Everytime and I mean everytime I visit this location lately there is a problem. The last two times being the worse. Last time I attempted to order the 3 piece chicken special for $6.00 and a young guy was being very rude when i was telling him what pieces I wanted, resulting in the older white woman who i believe is the manager coming forward and making the situation worse by being even more rude. She yelled and screamed out the drive through window because i attempted to tell them their customer serviceil was terrible. I ended up just driving off. Tonight i used a coupon code for the 2 can dine. I specifically requested 1 breast, 2 thighs and 2 legs. I got my order went home and cleaned up a bit and when i went to go eat there was no breast so I contacted the store and informed them of their mistake. I was asked what did I want them to do? They told me at 1 am the only option I had was to bring back all my food with the receipt. I asked for a breast for a later date and they told me no. I requested the persons name and they chuckled and provided me a name i forgot. i informed them i would just submit a survey on the issue and they hung up. I decided to drive back out to popeyes to get a refund and not an exchange because it was late and chances are the chicken was old. When i pulled around to the window the older lady approached and i told her i wanted a refund. She told someone inside this is the lady who called. No apologies at all. I told her i requested a breast and I reminded her that she was the person who took my order earlier. She agreed she took my order as she looked over my receipt. There was still no acknowledgement of their error nor the inconvenience it caused me. She requested the code from the app which I provided. I gave her my card for the refund and she told me the refund was done. I requested my receipt back because I was going to take the survey and complain. She refused to provide a receipt that I could have so I asked to take a picture. The receipt was faded due to the ink so i was trying to focus my phone camera. Also while doing so I stated there are always issues at this popeyes. Instead of offering a solution to their terrible service she told me there are plenty of popeyes in the area. I told her i'm sure the owners would be happy to hear you driving away their customers. To avoid arguing with unprofessional people I decided to leave because as apart of a refund transaction she is supposed to provide me a receipt anyways. Also im not going to argue with someone who inconvenienced me and had the nerve to be rude. As i drove off she then began yelling and then punched the side of my vehicle and told me to never come back as if i did something. I heard her hand hit the side of my vehicle. She needs to be fired. Because why is she putting her hands out of the window to swing at my vehicle over a piece of paper that i'm suppose to have? I didn't curse nor raise my voice at her or do anything to warrant that. I attempted to file a police report as well because I feel threatened. She is unprofessional and you can see it throughout the reviews. This happened at approximately 01:15 this morning. I was patient at the drive-through when I could definitely hear that they were overwhelmed and I ordered my food The manager (Z) did not even offer me a receipt, and took my credit card for over 2 minutes to the back register. I spent $21 dollars to get cold fries went inside to get a replacement was met by Denise who gave me an incredible attitude as soon as I asked And I am totally OK with mistakes and I was not providing any attitude when I asked about the fries. Then thought I would check the bag to see about the rest of my meal gave me bone in instead of boneless. then when I asked for boneless instead, gave me nuggets instead of boneless wings was met with hostility and rudeness. If you have any value in customer service, I wouldn't go here. I talked to the manager Z. Who then explain they leave their food on a 30 minute timer so they leave their french fries, and their meat, their chicken for 30 minutes in a heat warming tray. Which I believe is why my french fries were cold, I worked in fast food for over 6 years and never have heard french fries being on a 30 minute timer in the warmer. I got 2 of the new(ish) chic sandwiches: Spicy- strong cayenne spice, not my favorite source for spice to be honest. The spice was good and steady, nothing out of the norm for anyone. The meat was very juicy, I do like a moderate moisture in poultry, so... on par, but different than CFA. Pickles were... better! Standard- it was good, the mayo is a nice touch... might add some to CFA next time. Visited Popeyes tonight to feed my family and the concept of how the mobile order process works at this location is not great at all. The line was incredibly long and I walked up to the restaurant to knock on the door and request my mobile order just be handed to me and I was told by the manger to get in line and wait to receive my order from the drive through window. To me this is a poor way to run a business. For customers to order online and pay upfront and select a time to have there orders ready should be available to walk into the establishment and receive there orders or park in front of the restaurant and an employee is assigned to run out mobile orders food. This will be the last time I make the decision to eat here unless things improve. read more

Coming to this Popeyes frequently after our children's get out of school because they love it for their snack, today was a total different story. When ordering two chicken strip meals, I was accidentally given pieces of chicken which my kids don't eat . So I walked in and asked them to exchange it for chicken strips and was told they won't exchange it for chicken strips. They will refund my money and I cannot order from them. He stated that I ordered normal chicken that I specifically questioned why I was having to pay $.25 for a ranch dressing for chicken strips that didn't ranch dressing come with chicken strips. I know I had ordered chicken strips. Knowing that mistake can easily happen. I wasn't upset. I just went in and asked him to exchange it. I ended up having to go 5 miles during 4 o'clock traffic to a different Popeyes to get my children, their snack. The managers take was definitely an example of somebody passing up a dime to pick up a nickel. I called the district manager and asked him if it was a policy that they won't exchange for a mistake. He stated it depends on how the customer ask. You when I asked, I wasn't upset or mad because I clearly know mistakes happen so I'm not quite sure how I asked them correctly, but that's how the journey went. If a customer orders something then they can expect to get it. This is our second consecutive visit in this location where our order is made incorrectly. If I am not there physically to verify the order, actually open and taste my food, then staff will just fill the box with regular chicken, not as spicy as ordered for example. We stopped Popeye's around midnight tonight to grab lunch for work, ordering a 5-piece chicken strip meal, a 4-piece bone-in meal, and 2 chicken sandwiches. The whole experience was kind of a nightmare. First, I asked for a leg in my meal instead of a wing and the guy said he would "see if they could do that." Well, that's funny, because I do that every single time I get chicken. Anyway, every item I ordered was followed by a "is that all?!" response from the guy on the other end of the intercom, like he just couldn't wait for me to finish my order. Before proceeding to the window, I also mentioned that I was a veteran so I could get the tiny discount that Popeye's offers. Naturally, when I arrived at the window seconds later, the guy quickly spouted out my total, forgetting to give me the discount. He then handed me our bag of food, at which time I asked for a "bunch" of honey mustard. We were given TWO! Honestly, you can't tell me that is the standard amount of sauce offered for $32 worth of food! Wow. When we got to work to eat our food, I can't even begin to explain how disappointed and disgusted we were. From the moment we opened our boxes, it was just one thing after another: they gave me a wing instead of the drumstick I asked for. The drumstick I did get was the saddest, smallest piece of chicken I'd ever seen, with hardly a speck of meat on it - in fact, the WING had more actual meat than the drumstick. The thigh was flatter than my friend's chicken strips and again, with zero meat, it seemed to be all breading. Same story with the breast, although with slightly more actual meat. Normally, that would be a good thing, but it was so dry that I almost started choking! My friend's chicken strips were worst of all, as you'll see by my pictures. She couldn't FIND the meat inside! And what would usually be the strength and allure of Popeye's chicken - that delicious crispiness - was SO HARD that we both nearly lost a tooth!!! Another favorite of ours. This place was crazy busy and the line for the drive thru was not attractive lol so we went inside. Service was excellent and attentive although the gal running the register let us figure out what we wanted on our own without much suggestion. Thankfully our food was able to primarily be ready immediately. In fact they started packing it before we even paid ha ha We got the 10 piece meal with 4 biscuits and two large sides for $20.. then I I the surf and turf (chicken and shrimp) meal for $5... man the batter here is awesome! Things, for how busy it was, was not terribly fresh unfortunately. But we took it all home and I heated mine up in the air fryer so it was awesome! I love all the sauces. I love the popcorn shrimp, although they gave me butterfly shrimp, and the chicken strips which are awesome! We love these Popeye's biscuits even though they've changed over the years.
