The service is pretty fast, the food comes out quickly, and I appreciate that at least while outside you're mostly left alone to just enjoy your meal. We'll definitely continue to come here whenever we're in Gresham. Its also right next to a nice park, the Gresham Japanese garden, and access to the Springwater Corridor. Downtown Gresham has gotten so much nicer than it used to be so I do think this one is worth checking out.

But I think what's missing is just some seasoning on the chicken itself. Perhaps brine it? Dredge it? Something needs to happen to penetrate the core of the chicken so it will be a burst of flavor as soon as you bite in. If I didn't have the sauce on the chicken, I'd be throughly disappointed. Again, temp, presentation, sauce, wing size, price point, location...all decent! Focus on the core FLAVOR of the chicken itself and you've got a winner.
