I've been coming here in the mornings (7am) and it's consistently a great experience. The mobile drive-thru express is a game changer, I'm usually in and out within about 5 minutes depending on the line. My order is always correct and packaged well, and the food is fresh and delicious every time. The coffee is a bit hit or miss, but honestly, I don't think Chick-fil-A has the best iced coffee in general. From what I can tell, the staff is always friendly and helpful. One thing to keep in mind is that Western Center Blvd can get pretty busy, so be careful when trying to exit the restaurant. read more

One of my favorite go to places for lunch. Food is always good and fresh. Service is always on point and given with a smile, however if you stop in during lunch time it can be a challenge with the amount of people that stop in during this time. Family kid friendly environment is what you get when you dine here. read more

This place sucks. The white guy with glasses took my dads order wrong and gave bad customer service. He purposely put the wrong name (used woman name) on the receipt so we couldn't go back and complain. Chicken was burnt and dry . Kale salad didnt have any dressing . Wasnt given ketchup when we ordered it 2 times in the drive- thru. If I can give it 0 stars i would. Never going back to that disgusting chickfula. read more

Mobile drive thru is a GAME CHANGER! You have a regular drive thru line which has the most people in it, but the mobile line is almost empty and super quick. Once you've placed your order through the ap, you just scan the QR code to check in, then pull around the building! It was such a breeze and my food tasted just as hot and fresh as CFA standard. Thanks for getting me in and out CFA! read more

I've come here once or twice a week for 3 years now because it's close to my office. Today, for the third time this month, my order has been completely wrong or condiments are missing. Also, I have repeatedly been shorted nuggets. Today I'll be enjoying my 7ct nuggets (should be 8) with not a single sauce or condiment we ordered in the bag. Time for me to find a new CFA location. read more

Great service, very nice staff a young lady named Elysse very helpful and happy to answer any questions I had, order was correct.

I can never pass up a chance to try a different CFA. Guess you could say I'm a CFA fanatic. Hi, my name is Phillip, and I am a CFA-aholic! Ha! In spite of my first time eating here, I did not have any difficulty finding the place or parking here. Can't say that about all the locations I have visited. Once inside, I immediately sat down and ordered my food through the CFA app on my phone. So incredibly easy to do so! While waiting for the order to come out, various staff members were overly eager to make sure I was doing okay and had everything I needed. (Maybe a little too overly eager...ha!) I could tell the food was made fresh-to-order and was absolutely delicious. The restaurant was decently kept up. Had to take into consideration how windy it was outside, which means debris blew in every time the door opened. Other than that, I was very pleased with today's visit. Please eat here! You won't regret it. read more

very disappointed to learn this location chooses to not give a senior discount. This is the first chic-fil-a that has ever told me they choose not to honor their senior customers. Luckily we have many other options in the area that do honor senior citizens. won't be back. read more

I placed a order on the App for Delivery at 12:00pm, 2hours and 45 minutes later I was informed by one of the managers that they were going away from delivery, and it would be more time to receive the order. It is pretty lousy coustmer service not to let you know in advance that this store has totally departed from the "Chick-fil-A" Standard of caring for its customers, and has totally dropped the ball. I definitely would not recommend this store to anyone. read more

Wow these guys are awesome. I ordered a few kale salads but I asked for extra dressing which I assumed they would just add some on the side but they actually made me a fresh salad and it was absolutely delicious. I love when they go the extra mile for a simple request. read more

Was in the Fort Worth area and was cracing something sweet so I decided to order a frosted lemonade via the mobile app. BTW.. did not know Chick fil A's Frosted Lemonade was this expensive. Anywho... I got in the drive through lane and yes.. CFA's drive thru can seem notorious at times, but as you know -- they are on top of it with their lines. I said my name and they had my order for me immediately. The taste was delicious and creamy and frothy. I haven't had a frosted lemonade in quite some time, but it was still so very good. Service was excellent as usual (hey.. it's CFA) and though I'm not in the Fort Worth area often, if I am ever in the area, I'll be sure to remember this one's a good one. read more

Edit: adding a star for the good customer service received over the phone from this location. Thank you for reaching out. This location is usually great but today it was off. My medium fries were only 1/2 filled, same goes with my medium mac and cheese. Disappointment since I know it's usually much more than this. The chicken noodle soup was great tho, filled to the rim however I did not receive any of the 5 saltine crackers I requested, no crackers with my soup. When I went to pick up my order they only gave me the salad. I had to ask them for the rest of my order since they forgot. Overall it was okay. Better than Watauga location. read more

Do not do mobile thru at this restaurant unless there is NO ONE else in line. We just watched 12 cars go through the regular line and the mobile thru go back up all the way around the restaurant. We waited 15 minutes for food we ordered ahead!!! We didn't have anything special and only three breakfast items. Fix the system! read more

This location is either a hit or a miss and lately they have been a miss. Fries were cold and soggy and wasn't even filled up half way! Prices have gone up but the quality at this location is lacking. One pickle on my sandwich. Come on now...at least put 2. Mac and cheese was also dry and flavorless. (Pass on it next time) 2 stars tonight because I mean, it's chic fila, the chicken sandwiches and nuggets were still tasty. read more

Stopped by here for breakfast and the drive thru line wasn't bad at all. If you don't have the chick fil a app, highly recommend it. I ordered 2 large fries with my food order, the order arrived and both the large fries were halfway gone as if I ordered 2 medium in large fries containers. Drive thru mobile ordering does not work for this Chick-fil-A. It's supposed to be faster but when people are in the line ordering after you, and receive their order before you, it means the process is not working. I think you need to get the mobile ordering down better and hopefully it will change overtime, but unfortunately does not work well at this location. Do better Chick-fil-A. read more

Normally I really enjoy coming to this location but whoever was working the drive through at around 8am was so rude.

Food is great. Life is better with chick-fil-a. 10/10 would recommend! ORDER SOME!!!!!!

A place with the best service, The most delicious taste, and clean and excellent service.

Horrible service. The 1st person who took my order added bacon onto my salad. A salad that doesnt come with bacon. I dont eat pork. The person who verified my order and took payment ensured bacon would not be on my salad. Get my food and ofcourse there is bacon on my salad. Told the manager Hunter and he was very rude and dismissive. If i could give 0 stars i would. This is the second time ive come to this location and they have given horrible service. read more

Listen they are always nice and respectful and very quick. However, there has been an excess of 5 times when I have ordered a club with just bacon and cheese and they have messed up the order time and time again or given the wrong order all together I very politely call up there each time and just say"hey it happens in there any way to just add it to app so we can get the order right next time" I have never once gotten the order fixed when told it would be fixed. Food great best customer service I LOVE CHICK FIL A! So worth it!!! Seriously worth it

Worst service I've ever received at chick fil a ! They messed up our complete order ! Did not give me salsa dressing for my salad , put pickles on my friends sandwiches after we said it twice to two different waiters. I called the facility after they messed my order up the first time drove all them way back for them to fix it they said they would give me something complimentary which was nice so I wasn't going to trip and then I get to the drive thru and no one know what I'm talking about after I explained myself to someone over the phone.
