My coworker drove to this location off 290 instead of the one closest to our office on I-10 and Silber. She and another one of my fellow managers said there's no line, not as busy and quicker. We got there, and the parking lot was so full. We parked near the curbside pick up spots which is in an awful location. You have cars coming in from the freeway to line up at the drive thru or park in the lot AND it's also the same route to leave the drive thru line to exit. You walk up to the store entrance and the walkway is also literally at the drive thru exit after picking up your food. Poor planning imo. Please don't get run over or hit by someone backing up or entering/exiting. We got inside, and there was no line. Our orders were taken promptly, and the food was also delivered about the moment we walked to sit down. They gave us a number to put on the tables, but it really didn't matter. I scanned my app, so she brought my food out on a tray and called my name as she handed it to me. The food was hot and fresh. I typically get an 8 pc nugget with fries and Sunjoy 1/2 tea, 1/2 lemonade or the 5 pc Kid's meal version. The place seemed a little busy inside. We sat at a high top table, but there were also some low tables and a few patio seating with umbrellas. Too hot to sit outside. Service was excellent. They brought us more napkins and ketchup. I like how there's a container near the tray return and trash can for returning unused/unopened condiments. They also went around the store and gave out small samples of their peach milkshake. It was delicious and refreshing for this hot day. Compared to the other location on Silber, it had great service dining in, but the parking situation seems more rough than parking near Edwards Marquee which can also be busy with the theater and surrounding restaurants. It also seems further from the office. I'd come back if someone else was driving here, otherwise the drive thru at Chick-Fil-A on Silber is a faster option. read more

I almost never write reviews, but I felt like this Chick-fil-A deserved the recognition. Every time we visit, the store is spotless and the food is consistently great but what truly stands out is the service and the people. Last night was honestly one of the best experiences I've had at any fast-food restaurant (I don't actually keep rankings... but if I did, this would be at the top!). I came in with my two daughters and was greeted so warmly as soon as we walked in. They brought our drinks and food directly to our table, set us up with a high chair, and even gave the girls placemats. Throughout our meal, multiple employees checked on us to make sure everything was perfect. It's rare to find a team that cares this much. Absolutely incredible people! They make this location truly exceptional and make us want to get down and eat inside rather than just go through the drive-through. read more

My wife had a very long appointment at the hospital and of course she was very hungry. She was on the verge of being HANGRY!! So if you want food quickly there is no one better than Chik fi A. We both ordered chicken Cobb salads that came with a very generous size of chicken. My wife said it was the very best Cobb salad ever. Yup, she was very hungry!! It was the first time I ever used their drive up line. They really have it down to a science. One person in the line takes your order and you pay there. By the time you drive around the building a server is coming to your car with the order. WOW!! I must say that not only was the food was very good, the order was delivered super fast BUT the order was correct!!! This Chick-fil-A at 290 & W 34th (11011 Northwest Fwy) has just opened. I stopped by on New Year's Eve (Friday) around the start of the lunch time rush for a peppermint milkshake. At the time of my visit, the restaurant was empty & not much action in the dive through. Comparing to other Chick-fil-A locations, I thought it was on par. Normally, the service and food is perfect, but today there was no one outside due to the heat to take the order and when I placed the order through the kiosk, picked it up and drove off. Only when I got home did I found out that I was given someone else's order. Including given the wrong drinks. I'm not going to drive back four miles to go switch it back out but I wanted you to be aware to make sure you get the correct order when you leave. read more

Every time I have gone to Chick-fil-A I have always gotten the BEST service but when I came here not only did they mess up my order they were very rude about replacing it. First they gave me the wrong size fries and when I told them they asked me to pay the difference which was fine however when I open my sandwich I realized it wasn't the right sandwich so I went back in and told them and they were wanting to charge me again and the team leader was very rude about fixing the problem. This Chick-fil-A used to be great in regard to customer service. Today was the worst experience and possibly my last visit. I've noticed small things, like stuff getting forgotten, sauces, cold fries. But today I ordered salads and dined in and everything was wrong. My husbands salad was filled with chicken and mine had a very small filet on there, uncut. They forgot have of the dressings that I ordered. When I showed her both salads, They said, oh it just depends on the filet. She then said she would give me more chicken. She brought back a chicken with fried chicken on it, which was not what I ordered. I told her this is not what I ordered and then she stated, oh well, I'm going to have to charge you for more chicken! So frustrating and so annoying, and with the manager standing there, listening to all of this, did not interject or even try to make things right. Happy and excited to have a Chick-fla near our home! Hope with time that this location will improve on speed and food size. The staff is really nice. They are definitely working out some kinks. As compared to the Chick-Fla on Silber or the one on N 610 loop I noticed that the nuggets are smaller and my kale salad upgrade was half the size it normally is. The wait time was long as compared to other locations but no horrible. Perhaps they need more staff or more training. I will definitely return in the future as I like to support our local businesses. Ordered a bowl of chicken soup and whomever was responsible didn't close the lid. The entire bowl of soup wasted in the bag. It was double bagged and that's the only reason my carpet in the car didn't get soaked. Extremely disappointed. read more

This chick fil a is still in the process of opening, so giving them the benefit of the doubt for a little bit slower wait times (but still way fast compared to any other fast food joint). My one complaint is that they put an order sticker on your straw and on top of your physical drink rather than just on the side. I know they do this to help training so that employees can see the name of the order, but it is so annoying. I do not want to have to remove multiple stickers just to get a drink of my drink and now have excess trash that I don't get at any other chick fil a. read more
