sandwich, it was drenched in hot sauce (really warm n i like hot sauces) but there was just way too much since it was also drenched in ranch dressing. Both sauces together made a huge mess. The toast it was served on became quite tough by the time we returned to our hotel..about 15 mins. Fries were not firm but may also be due to the container (styrofoam) they packaged it in. All n all, it was worth the price which also included a small drink. Went thru this sax us location yesterday. I ordered the chicken strip plate. When I asked for sauce, I was told that I had to pay for any dipping sauce. When I questioned because you usually get dipping sauce with chicken strips, the girl told me that it came with zax sauce but I could trade it in. The drink machine was out of many flavors and smelled bad. Maybe something around it just smelled rotten. I don't know. The lettuce in the salad looked old, the chicken was overcooked and the staff was VERY unfriendly in several areas. They were out of brownies. Wings are great and Restaurant is well staffed but when I asked for lightly tossed in sauce I expected light sauce instead I got wings drowned in sauce. I was very excited to try Zaxby's for the very first time, but the women who took my order inside (named Dayla) was very rude and not kind at all. She had a very poor attitude when talking my order and it killed the mood right away...this is why Chick-Fil-A will always be my favorite place to eat chicken at. Who ever the manager at the Chick-Fil-A needs to go train the workers to be more polite to the costumers. Sucked!!!!! We had been sitting in the drive through we were the last people in the drive through if they would have answered when we first pulled up it was 9:01 when he decides to tell us they are close and will not serve us. I went on the website which clearly states that they do nothing close till 10:00. I will not be coming back. I would rather drive an a hour away to go to a different zaxby's then ever go back to the one in Jasper, ALABAMA. Y'all need to be a little bit nicer and learn how to have a little bit of good in your heart because if it was me I would serve everybody in the drive through till I needed to because I would want them to do the same for me. Just a question, Why does the ice at Zaxby's cost $5.00 a bag? I happen to love the ice but can also get it at a few other places in Jasper, but we chose to be a patron of Zaxby's and decided to get ice there as well so there wouldn't be so many stops on the ay home and to no avail we paid $5.00 for a bag of ice!
