This Chick-Fil-A is very busy but service is fast and efficient. The staff is nice and extremely courteous. I came inside once in my wheelchair because the drive-thru was packed, and the counter lady graciously offered to deliver my takeout to my car for me if I liked. This was much appreciated. The drive-thru team even greeted me as I walked inside and held the door open...that Southern hospitality was showing out. I was welcomed again once I got in, and the place was super clean. Consistently inconsistent, the food here is good- most of the time, I have eaten here probably close to 20 times now and I've had a couple of bad experiences with seemingly old food or hair in my food once, the chicken being really fatty a couple of times, but every other time I'd say like 80% of the time it's great here. This was my first visit to a Chick-fil-A ever, since I'm a vegetarian, and went there mainly because my granddaughter started working there. It was much larger than I had imagined and employed way more people than I thought. It is a clean, bright building with plenty of room for customers to eat inside, and the staff were all busy and extremely efficient. Even though I don't eat meat, I was able to find a few offerings that omitted chicken and were very, very good. I would go back again even if my granddaughter didn't work there anymore. We had a great mobile order-drive thru experience! Amos from Haiti helped us at the window and he was personable and efficient. He deserves a promotion and a raise. If i could give them 0 stars i would. They use to be so delicious but since this new little upgrade its just been horrible. 1.That stupid line they have now just makes no sense. You order your food and they walk and bring it to you while your still in line. The person in front of me didn't get their food so i had to wait with my food in the car until they moved 10 minutes later. 2.The food isn't good like it use to be, Workers standing around laughing at eachother but can't even do they job right. 3. I ordered two nugget meals and asked for plenty of buffalo sauce checked the bag none in there. So i decided asked at the window and i waited and two ladies at the window were just laughing it up and didn't even realize i was waiting to ask for some sauce. This is by far the slowest location in terms of service. I gave it 3 chances and each time was left waiting after ordering through the mobile app. Their location requires mobile orders to input their parking number in order to say we've arrived- these parking spaces are on the opposite side of the entrance side, meaning even though you place a mobile order you will still need to wait behind the drive through line. This makes it so it's almost 10 minutes just to get to your parking spot and confirm you have arrived for them to even start on your order. Maybe switch the location of mobile order pickups closer to the entrance side!?!!????? read more

The service has to be some of the worst. Every time I have ordered a salad, they always forget the dressing. Then when I go in to ask them for the dressing that they missed they of course are reluctant at first. Thank goodness one employee has some sense and helped me out and hooked me up. Worst customer service I have ever received at a chick fil a. Asked fir fries to be well done because they are normally Luke warm and soggy. Every other chick fil a place I've been to has never said no to me but the lady at the register flat out told me no and they come how they make them. Did not fill like debating just got our food and asked for unsweetened tea and got sweet tea too. The food and fries were luke warm from the heat lamp and box they were sitting under for a while. But what I really wanted to leave a review about was the service of this location. I have NEVER seen such a well oiled machine in the fast food industry. The politeness and professionalism as traffic was directed around the building (twice - it was lunchtime), the curb side ordering, the food delivery was all done with precision. They set up stations around the building to make sure all coronavirus precautions were met but without sacrificing timeliness and order. I'm just very impressed to say the least. They have a mobile express line and a regular drive through like but only one way to get in and out. Even if you do the express order, you still have to be stuck in line until you can get out.
