REVISED Chick fil a needs to monitor their pick up spots. People are parking in them and then going inside to eat. There is tons of parking at the iron rooster parking lot. I was a little miffed at this chick fil a bit back because I had a door dash issue. An item was forgotten from our order and they said they couldn't intervene and our only option was to go through DD. Door Dash did give us a credit but MY annoyance was that someone didn't have their full meal when everyone else did. It was especially frustrated when CFA couldn't help when they're the ones who forgot the item. ANYWAY that is background info bc this CFA is back in my good graces now :P I wanted to try the new spicy grilled chicken sandwich so placed a carry out order. I was super impressed by their COVID regulation and how they've gotten everything down to a science. They were well staffed and efficient and had several options for ordering and picking up. The food is always fresh and warm and tasty whenever I stop by for the promotional item. Whenever they have peach milkshakes I always have to get it because it is so good. I'll say it again! I LOVE salads. It's funny that I get some of the tastiest salads at a fast-food place known for chicken. Chick-fil-A salads are amazing! They are YUGE and packed full of yummy add ons. Are you craving chicken nuggets? You can have them AND a salad if you order the Cobb. Have a hankering for grilled chicken? Order the Southwest Salad. You get the greens, delicious toppings, plus the chicken! I call the salads "American style" because the portion size could easily feed a family of three, but we all know that an American will devour the entire salad by him/her/their self. This Chick-fil-A location is one of my favorites. The employees are always kind and they even have doggy treats for your furry friends riding through the drive-through with you. read more

Alright, alright, alright...let's bump this one up a bit into the future. Maybe I was just cranky the last time I reviewed and ate at this CFA years ago but whatever the issues were, thankfully this time things overall we're as expected. If you're staying at any of the nearby Hunt Valley hotels this place is very convenient to get to and it's also right off of 83 which is a bonus. Did dinner here one night fairly late about 45 minutes before they closed and the line like at any CFA was still wrapped around the store but mercifully moving at a good pace. Our order was correct and the food was as advertised. Next day it was hot as balls outside so stop #2 was just for milkshakes and again the line was wrapped around the store but moving. The shakes were a bit runny but that was to be expected as nearly every car in line was ordering multiple desserts. The only real negative is trying to get off the property. After you get your food the natural thing to do is to turn right and go down a slight hill which leads to International Circle/Hyland Road. You can't really see the traffic to the right very well and the cars fly for being on a shopping mall access road. If you're turning left, you will wait. Overall typical Christian Chicken Excellence. I stopped by here on the beginning of my trek to Niagara Falls. I had just picked up my buddy from BWI, and we were quite famished. We found this Chick-Fil-A just off the highway, so we were not passing up this opportunity. We walked in and saw a table dedicated to service members and veterans. Right away, I knew this location was on point. My buddy and I sat on the next table over after ordering our food. I had the grilled chicken sandwich meal. I washed it down with some iced tea. They were quick to get us our food, and the employees were all super friendly. They were very helpful from the moment we walked in till the moment we walked back to the car. Everything else was standard to my experiences with Chick-Fil-A back home. Their dedication to vets was something that made this location stand out. They definitely earned five stars, and I'd give them six stars if I could. Well done! read more

This Chick-fil-A has all of the things that I expect from this fast food chain - welcoming and conscientious employees, a clean interior and tasty chicken dishes and sides. Chick-fil-A isn't horrible, but I think they've ruined my children. Lately, I've noticed some misspellings in my children's homework: "Mor" instead of "more" and "chickin" instead of "chicken". So so happy to have driven by the Chick-Fil-A sign on my way back home from DC. I live in western NY where I feel like there is no chick-fil-a's to be found. I went to school in the south and have not had access to a chick-fil-a in the past year that I moved back to NY. I pulled off the highway so quick when I realized this was here and was very happy that I did. The signs were a little confusing to get here, I turned left one turn too early and had to u-turn around after getting stuck in an oval loop. But when I did arrive- The store was clean, great food, fast pleasant service. I missed breakfast hours (end 1030am... Got there at 10:45am) and couldn't get a chicken biscuit. The workers even say "my pleasure" every time you say "thank you" just as how I remember it. So thank you for being here chick-fil-a. Hopefully I will see you again soon! read more

Very family friendly, and very well equipped to deal with a large influx of customers. Servers were very polite and made a point to address customers by name when they brought food to the tables. Not all locations will bring food to your table, but they did here by using a table marker given to you once you order. Food is consistent with other Chick-fil-A restaurants - lightly breaded chicken nuggets, tender white meat chicken nuggets and strips, and creamy soft-serve ice cream. As all locations, this one has fresh flowers. Baby's breath was on the tables with American flags during our visit. read more

After placing an order on my chic-fil-a app about 8pm I arrived at the hunt valley store. I have frequently visited this store because it is very close to home and I enjoy the food, usually that is. Last Night I had the worst experience ever at any chic-fil-a. I decided to pick up my order by going through the drive through. I waited about 15 minutes in line, which was ok but I won't do that again. When I was almost to the pick up window, I saw the car in front of me get a bag of food hold it in their car about 1 minute or so then gave it back to the window and they took it into the store. Wow! With the safety issues that should be in place this is unacceptable! The car was then given another bag and they left. When I pulled up they tried to give me the same bag that the car in front of me just returned. That bag should have been fully thrown away and started over. The girl when questioned said to me "well we can remake it but it's going to take a bit and you will have to wait". Again I was thinking wow! A company who prides itself on customer service and safety would say this to a customer?? I needed to get home and I had already waited 15 minutes and prepaid for the items I took them and let left. Had I not used the app I would have just left. When I arrived home my large fries were only half full and cold. The nuggets I ordered we old and dry. I go to this Chick Fil A location just about every morning for breakfast. I love the grilled chicken and egg white sandwich they've added to the menu. The drive thru is extremely quick and the staff is always friendly. I past by this place during lunch and there's always a long drive thru line. I believe the staff comes outside to take orders which makes the drive thru process a little faster and more personable. read more

I quickly made it to the front of the line, ordered my food, and to my surprise they asked for my name and after a few blinks, the manager called my name and delivered my food to me. I wasn't that special. I sat down as saw every order hand delivered to the customers without fail. If a patron was in the bathroom, the staff would make sure to wait and get the food to you as you came out. Other fast food chains please take note. Another huge bonus, all of Chick Fil A sauces, which are normally found hidden behind the counter, are tidely stacked to the taking with the usual salt, pepper, ketchup, and mayo. So if you want bufflo sauce, polynesian sauce, you can grab as many as you want. NEW heinze catchup dip and squeeze dispensers, I've only seen these dispensed by Chick Fil As (and not all of them mind you). #Food: nothing much to say about the chicken. Can't find any better. This is the best ever franchise I have ever been too. Employees are always courteous, polite and friendly. Drive-thru is awesome. This restaurant is very near my workplace, and can be the healthiest option nearby. The staff is the shining star of this Chick-fil-A. Every single team member goes above and beyond to be the absolute friendliest, most helpful, and most polite person you will come in contact with, every day. From the young teens working their first job, all the way up to the most senior managers, these employees exemplify service-with-a-smile. The food, of course, is reliably delicious, fresh, and exactly as ordered. This restaurant is located in an extremely busy commercial and retail location, and regardless of how busy they are, the line always moves dependably fast, and still with no errors on orders! Normally, I love this place. HOWEVER, went inside at 8pm on Monday 8-19. Seven people in line. One order taker. Ran out of Lemonade, the lone order taker goes into the back to check for more. Now, nine people in line. It gets far worse from here. A guy brings in a dog ( WTF) he is either a regular or an employee, really doesn't matter. People filling orders stop what they are to run over to pet this mutt. Then, they return to filling orders WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS. Disgusted, I left. We have been here twice already. Chick Fil A is always clean, and service is excellent, no matter to which location you visit. Food is always fresh and we don't mind waiting for a few minutes. Drive thru staff and all staff is always super polite and friendly. We have our dogs today and they even offered us treats for them. How cool is that??? Very cool! This place is the best! I think I could eat here everyday for lunch. The food is always hot, fast, and the service is fantastic! These people generally care about what they are serving you. After only a few visits at this location they already new me by name. I gotta admit, it feels good. Rather than here somebody yell out a number, they say my name. I actually have grown to know some of there names too. It's cool! The people busing the tables are very friendly too. You will most likely never have to throw away your trash. Someone will gladly do it for you. They also ask if you'd like a refill and even offer mints. It's sometimes hard to believe that places like this exist. In a time where customer service has gone digital or just fallen apart, we have these lovely treasures like Chick-Fil-a. I work not far from here and have been so impressed by the service.
