Mobile drive thru is a GAME CHANGER! You have a regular drive thru line which has the most people in it, but the mobile line is almost empty and super quick. Once you've placed your order through the ap, you just scan the QR code to check in, then pull around the building! It was such a breeze and my food tasted just as hot and fresh as CFA standard. I placed a order on the App for Delivery at 12:00pm, 2hours and 45 minutes later I was informed by one of the managers that they were going away from delivery, and it would be more time to receive the order. It is pretty lousy coustmer service not to let you know in advance that this store has totally departed from the "Chick-fil-A" Standard of caring for its customers, and has totally dropped the ball. I can never pass up a chance to try a different CFA. Guess you could say I'm a CFA fanatic. Hi, my name is Phillip, and I am a CFA-aholic! Ha! In spite of my first time eating here, I did not have any difficulty finding the place or parking here. Can't say that about all the locations I have visited. Once inside, I immediately sat down and ordered my food through the CFA app on my phone. So incredibly easy to do so! While waiting for the order to come out, various staff members were overly eager to make sure I was doing okay and had everything I needed. (Maybe a little too overly eager...ha!) I could tell the food was made fresh-to-order and was absolutely delicious. The restaurant was decently kept up. Had to take into consideration how windy it was outside, which means debris blew in every time the door opened. Other than that, I was very pleased with today's visit. Please eat here! Was in the Fort Worth area and was cracing something sweet so I decided to order a frosted lemonade via the mobile app. BTW.. did not know Chick fil A's Frosted Lemonade was this expensive. Anywho... I got in the drive through lane and yes.. CFA's drive thru can seem notorious at times, but as you know -- they are on top of it with their lines. I said my name and they had my order for me immediately. The taste was delicious and creamy and frothy. I haven't had a frosted lemonade in quite some time, but it was still so very good. Service was excellent as usual (hey.. it's CFA) and though I'm not in the Fort Worth area often, if I am ever in the area, I'll be sure to remember this one's a good one. read more

Edit: adding a star for the good customer service received over the phone from this location. Thank you for reaching out. This location is usually great but today it was off. My medium fries were only 1/2 filled, same goes with my medium mac and cheese. Disappointment since I know it's usually much more than this. The chicken noodle soup was great tho, filled to the rim however I did not receive any of the 5 saltine crackers I requested, no crackers with my soup. When I went to pick up my order they only gave me the salad. I had to ask them for the rest of my order since they forgot. Overall it was okay. Better than Watauga location. read more

It's supposed to be faster but when people are in the line ordering after you, and receive their order before you, it means the process is not working. Worst service I've ever received at chick fil a ! They messed up our complete order ! Did not give me salsa dressing for my salad , put pickles on my friends sandwiches after we said it twice to two different waiters. I called the facility after they messed my order up the first time drove all them way back for them to fix it they said they would give me something complimentary which was nice so I wasn't going to trip and then I get to the drive thru and no one know what I'm talking about after I explained myself to someone over the phone. I religiously go to Chick-fil-A, one of my favorite food spots. I usually don't go to this Chick-fil-A but was close so I stopped. I was waiting in line for my food at the window I watched the worker take my food from the window to another car the person in the other car realized it was not there food I'm assuming so they gave it back to the worker put the food back through the window and created another TICKET SLAPPED IT ON THE BAG OF THE FOOD THAT WAS PASSED AROUND. If It was just my food I wouldn't be worried but I ordered food for my whole family. Once the food is taken from a window of a fast food place, given to another person you would think they would have the audacity to recreate the order before giving it to the correct person. I let them know that they where busy so I wasn't going to make them re create my order but for next time they should know that they probably wouldn't get someone as nice as me.
